A very good stocked store. They have a lot of items to buy. I've seen so many poorly stocked Family Dollar stores, I thought they were all like that. Very helpful cashier. Excellent location. A must see!

Literally the shadiest most despicable people run this store. Carlos is a horrible manager and Kathy is prejudice. If you're homeless and have no money to pay for your stuff just walk out the door they will not call the police nor will they even say anything to you. Open season call to any homeless people who are either hungry or need clothes this store is the easiest place to steel from.

Lol. They might as well just shut it down. They are closed every single time I go. With a sign that says something about a flood or maintenance. Only good thing about this location is that they are a bigger family dollar than most and surprisingly it’s clean. But it’s NEVER open. Most employees are decent but be aware for the racist old white lady cashier. With white hair.

There are friendly staff that work here. They were helpful when I shopped here. They have a decent size selection of food but it would be nice if they had produce and fruit at this one.

Worst family dollar ever, the girls were not trained, waited almost 30 min to be rung up and I was next in line. Meanwhile the manager is cussing at the girls and trying to tell her about someone stealing. I had to stop her and tellHer to hurry up because it was just unnecessary to stop the line. Family dollar needs to do better and staff better people.

store is frequently closed due to "staffing issues", or sometimes without even a note on the door. Almost always a long line because they will have one register open and 4 or 5 other employees stocking shelves or otherwise walking around. Shopping carts are rarely available as they are usually being used by employees.

If you've ever been to a Family Dollar, you know what to expect. Customer service can be good depending on the time of day you go.Update....I was there recently and they have hired better employees. The lady working behind the counter on the evening of February 3rd was funny, fast and professional but with a little bit of soul and it made for an enjoyable shopping trip.

Night employees are extremely rude. I have witness numerous times the employees entertaining eachother at the expense of customers. They also conveniently reduce prices for one another. They could really use some lessons in customer service.

We t in to get some milk last call so I get in line with milk for kids in morning I buy it go home my young's get a glass of milk . He spits it out so fast Im like what the ....he said taste it dad I smell it it spoiled . Guy need to make sure it stocking things right...WOW

WASN'T even ALLOWED in here when I NEED to buy NECESSITIES!!! Google lists 9pm as closing time... The sign on the door says 8pm--- YET i WASN'T ALLOWED IN AT 7:45!!!!I asked an employee "can you PLEASE let me in?? I need to get deodorant & milk!!"STILL wasn't allowed even though I would've been Quick & only needed a few items...

Staff dressed in PJ even the manger in sweat pants not even a family dollar shirt on . Front counter girl on her phone. The whole time. THEY NEED TO SHUT THIS ONE DOWN REALLY RUDE STAFF AND MANAGER WAS RUDE AND WAS NOT EVEN DRESSED LIKE A MANAGER ON THE PHONE THE WHOLE TIME NO NAME TAG ON SO Didn't EVEN NOW HER NAME . SHUT IT DOWN

The staff very unprofessional.. None of the staff had masks on..they hardly greet u... dnt ask if u need help..the manger was very rude she was just sitting at the front door watching they treat everybody that walk inn like criminals are as if they cant afford the item's. Need retraining are new staff i will not return too this store👎

Store is always closed during normal business hours, no sign or nothing. Not sure if employees don’t wanna work and get paid to sit inside the store closed or if staffing issues but its crazy

Greeted me when I walked through door. This particular store has more of a variety of items than my neighborhood store. Major plus was that both register's were open. Thank you

Has a good selection of food and it's a big store for the location. They sell about everything including clothes, cold freeze, canned foods and baking

I love this family dollar store but tonight 4/4/2021 I was very disappointed I couldn't find a basket or a cart I had my hands full so like everyone else I used a little basket I didn't really want it the lady at the cashier was very rude to me I apologized for having to use it there was a lady behind the cashier raised her voice and said these are not to be used as such what was I supposed to do drop everything or keep getting in line I don't think so she is a heavy set lady long hair and glasses she really needs to show respect we are paying for her to work this cashier needs disapline to treat people the way she wants to be treated I was in there like 20 minutes ago I had to get dog food omg the employees are so ride there is a little African American girl she is so rude I had to put my backpack on the floor where people walk this store is so rude and nasty 🙄🙄🙄🙄I hope they get shut down 👎👎👎👎

This place is horrible the lady that works there with the blond hair hispanic rude and closed at 7pm it’s bs when they close at 10pm I would never go here again mine as well close it down since it’s not open most the time I wouldn’t recommend to anyone
