This walmart use to be good now the evening manager there counting each items we had in the cart when we're at the self check out line. If we're over an items, we can't go? Most of the register there is self check out and only ONE CASHIER for non self check out. People go there to shop not to wait in line. This Walmart use to be efficient but now it inefficient. If you need to buy something please go to Fry's which 1 min away from this Walmart or Food City which is 2 min away. The cashier at both this place is way nicer and faster than the one at Walmart.

I don’t usually write reviews but what they did was unacceptable. I understand it is a walmart and walmarts are not known for their customer service but I needed an oil change, and today was the only day I have free for the next couple weeks because I work a full time job (in customer service btw). I searched for a while seeing if any places had open slots for the same day and this place listed they had one slot open from 6-7, I was thrilled. I planned my day around that oil change because I had scheduled it at around 2 o’clock. I drive 30 minutes to this place just to pull up and the doors are locked. I was very confused because at one point I had my appointment canceled by a different walmart because they closed early but I had gotten a call saying they had closed early and to come in early the next day, which i was fine with doing. I got a reminder text an hour before and the appointment still said it was happening until i canceled it. I walked all the way through the store to the auto services to see it closed and to find a worker to figure out what was going on. She said “Oh yeah they closed early today”. If I would’ve been notified I would be fine because then I can find another store but at 6 pm no other stores have available same day appointments. Don’t schedule auto services here.

They finally got some new carts, so I don't have to scavenge in the parking lot for one. They have new self checkout lanes, but they are designed with like no space for groceries, so its awkward checking out. Also, Walmart doesn't take Apple/Google Pay, which is a little outdated. I still come here because it's cheap and close by

I went in to buy beading supplies and they were completely out of everything. They had a few beads & some wire but zero crimps & clasps (Which are kind of necessary) This is the first of 3 Walmarts I shopped and NONE had any of these things. IS Walmart discontinuing beading crafts?I am going to have to get everything online.

It sure was crowded yesterday;it's expected being the day before Thanksgiving, but we did our shopping in record time, got everything we needed.there was so much variety of items to chose from and the fresh groceries abounded. 😀 The best part we didn't have to wait in line, nice. I called and said my medicine was ready and they were closed from 12:30-1:30pm but they didn't open until 2pm and my medication wasn't ready.Senior and Disable persons with pain has it very difficult having to wait for their medication. Also for infants and children as well.Walmart Pharmacy please give the right info and have people medication refilled. A text message would be nice

Random photos taken at this Walmart. I feel a little uneasy about buying cold foods here. The fridges/freezers were down. They took all the meat out but left everything else. Came back late that night & everything was restocked. Did they throw everything out or just put the same food back? How long was it not refrigerated? 🤔

If I could give 0 stars I would this is the worst place to order anything for delivery there is almost always an issue after they say it’s available and then the order is on the way without even the option for substitution I have a puppy a 2 year old that will not have any food tonight thanks to Wal mart delivery. No excuse for such a big company to continue to have such issues.

I've been coming to this shopping center to this Walmart store for over 26 years is the first super Walmart built in America it still looks brand new they're continuously rehaul the place for the new flooring and rearranging the the inventory it's amazing it's amazing how much work goes into keeping one Walmart it sure adds value to the neighborhood to be able to just drop over there and get anything you need or have it delivered to your house way to go to Walmart thank you for being in our

Walmart Supercenter was clean and very organized not like some of the stores you see lately. No more my pillow products politics and everything anymore. Looks like they're liquidating the paint section saw some really good prices all over the store to be honest shelves look full. I know we live in the desert but this Walmart's fishing section was adequate I suppose the fishing rods are way up high and disorganized hard to tell the prices. I know you know sooner or later off to Walmart we will go. Keep your lines tight and your waterways clean.

During busy times ALL registers, whether they be self-checkout or manned with employees, should be opened. Also, employees need to be trained to scan and bag much more quickly, greet customers with a friendly smile and actually enjoy being employed.

This place is a dump. I have not had a good customer/employee interaction yet. When you try to ask one of the condescending employees a question, you get a struggled, rude response. Its just a dirty store, period. Floors, shelves, etc. I wont even go into how disgusting the bathrooms are.

Super bad over on the self check out people were just on their phones like is that really what they’re getting paid for it looks like two teens a boy and girl why higher teens if they can’t even do their job if she knew the door in the back was close why didn’t she say anything? She just stared like OK lol.

The store was very clean. Things relating orderly I appreciate that it was a mixed bag as far as store employees do summer eager to help some didn't care to help whatsoever take me to use more cash are you on other than that overall is it experience

Made an appointment to have my battery changed and Alexander advised me once there that it would take him 25mins and that he's not doing it. Never ever on God's green earth will I ever return to any Walmart because they are incompetent. If only Target would offer an auto center.

Left an item behind, but when I called I was unable to get anyone on the phone. I called at least 5 times and each time I was disconnected. When I finally got someone to answer, he transferred my call but again, I was disconnected. I tried every department except pharmacy; the one department that answered was online sales and pick up. The young man was very polite but I was unable to speak to anyone or resolve my dilemma. Bad phone service is bad customer service.

I like this walmart its always clean. However their packaged walmart deli meat was spoiled. I told someone after i took out the packages and I saw her put it back in the cooler once i walked away. Told the manger she simply said ok. Im shocked never had this issue with their lunchmeat

Big store very busy, here for my covid booster. Waited about 25 minutes.Staff very nice, Pharmacy staff excellent.Also went to the vision center. Super nice staff, having new lenses made for my frames. Very kind and quality staff.

Just when you get used to self checkout now you have to use normal check out of more than fifteen items. Long lines, check out people very slow. Next time going elsewhere

Better stocked than the Walmart Supercenter near my home. Layout of the store is not apparent. Aisles not marked like they should be. For example I wanted an item that was on aisle K1. But the only K sign was K22. No clue where K1 thru K21 are. Still staff are way more helpful than other Walmarts. Even when I know I am interrupting their work, they are courteous.
