This is a fantastic new lodge in Pine/Strawberry, AZ. Lovely rooms and balcony with amazing views. Fireplace a plus. Bed very comfy! Very quiet. Lovely back yard to play games or to join your friends for happy hour. They also have an upstairs covered pavilion that can be enjoyed by all. We’ve already booked our next stay !!It has everything you need including a coffee bar that opens at 7am.Nearby activities: Pine is only a minute drive away that offers restaurants, boutiques, shops, and farmers market.

This was our first time in Pine, and we’re so glad we chose to stay at the Lodge at 5600. The view from our second floor balcony was amazing. Our room was large, beautiful, and clean. We loved the fireplace! The property itself has a mountain resort feel. The coffee shop is perfect, and there are multiple places to sit outside to enjoy coffee while also enjoying the view. 10/10!!

This place was fantastic. Rooms were spotless and clean, and all the amenities were wonderful. The view from our balcony on the second floor room was stunning.We happened to stay there on a Monday. And there were no other guests. It was quiet And peaceful.When we checked in, we met Brian. The owner and he was very friendly and nice. He showed us how everything worked and gave us a tour.Barb at the coffeehouse was very friendly too. And it was great to have breakfast close by and well made.

Just wow! What an incredible experience my husband and I had here. The property is gorgeous itself, but the view it provides is breathtaking. We could really tell how much the owners take pride in the lodge - all the details didn’t go unnoticed.We only stayed one night but we took advantage of every second. We even came a little early before our check-in to enjoy the live music they provided Saturday afternoon.We will definitely be coming back, and I highly, highly recommend to anyone and everyone!

This place is out of this world! The view and the live music are heavenly. The owners are so nice. There are so many seating options. Grab some food. Pull up a chair and listen to live music. This place is super dog friendly. There are blankets if you are cold. Umbrellas for sun and rain. The views from the upstairs covered seating area are unreal. There is a huge fireplace. I love all the turf so it’s very clean and level for walking. The bathrooms are clean and safe. This is a must for visitors and locals.

I cannot recommend the Lodge at 5600 enough! When arriving it is immediately obvious how much the owners care for the property. The grounds are immaculately cared for with plenty of places to sit and enjoy the beautiful view of the mountains below. This attention to cleanliness and polish doesn't stop there, but extends to the rooms as well! The bed was very comfortable, the fireplace was a great touch, and the bathroom was amazing, complete with a rain style showerhead that I want to get in my home now. There was a thoughtfully put together binder full of information about local things to do and places to eat. We had an issue with our thermostat that the owner fixed in mere minutes after sending her a text.If you're looking for a place to spend a few nights, you can't go wrong staying here!

First time up in Pine and although I am now biased, I can’t see us staying anywhere else. The rooms are extremely cozy with any amenity you might need. The restaurant attached is a great touch if you don’t want to leave, everything you could need is right here. Had an issue getting into our room and they were Johnny on the spot to fix the issue and get us in within 2 minutes. Sitting on the patio right now as I write this, 10/10 experience and we will be back 100%.

Wow...My husband book us a room at Lodge 5600 for our anniversary and it was perfect, quiet, peaceful and amazing views. The Lodge is clean, comfortable and so cozy. The bed is more comfortable than my own. The linens were very nice too. The shower is large, the room had so many little details that make you feel at right home. They had snacks, water bottles, coffee pods and a Keruig, Mini fridge, Blow dryer and more. Not to mention the fireplace, candles and special Anniversary decorations and a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived. The outdoor area was amazing too. Beautiful landscaping, pet friendly, outdoor games, and several comfy seating areas. If you're looking for adventure they also have lots of things to do in Pine/Strawberry area and some amazing nearby restaurants as well. They also have a on site coffee shop that has great drinks and treats. You won't regret staying here. The owners have thought about every detail and it is obvious they care about making this a wonderful place to get away. We will be going back again. 💜

What a great place. We came for the bar, live music, and the little cafe. We came with small kids, and everyone had a great time. They had live music and they were great as well. A brilliant experience all around.We did not stay at the hotel, so we can not comment on the rooms.

Came up from the valley. Just spent a few nights at this special boutique lodge! The rooms and the grounds are pristine! Newly built lodge! Truly top notch! The owners are so friendly and eager to make your stay the best experience! Spectacular views! Yummy breakfast…roasted veggie frittata and zucchini muffin! Excited to go back!Will definitely be returning

The owners were so kind and I am grateful to have met them. When I'm in this area for work, this is my new go to spot. It's 1 minute away from the town strip with all the stores.

Good location, right in between Pine and Strawberry. It's more like an airbnb, so you have to call for service if you need something. The room was on the smaller side but a wonderful shower. Loved the fireplace, super cute. The outside patio area is nice, I'd recommend the 2nd floor if you want privacy and sit outside. Beautiful view and lovely setup, but outside game area advertised was not available for some reason, just blocked off.

We got to spend a weekend here a few weeks back and it was wonderful. The hotel is family and pet friendly which was great since not many hotels will allow dogs.Everything in the room was updated, the room itself was impeccably cleaned.On our little outside adventure playing in the snow, we got to meet the owners Lisa and Brian, who were very kind and sweet. They gave my son a little gift certificate for his birthday—which was beyond expectation. He used it to get hot chocolate at The Elk Brew…apparently it was REALLY good hot chocolate since he drank 3 in two days.Highly recommend Lodge 5600, we will be back hopefully in the summer time.

If you need to escape the city, love dogs, and want to feel like you’re part of the outdoor world, this is the place. The rooms are awesome. This is a great place for grandparents to “base camp” go up to the rim with all the campers and then come back to a comfy bed. Also grab breakfast at the little cafe, it is quick easy and very good. Staff and owners are on site and extremely friendly! You can’t beat the views! Price is great for what you get!!!Noteworthy details: Great dog friendly atmosphere!!!!

Lodge at 5600 was hands down AMAZING. Only 8 rooms which was cool in itself. The view was absolutely beautiful. The whole ambiance was serene and peaceful. When we arrived there was a band playing such beautiful music. (Acoustic Pink Floyd) It was welcoming and so inviting! The rooms were perfect. A private balcony. Comfortable bed. Complete with a mini kitchenette. The water pressure was strong and heavenly. Such a wonderful get away from the everyday hustle n bustle grind. Such a cute little charming town. EVERYONE was so friendly. My only suggestion, if your hungry around dinner time, make sure you plan at least an hour and half ahead of time. The food is so good that there is pretty much a looong wait. The lodge was so prepared that they even had a binder of all that is around there! Definitely well worth the money. Can’t wait to go again! We will be back!! I fell in love!

My wife and I stayed here for a couple days and couldn’t have been more impressed.The room is the perfect size - plenty big for a couple. The decor is great and cozy, the beds are very comfortable, and the bathroom is excellent, with a cool dual headed shower. Our room had a fireplace and a 55” smart TV that worked perfectly. Each room has a balcony with chairs and an excellent view, and there is plenty to do on the grounds as well.Check in was easy and they were able to be flexible with our reservation to allow us to stay an extra day.I would love to stay here again and it’s an easy recommendation.

Just stopped for a coffee. Beautiful and it looks cool to stay here. A little too much artificial turf for me. My wife's hot coffee was only half full and she had to go back. Maybe I'd try the rooms one time but definitely won't be back for a quick stop

If you have ever had the pleasure of staying at one of Brian and Lisa’s properties, you will know that they are the gold standard of hospitality! this stays true for their latest and greatest property, lodge 5600. The room is spacious and decorated beautifully, it’s well equipped with everything you need (even for your pup!) the property is immaculate and you can see the love and care that goes into it day in and day out. It has multiple spaces you can hangout and relax all with views of Pine forest. Elk brew coffee is connected to the property, which is very convenient and it’s also delicious. We can’t wait to come back and stay again!

Spent my birthday at the Lodge at 5600. Wow- what an outstanding property! Rooms are beautifully decorated & have everything you need. We had our dog along & he was welcomed with his own baskets of goodies. The celebration add-on was very nice - chilled bucket of champagne & gorgeous fresh flowers. Everything there is top notch & the view is spectacular! The fun magic 8 ball in our room predicted we would “ must definitely” be returning!

My husband and I spent our 40th anniversary weekend at this gorgeous property. The views are amazing and we enjoyed sitting under the pergola enjoying the great fall weather. We stayed in a room on the first floor, the bed was comfortable and the shower was large and wonderful.We meet the owners and they were very warm and friendly. Making sure we didn’t need anything extra during our stay.We highly recommend this place for one night or several nights. You won’t regret your decision.

A bit late on this review. We had stayed here back in November of 2022. It was truly a great experience.Overall the room was perfect and the views fantastic. Would definitely book again. Lots of local shopping to do, and Out of Africa is not too far of a drive if you're looking for some adventure. We were sad to see that the on-site bakery was no longer operating, but they did open up a coffee shop in it's place on our last day there.

My husband and I stayed for a weekend getaway from the valley. We were so incredibly comfortable while still feeling like we were out in nature. Pine and Strawberry had fun places to eat, and we enjoyed driving down forest roads to explore during the day. We loved coming back to our room each evening, enjoying the balcony and the view, the fireplace and the cozy blankets, and especially the ceramic mugs and actual whiskey glasses in the room. Little touches and amenities made us feel welcome and at home. The bathroom was gorgeous and spa-like. We didn’t want to leave!

I recently stayed at the Lodge at 5600 in Pine, Arizona and I can confidently say it was an excellent experience. The hosts, Brian and Lisa were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They made sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.The Lodge itself is situated in a beautiful location, with great views of the surrounding mountains. The room I stayed in was super comfortable and had a nice cabin décor. The snow, and the snow on the ground and pine trees, were an unexpected surprise, but it only added to the overall ambiance of the trip. Being from Phoenix, it was a refreshing change of pace to experience a different type of weather.I would highly recommend the Lodge at 5600 to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. The hosts Brian and Lisa were fantastic, and both the lodge and views were spectacular.I’m looking forward to another getaway here sometime soon.

What a lovely oasis in Pine AZ. The setting was perfect - so scenic and breathtaking. We fell in love with the whole place. Service and communication was exceptional. The rooms were super clean, and the bed so comfortable! The fireplace was an extra bonus.We wish we could have stayed longer, but we stopped on our way to Phoenix for a wedding. Our goal had been to leave by 8 am, but we stayed hours longer to walk around and enjoy the property. We will definitely be back for a longer stay!
