This location has a decent variety of products so I can usually find what I'm looking for. Lately though, the aisles have been so cramped it's hard to navigate with a shopping cart. I was one of maybe 3-5 customers in the store at the time so I don't want to imagine what it's like when it gets busier. Besides that, the prices are fair, the place is relatively clean, and the staff is always friendly.

Not the greatest area, although GCU is right around the corner...you would think it'd be a nicer area. But as far as the store goes, it's a great little shopping store with all kinds of gems to be found. It's like a mini Walmart without as much products and no departments.

Went to go to shop there. It was next to impossible to get down most of the aisles. All the stocking carts blocked most of the aisles. Alot of merchandise on the floor and not on the shelves. Staff were nice though. Overall I would return once the store is cleaned up and shopable.

The two family dollar stores I live near (33rdAve and Indian School and 27th Ave and camelback) never have two things that match. This location is always stocked with everything, from office supplies, cleaning supplies, clothes and food. Not once have they not had what I was needing. I travel here for this reason. The staff is not always the greatest with customer service or personality but the location brings a crowd that is challenging to work with. I imagine it is exhausting, extremely irritating and overwhelming at times to say the least. If you stop for a minute and put yourself in their shoes, or if you ever worked with majority of your customers are challenging you would understand and have a different outlook on the staff. I myself have been there so I understand.

Beware of this family Dollar. I was at this store on Sunday night 8-8-21 and purchased a product for $5.75 and asked for $20.00 cash back. I was charged a total of $31.95. Didn't Check my receipt which I usually do. Didn't see the total until I went to my bank account on Tuesday 8-10-21. The cashier is keeping the extra cash....Edit.....Family Dollar made good on cash back.... Changed star average...

Made a visit to the store no professionalism. Im a bus driver we don't leave our belongings on the bus at no time. I was wearing my backpack and what I wanted to purchase was at the front counter was asked to put my backpack on the floor I understand store policy but to not serve me while my backpack was on is a big no no I will never patronize that store again

The new manager is very rude, I’ve been going to this store since it opened! I came in last night to get bar soap. He took the bar soap and refused to ring up my items; and made me leave the store. I’ve never had a problem with any other employees there. I believe his name is Mike, I will be reaching out to corporate to file a complaint!!!

The cashier greeted me when I came in as well as anyone else that came in . They had shopping carts, and the store was stocked well. There was an associate doing some stocking near the aisle I was on. He pushed his cart right in front of mine and just stared at me. The aisles aren't huge so I didn't know what he expected. After he didn't break his stare I pushed my cart over to the next aisle and waited a little for him to move. The line was long and the cashier yelled for the associate stocking to come help her.. he never came. The cashier stopped ringing me up to answer her cell phone. The experience was ok, I will come back but won't expect 5 star service.

It was a great store when it first opened but now it is very messy and disorganized. Some workers are friendly and others stalk you because who knows why. They use to have more things, better things but in the time it has been open it has gone down hill. It is close to my house so convenient but I usually will travel further to a different one. I hope that they can improve this store again. I like how close it is but every time I go with my son they watch him as if he is going to steal something. I taught my son better than that.

I always have a good experience when I go to the store. The employees are welcoming and very friendly. Just because of one or two bad reviews doesn't make this location a bad one to visit.

I know they just opened but the store was a MESS!!! I can understand some things being out of place etc, but it was just ridiculous. No order what so ever. The female cashier was extremely rude. The young man that checked me out was very polite and respectful. Hopefully the store gets better. If it does, I will update my review.

Store closes at 10:00 pm, I went at 9:45 pm and the employee didn’t let me in the door and got very angry and yelled at me for having the audacity to tell him the sign says 10pm. Then I went at 9:00 pm another day and it was completely closed.

This place is always filthy, no one has any sort of customer service, everyone of the employees always looks sloppy with their shirts untucked and wrinkled and they always lock the doors early. I just pulled up at 9:27 pm and the doors were locked.

Family Dollars are great stores but like what other retailers are going through can't seem to have enough employees. Hire. Hire. Would suggest Seniors hiring PT doing cashiering and younger ones stocking

This family dollar is the nastiest most disorganized location I have been to yet. They close early all the time and the managers are extremely rude. The milk and bread I had bought were super expired and the whole place smells like must and mold. I will never be returning here again and I advise everyone to do the same.

This store is new and stands out in a neighborhood where you aren't expecting it. Big and more room in the isle to move and look. Very clean and the staff was nice if not helpful. Not a real dollar store as prices are high on some items like food. Always fun for the money.

Really like their Believe Makeup line i just wish they kept up with restoking. This location could use lots of TLC honelty. Lots of items out of place and dirty. I realize its not the best of neighborhoods but store should still be neat and tidy for customers.

My sister and I were excited to hear there was a new store close to home. After loading our carts and checking out we could not move our carts out of the store to unload the.groceries to the vehicle. I had to tipped the front of the cart up because it had an attached long security poles to prevent customers from removing the carts from the store. I needed to take the shopping cart outside to the car to unload our groceries. We were followed out by an employee who reprimanded us for removing the carts from the store. He said that we should have asked for help. He than stood by waiting for us to go finish unloading, pressuring us to give him the carts. He refused to assist us in loading the groceries, even after my sister pointed out to him that he he was just standing there and NOT helping.

It was horrible the clerks like to follow you around the store as if we were looking to shoplift or something I was there with my niece and she was buying items for her first apartment and they had clerks following her around the store and staring I make three times what these clerks make why would I try or even think about shop lifting at a Dollar General. The experience was infuriating if you are a person of color save yourself the headache and skip this store I can't post this without choosing a star if I could I would take the star off after it posts

How do I know? Well I applied for a position studying the behavior in others that works inside this particular family dollar. A while back my fiance had a fallout with a woman cashier for taking to long while he needed to be gone soon with only a few items. The woman was snobby was not at all genorous and today she picked at me about about sports like the man she looks like. I as a feminant female didn't quite know so she got aggressive choosing a team for me. While Desiree the hiring manager sat back and watched so unprofessional like. Afterwards I asked ever so politely about my application and I was told she had given away my position while her employee lollygaged and laughed do to the nature in which I wasn't hired. And that was simply because one of her employees disliked my boyfriend.

If I could rate lower I would, this family Dollar is one of the rudest place I've shopped at in a while. The cashier laquetta is just rude to customers seems like she hates helping customers I will not be returning to this store unless it is run under new management

I come to this family dollar here because it's walking distance from my home. All cashier's greet you as soon as you walk in. Nice somewhat tidy. But I like this store.. The staff are very helpful.

Theres something about spending a couple dollars and knowing you didnt just spend your entire wallet's soul. I come here often. Real often, good prices, well stocked. Props to the stores stockers. Keeping it clean gives it a nice refreshing feel whenever you walk in. Instead of objects laying around everywhere. It shows careness. That goes a long way.

I liked shopping here, yeah it was messy but they looked like they got new stuff in. My only problem is they kept talking to my kid like he was theirs and I don't have a bad child he wasn't running around or pulling stuff off shelves he was playing with his toys that he brought... my thing is unless my child is acting out, don't talk to him.

Can never get ahold of anybody at that location plus bought spoiled milk I can't get ahold of them to refund my money or give another one and I just bought it 20 minutes ago I spent $46.41 at the store and the milk that supposed to be $4.20 not $4.35 plus alot of items are marked lower than what they charge

This was in a good location off the roadway. The staff greeted me as I walked in. It was a bit messy and unorganized. But I asked an employee for help and she directed me right to what I was looking for. Checkout was speedy and friendly.

Walked in at 2:35 pm I asked the cashier at the counter if they had any dollar headphones and without hesitation or asking a fellow colleague she said she doesn't know because they have so much in the back but the headphones display is always empty
