Waiting more than 1 hour to have a script filled. Told the pharmacist I had to go out of town she told me she has a lot of work to do and it would probably be 1.5 more hours that I should walk around the store and wait Been coming here a while and it usually only takes 10 minutes to fill.

Male who answer the phone is very rude . 1 st time I thought ok having a bad day even thought I called the for help & answers since I was out of town & need my medications . When asking questions he cut me off and told me I’m sure you will figure it out , hung up the phone . 2 months later called them to advise wrong Rx was refilled , very rude and told me it’s my problem.Transferring all my Rx . Been going to this pharmacy for 5 yrs had an issue with my husband Rx thought that was it ! Will never sugguest or recommend this pharmacy

Dropped off a prescription two days ago Said it would be ready the next day. Came back the next day, it was not ready. They said come back in 30 minutes they would have it ready. Came back one hour 30 minutes later Still not ready Then they told me they didn't even have the stuff that they would send it over to another location. Went to the other location the next day.Still wasn't ready. Who ever send it over Whoever send it over. Put it on as ahold not to fill. Now I have to make another trip over there later today to get it. Very poor customer service at this location.

I always try to be super nice whenever I call. As soon as they answer the phone thru out the call they are extremely rude the entire time, every time my family or I calls it’s the same issue with the workers being extremely rude and unhelpful. Don’t know why it’s so hard for them to be nice

The pharmacy here is absolutely terrible. No communication. They are extremely rude, there is one young lady with long brown hair and she is an absolute doll. And the other with brown hair maybe 30s. Great.Sorry they have terrible bosses. It's about the only thing saving this pharmacy. The rest of the staff is clueless and the pharmacist are the absolute worst and could care less about their jobs. If they did they would care about their customers. What a complete joke.

Yuck! Dirty counters and sterile items left open by used needles. Does the pharmacist have pride in his area? Smells funky too.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever used. The two pharmacists who work at this location are incredibly rude and they even rufes to fill certain scripts. The scripts they refuse to fill are already authorized by my doctor. After a simple phonecall to another location, the other CVS employees immediately approved and filled my scripts..and even mentioned that the pharmacists on Cactus Rd were unprofession & had no grounds to refuse my prescription. There are legality issues at the Cactus road location.

I waited over an hour to be seen after I checked in, despite having an appointment for a specific time to get vaccinated. They were focusing on the huge line of people picking up prescriptions, and that line was not getting smaller. Only two people were working in the pharmacy. Would not schedule another appointment here.

This past weekend, the woman who was at the drive thru said she CALLED everybody saying that their system was down and there’s no covid testing for that day. But I’m there at the window so I didn’t get the voicemail, then she said “SO I’m telling you now that there’s no testing” so ok, maybe she was right, so I went across the street at one of the business parking lot and checked my voicemail for that entire week, there was NONE. So she didn’t call everybody. Bad customer service, I’m not near this location but drove there for almost 20 minutes coz their store had one schedule left. Zero star for that woman at the drive thru for not doing her job and she was rude. I’m not going back there to do business.

I sent my husband to this pharmacy to grab me Sudafed for my congestion- my hubby lost his drivers license and used a valid state ID instead and they refused to sell him the meds because it wasn’t a drivers license. Not sure when driving a car was a qualification to purchase medications. Went to Frys across the street and was given no problems. He even asked the Frys pharmacist if a drivers license was needed for purchase- ITS NOT, any form of ID will work.

The middle eastern pharmacist is super nice and accommodating. However the rest of the staff in the pharmacy are quite annoying. I was extremely sick and dropped or prescriptions and they neglected to tell me they close early compared to other locations. They have done this to my mom as well and don’t bother to let people know what time they close.

Every single month I call in my script for my thyroid medication and EVERY SINGLE MONTH, I have to wait a week or more for them to actually fill it. Last month they weren't going to fill it at all because they said I was getting a 2 month supply at a time, used up all my refills and my insurance doesn't even cover anything over a month! So they needed approval from my doctor. They didn't actually, they just don't know what they are doing. I've even had to pay out of pocket because they couldn't be bothered to call my insurance company when my meds suddenly weren't covered. It was just a computer glitch, and I was never reimbursed. Worst pharmacy I have ever used. I hope no one has life saving medication because you will probably die before you get it.Update: been waiting over a week for my meds, again. They have no reason why they don't have it ready except that they just don't.

I have never been so offended by store employees. I went in for eyeshadow and deodorant, both of which they were out of my normal stuff. I wasn't even in there 5 minutes and was being "accused" (in a passive aggresive way) that I was going to steal something. The one girl even called security. For what?! Because I was looking at different products?! I was the only person in there so when you overheard security to "scan the front," I know you are accusing me.....again. Then on my way out, AS I WAS PAYING, the cashier said "I don't care how you pay, as long as you pay." Yet another passive aggresive accusation! I'm sorry I was in my work clothes and not how I usually dress to go to a store. You should not ever judge a book by its cover! Very poor customer service!!

I decided to go and experience "The fast, free curbside pickup service now available at CVS" with a few of my family members this afternoon.I will give this location a star as the location was neat and tidy even with it being New Year's Eve.I do not understand why Curbside pickup which is suppose to be "fast" is offered at this location as I had to walk into the store pick up my order. My experience sadly did not turn out as planned.No star for the customer service received from the associate that helped me since I just got an excuse rather than a reassurance that my next curbside experience would be improved.I am definitely going to stick with Frys Food and Drug store from this point forward.

I had the most horrific experience at the 7530 W Cactus Rd, Peoria, AZ 85381 location. I went with my 7 year old daughter to pickup her medicine. On my way back to the entrance from the pharmacy I was greeted by Alan and Maria they started screaming at me telling me to never step in the store again. And they threatened to call the cops on me. For no absolute reason. Maria was there just to interpret Alan. My daughter was so scared and just wanted to leave. But they were blocking the door out. Last time I visited this location. I scanned my card at the kiosk and received some coupons. I went shopping and once I was going to pay Alan screamed at me for using the coupons and threatened me to call the cops if I went again. I left the store with nothing but tears in my eyes and him leading me out with his screams. I strongly believe it is just pure racism. I belive that a customer that comes to buy should not receive this kind of treatment for using coupons the store gives them.For this I will never come again.

I had a 25% off and five dollar extra bucks rewards that I was not able to use on my purchases last night due to the manager and two other employees did not know to ask me my name to see which account I was under. Since one account was inactive and that was the account that was coming up. All they had to do was ask me my name. So I was not able to use my extra bucks rewards or my 25% off coupons. I called CVS cooperate and the customer service representative was knowledgeable and new exactly what had happened and honored me another $10 extra bucks rewards. These people in the CVS store better get their act together because they don't know how things work. Was not happy at all with this CVS store!!!

This is not the worst pharmacy but it is close. 4 employees not helping a single pharmacy customer. I am standing in the isle right now with 5 other customers and not a single indication that anyone will be getting their meds anytime soon. Run from this place. Horrible.

I called to make they had the medicine I needed. I spelled the name of the med for the guy. I did ask him to let me finish my questions and I must have hurt his feelings. After that he confirmed twice that they had the meds. I pulled up to the window to buy and he said they would not have until tomorrow. I asked why he said it was there and he said he never said that. I wonder if he writes down questions from customers? I drove down to Walgreens and got the meds.

Drive-thru always a line and the tech is not very efficient!Pharmacy hours are not very convenient for the people who work and have dinner to prepare! 24 pharmacy’s are much nicer!Very friendly staff but need to not visit so much when there is a line!!

WAAAYYYYYYY DOWN HILL , I’ve been using this pharmacy for 17 years and have NEVER been treated so poorly , Never , today when spending $200 on ONE Prescription not only were we treated poorly in the drive-through three times lied to about the pick up time three times and then given the improper discount code so would’ve been charged an extra $40 that we didn’t have to spend the people not wear name badges so you can’t report to corporate who’s in trouble so I just call corporate and tell corporate I don’t know who helped us poorly apparently it’s everybody’s since nobody wants to wear name badge I feel very sorry for the pharmacist at work here if they’re surrounded by text with this level of ignorance and self entitlement absolutely worst customer service we will be changing the pharmacy first thing tonight , absolutely disappointed considering I felt we were family after 17 years

Covid drive through testing was awful at this location, the tech Obviously didn’t know what she was doing been waiting more than 15 minutes. I have done testing at other locations and it was nothing like this avoid this location

Not good.. They have messed up my critical medications time after time and now sent my prescriptions to me through the mail which was supposed to be delivered to me yesterday but appears lost by mail. I am now withdrawing.
