We love Fetch!! Every time my pup Remi and I go in there we are always given amazing customer service and pretty much treated like family! I had the most fantastic experience with this store. I called ahead and ordered food for my dog, and the manager really went out of her way to be accommodating for me. After flight delays coming into town, she actually stayed at the store, passed the closing time, to be able to hand off my dogs food that same day. That is a level of customer service above and beyond my expectations. Thank you so much again to Ryan for the exceptional customer service.

The staff is amazing here! I'm already a really indecisive person when it comes to anything and I really needed some insight on a few things because my pup has been having some health issues lately so I've been trying to take his diet more seriously. It was a bit overwhelming at first trying to learn all by myself but the staff really showed that they cared and were also extremely helpful & knowledgeable, they made me feel at ease when I left the store. They also have a great selection of treats, food and pet toys! It was an overall great experience. I love supporting local businesses so I'll definitely be doing all of my pet supply shopping at Fetch from now on!

I LOVE THIS PET SHOP! I've been going here for about a year and have had an excellent experience every single time. They've almost helped me more than my vet w/ my sweet kitty's diet... she's never been happier! Plus, they always give me freebies to try! Best first time experience! I have been researching natural pet food and this spot came up. I made the drive over and had such a pleasant experience. She recognized we were first timers and made sure to tell us about all of the specials that are available to newbies. Gave us great suggestions and recommendations on things to try. Our puppy loved her too and he got a little fox toy that he carries with him all around the house. Have already told several friends about Fetch and plan to become a regular.

Being a small business owner I wanted to try to help support another small business. When I started going to fetch I had 3 senior dogs. I found their knowledge of the products that they sell to be very informative. They sell the highest quality and they were able to help me find foods for all of my dogs different dietary needs. Their prices are fair and their customer service is exceptional

I love the selection at Fetch and the proprietors and staff are both helpful and knowledgeable. I was fortunate enough to have come in on the day of their grand opening and co-owner Raquel recognizes and knows me by name every time I visit since then.Oh - and everyone is always so friendly and generous with my dog Stella. She gets excited when we pull up in the parking lot! I look forward to having a long relationship with Fetch.**************************************Many months later and I still feel the same way! Staff here are always very helpful and go out of their way to provide excellent customer service. I wish I were in the neighborhood more often, as it is inconveniently located for me now that I've moved to Avondale...but I do still come in from time to time.

I've been buying cat food from this store for many years now and it is the best pet food store around (and I've tried many over the years). It changed ownership somewhat recently, the original owner was wonderful and the new owners are just as wonderful. Raquel will always go above and beyond to help you find what you need for your pet. You will not find better customer service anywhere else. They have an extensive selection of products and natural food brands, including quality raw foods that are not easy to find. Plus, it always feels good to support a small local business. I highly recommend Fetch!

I was a customer of this store before it was Fetch and I will be as long as I have pets. The selection of dog and cat food is the best and someone is always available to answer questions or help me decide what I need. I have to special order kibble for my greyhound and Ryan will actually call me to remind me when it's time to order. I loved this store when it was Kodi's and Fetch is carrying on with great products and customer service. Highly recommend!!

I received a 2” orange blinking light up dog charm that came with a hook that attaches to your dog’s collar. It was a free promo item given away at the dog festival early 2022. I put one on my dog’s collar. Later she had an itch by her neck and started scratching. Her nail got caught on the hook of this item and she started screaming. She couldn’t put her back leg down on the ground and I couldn’t get her nail loose. I couldn’t settle her down and she kept moving and screaming. She finally pulled hard enough to release her caught nail. However this almost ripped her nail off. My other dog had one on his collar as well and I found it in pieces in the yard. Pieces of plastic, metal and the battery. Please do not give these promo charms away anymore!!!

My dog usually eats food from here. I was lazy and didn’t go to Fetch and bought store brand my my dogs allergies flared up. So I went in and explained my dog was sick of the pork but that’s as his favorite one. The lady gave me a sample to see if my dog would like the new brand and to check to see if his allergies would improve. My dog absolutely loves it! I’m going to purchase the big bag now. She was very helpful and patient with me. So I’m taking my dog to meet her today! :)

Excellent pet food store with top notch service and quality. Can’t recommend them enough for your nutritional needs. We have a couple rescue doggos that had difficulty finding food they would consistently eat and Fetch came to the rescue helping us lock in a winner. The owners are wonderful and super helpful!

Great place to get pet food, treats, and toys. Rhonda and her staff are knowledgeable and helpful. It's especially fun on Saturday as people bring their pets. I've seen my veterinarians there buying food too! You can also get food samples before you buy. I highly recommend Kodi's.
