Too darn high prices for some substandard goods which you can get better quality at bargain stores. Hence I actually did! I bought a collar and a leash lasting not even a day. I took it right back, bought a comparable set at the 99 cents store, Three months later it is still intact, holding up beautifully. The staff is nice and store very clean, which is what warrants a 3 star review.

I went in for a certain dog named Bo yesterday... no appointment, no meet and greet. I walked in, looked at her and absolutely fell in love. Thank you!! She loves to escape and come running to us. She's very hyper and jumpy. She not house broken yet. (Working on it, and giving her a treat when she does it). All in all, she is very loving and loves cuddles. I did let her meet my other 3 animals. My dog was happy. Do you see his smile? One cat hissed, but both ran under my bed. Not once was she aggressive to any of the other animals. She sleeps all night between my boyfriend and myself, but will have to have her in a kennel or in the bathroom when we leave. Once the 10 day period is over, and she becomes house broken, she will be able to run wild with my Jack Russell. Yesterday was a long day for her. Gave her a bath, ran around the house like a wild one jumping up so high on my bf and on myself. Kept taking her outside in the hopes she will potty. Sometimes she did, but she also had accidents in the house after I took her outside. Anyways, thank you again! Ps we changed her name to Zia. The very last photo was when I got her, and the 1st photo in the pink sweater is today. Her 1st Christmas.

Samantha in grooming was not helpful, did not read the required paperwork appropriately and was also seen mistreating another dog that was there. We’re thankful to have seen that so we could cancel the appointment and take our dog to a different place where they will be treated kindly. You should never reprimand someone else’s dog. Dodged a bullet, and she needs to be trained on how to properly deal with dogs when she’s under pressure. That poor little dog wasn’t even doing anything bad.

I love this place. When Carlos first went there he was a bit shy and they assured me he will warm up to them. Boy did he warm up. He is so excited to go and wagging his tail. He is in good hands. The staff is wonderful!!

I love this location. The employees are always so friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Even when swamped, I never have any issues getting assistance from the employees. This location is my favorite for that reason.

The staff at this location are amazing!The register clerks always chat with you, Molly is so great with my shy puppy and the staff in the day care are the best team I would hope for when watching my dog Penny. They always update me when I pick her up and are always so excited to see her when she arrives.I also highly recommend using the petsmart app as they always give coupons and make everything really affordable

Very unpleasant check in process at the grooming salon. The pet stylist that was assisting us was very rude and demanding about an updated rabies vaccine, even though we provided multiple forms of proof of the updated vaccine.However, the stylist Cece who took care of our pet was amazing. We would come back to her anytime!The customer service of the stylist Jaelyn who assisted us at the front desk however was unpleasant.

I was almost hit by an employee while walking across the parking lot. She decided I was in the way as she almost hit me and my 2 year old granddaughter and then proceeded to flip me off and yell at me to get the F out of the way. I tried to find out who she was but wasn't given her name by the manager. He also didn't seem to really care that one of his employees was driving recklessly in the parking lot and seemed very disinterested in what I had to say. Needless to say, I use to shop quite often at PetSmart. Looks like I'm a Petco guy now because I absolutely refuse to shop in a place that employs absolute filth like this girl. I hope others read this and realize that she had absolutely zero regard for my safety and even more alarming was the fact that she didn't even care that I was carrying a 2 year old in my arms. I have so many more "colorful" words I can use to describe this situation. Lucky for PetSmart, Google doesn't allow it. Otherwise, I'd light you up! Absolutely disgusting how this was handled or lack thereof. Negative 5 stars!!!

I gave 4 stars purely because I never received an email/photo of my dog's stay. The associates seem to really care about my pup and always call her by name.I felt very safe leaving my pup for 2 nights.

The doggie day camp is the best. My pup has so much fun each time I sign him for daycamp. The staff at the pethotel are angels..very sweet, kind and absolutely love every dog that comes to the facility. Boarded my dog couple of times...highly recommend the day camp for over energetic pups.

Can to get a kitten and the manager was rude and refused to sell me the kitten. I’m over the age of 18 my name is on the house I was taken the kitten to and she refused to sell her to me. Never been so disappointed in pet smart

9 X's out of 10 we have good results at the groomer. Today was one of those!! Liana did a great job grooming our girls.. They looked so pretty with there fall bows on their ears 🐩🐕 Thank you for taking good care of them today

All the groomers here are so loving and patient with my two dogs and others. My border collie hates the dryer and creates increased anxiety. They have the skills to keep him calm. Other groomers have given up on him.

This location always has the best employees. Every visit, we are greeted right away with friendly staff. We never have to search for staff either. They make themselves present and available to help, which is honestly something all customer facing positions can benefit from learning.

Stopped in to get my dog’s nails cut. Took about 5 minutes. And they did such a better job than normal!Next time I’ll just buy the basic bathing & cut option, and bring her back for nail grinding separately so they get done right.

We had several employees offer to help us find items for our new puppy. We were personally directed to the appropriate aisle.We were given good advice and personal recommendations on items they have used.Best of all, we were informed that items could be returned if our puppy did not like them or they didn't work out. We bought several items with confidence, and returned only a couple of them that did not appeal to our rescue dog (he seemed scared by a brush--and we wondered if he had been disciplined with one previously). The returns were taken without question.We appreciate the great selection and variety of products. Thanks for the great advice and personal attention. You have given us more confidence in getting back to being dog owners again!

Huge selection for pets of all species. I got one of those lift and find treat dispenser toys for my dog to figure out when I'm at work, and she absolutely loves it. You can visibly see her frustration, which is great.I also picked up some treats for my rat, but the variety of treats they carried for rats specifically is a little lacking in my opinion. He loves them regardless, and they're definitely less expensive than buying him fresh fruit and nuts every week. But they do seem high in sugar, so I'd suggest mixing it up with other varieties of treats.The store was extremely clean, well stocked, and the staff is friendly.I don't care for how expensive the dog toys are, but that's the cost of quality. My dog is a chewer, and anything I purchase from anywhere that isn't Petsmart gets destroyed within days. Her Kong, rubber squeaky ball, puzzle ball, and tug rope are the only toys that have lasted 3 years, all purchased from this location.It may be expensive, and it is, but that's the cost of not replacing toys every other week.

Wonderful. Great customer service. Easy returns. If you lose your receipt, phone number allows you to get a new copy. Ps. For dog owners: there is this really great toy. It is a rope twisty plush toy with a squeaker. It is less than $3 each. They have it in a red lobster and pink flamingo. My puppy loves it, like crazy loves it.

The store is ok.Staff in the grooming department are awesome.The sales floor employees either don’t know anything about customer service, or don’t care about customer service. Especially one older lady Donna who regularly operates the register, who has no business doing that job as she is way too slow to preform the job functions. Always long lines when she’s working.
