These people are so ghetto.. Right when you walk in you could tell they're miserable. Dude be gossiping more than a female it's sad if he thinks he should still be called a man. Watch them when they bag your stuff or ring you up cause they don't put everything you buy in your bags..

Usually really fast service. Most of the cashier's are nice except the manager lady can be pretty rude but you weigh the good with the bad. Oh and the store is clean

They are committing fraud and every employee knows it and is therefore participating in illegal activities. No price on those shelves are accurate and they know it and purposely leave them there to encourage sales. Reported to the attorney general the BBB and local news.

Really disappointed. If a sign says $2.50 on black square tags than it should be $2.50 on all black square tags. There were like 5 pair of pants all black square tag all on the rack where the sign was. But it rang up at $12.00. So I told her about the sign and she said well someone must of just put these back on that rack cuz they r $12.00. I told her that those were not the only ones on there and told her about the sign and said that if they r gonna have a sign that says black square tags r $2.50 then all black square tags should b $2.50 and it shouldn't matter what rack they r on and where they came from cuz how am I supposed to know where they came from. And if it's only pertaining to clothes on one rack then they need to change the color on the sign and on those certain items. or something cuz that's just false advertising. And that's not cool. I really really hate that. When something says one price and when u go to pay for it, it's not that price for whatever reason. I could care less what the reason is. If it's what the sign says exact size, oz, lb, color, style, count, whatever, then that should b the price. Piss me off. Oh did I mention that I really hate that. One of my BIGGEST pet peeves ever!!!!!

4 stars for dollar stores 3 stars for store in general. Yes the bargain shelves had been picked through and not reorganized. But the rest of the store was very organized. And it is old giving it an unclean feel but it was not actually unclean. The staff were friendly, and things were not always professionally done, with hand written instead of typed notes, but they were trying, and it is a family neighborhood store, not a posh prestine store so I was perfectly satisfied. Liked the variety.

This Family Dollar is in a convenient area (for me), most of the workers there are extremely friendly which makes me enjoy going into the store. It's pretty much the only Family Dollar I go to unless I'm somewhere far away. They always have everything that I'm looking for with reasonable prices except for air fresheners for your car those are so expensive, but worth it i suppose. Overall its a great store. I really like the manager he's a short guy and then there's also a lady who just had her baby I believe she's really awesome too! Excuse me for not knowing their names I'm not good with names, but those guys are definitely worth the mention.

This store has the dumbest employees on the planet earth. I went to buy laundry detergent I made sure to see the price which was 9.75. I go to the front to check out and it rings up $3 more. So I say that's not what it said. So the cashier was about to look to fix it and I guess the black male manager heard us and out comes out yelling, Wait, wait, wait, wait like 15 times literally at me and says the prices are 3 years outdated and I said ok what does that have to do with me. Then he proceeds to look at me as if I worked there and magically knew this information. Then says what rings up is what it is. I usually don't shop at ghetto establishments and never will I ever again.

This review is for the location on 7 Ave and indian school rd. Well its another big dissapointment, again the staff is very stressed out to the MAX. They didn't have staff and they had to close the store in otherwise they wouldn't have any merchandise. The place is a fire hassart ,its a mess, the lady there is running trying to help customers, it's a shame, don't they have a corporate office that can help this 👩 lady..feel very sad to see her that way. Am sure she doesn't get pay enough to have to work in these conditions. Shame on the ownersThe 💵 dollar store. On Indian school and 7th Ave.

There was an error on getting a discount on my receipt. They were really attentive quick and kind about it. Didnt make a fuss or get frustrated that I came back to point it out. The manager and I proceeded to have a good conversation of the product. Wonderful customer service tonight. The store was a bit limited on space and felt overload with stuff but i still feel customer service will bring me back to places hands down.

The place is clean and offers a wide selection. I was asked to leave my back pack at the front desk, which is an interesting request. I don't, nor have I ever, stolen a thing in my life. It's interesting that purses larger that my pack are allowed. Perhaps if the employees were on the sales floor circulating and assisting customers, their thought process of theft would change.... then again, I am getting what I am paying for...

The worker at 7 ave n Indian School called a woman a b****. Her husband came to confront him and he pulled out some scissors and went to get a gun from his car. Him and the woman worker were extremely loud and obnoxious. The husband punched the worker in the face and he literally ran screaming he was calling the cops. That was a surprise considering he was the agresor. The workers there are horrible disrespectful and really unprofessional. Don't waste your time.

Store was a little messy.. Some items were in the wrong place therefore priced incorrect. CSR was friendly and did a fantastic job at upselling me a candy bar for his store candy 🍬 promo 🍬. Other than the store presentation service was good. They have items ranging from bread, eggs and milk to clothing and shoes.

I went in around 8:20 pm on April 1st. The cashier huffed and puffed because she had to stop doing what she was doing to help out a paying customer. She didn't say anything to me but my total and all she was doing was playing on her cell phone. I'll stop shopping there because of her lack of customer service.

I think cell phones should not be allowed at all when u are on your 8 hour shift. What did you all do when land line was the only thing going on. U hadda wait until u got home. Cellphone calls should be banned from the workplace.

Went there for a few things. And couldn't find popcorn I asked and was brought right to it. Never an issue finding things. Lots of great deals. Friendly staff and a very well mannered manager. Who helps with anything your looking for

I was almost happy with the service until I got to the checkout and it was a ghost town. We waited for about four and a half minutes which doesn't seem long but trust me it is when you're waiting in the checkout and nobody's there to assist you other than that everything Family Dollar could possibly be for your life!

The cashier was on the phone on a personal call. We listened as he made 6 people in line waiting. Everytime we come the bums are walking out with hands full of stole merchandise.

I'm not sure why this is called a dollar store, as most items are well over a dollar. My friend had a big disagreement one time over 12 packs of soda that were advertised in the newspaper at one price and they insisted on charging a different price. No attempt at friendly resolution. I never shopped there again. Better off going to Walmart for things over a dollar, or finding a real dollar store.

Tried to go in about 10 minutes to closing to grab one thing and was told that they do not let anyone in after 15 minutes to closing. Told them I needed one thing and I knew exactly where it was and I would be fast, and was told I couldn't come in. I'm glad there are many others closer to where I live, since I won't go back to this one.

The manager Kara, is the most lazy employee I have ever seen, 8:30 pm and nine people are waiting to get to the register, the only cashier is working hard and yet does not complain. I have been coming to this place twenty six months and she is the worst.

I love this location. Store is always clean, organized and fully stocked. The employees are nice, customer service could be a tad better. All in all best location I've been to.

As a customer, I'm expecting customer service somewhere along my visit. Today I purchased few items and the cashier was having a conversation with three other employees(not work-related) during the entire transaction. She started scanning my items and never greeted me at all. She also forgot to ring me up for an additional item because she was way too worried about her conversation.

Store was crowded with stuff that needed to go on shelves. Was harrassed with Free Cell Phone provider inside the store before walking out. Will stick with another FD store. Employee's unprofessional.
