This is a great store. Even during the early days of the liquidation sale, a lot of products are sold out but they still have a good selection of some items.The store is clean, the staff are friendly and overall it's a nice location.

It's a good place for "stuff" but the prices have gone up a lot. Also the store looks kind of junky, carts need repair, empty shelves. Lots of items on floor. Kind of a mess. I've been going to dollar store instead.

There was no crowd today but all the carts were still gone. I appreciate being able to take tthe carts to your car, unlike many stores that have added a long pole to prevent the carts leaving the store.It's still difficult to find the correct price for many items. There is always something new but the prices are really climbing sometimes equal to a regular store.The employees are nice unless they are so engrossed in talking to each other.The parking lot is still dirty and needs resurfacing.

I'm not a dollar store aficionados by any means but this is my favorite store though there are many closer to my home.The store is clean and well stocked; larger than some others so they have a good selection. I've been pleased with the quality of everything I've bought here and will be returning.

I think one thing of the upmost importance is being able to call to see if a item is in stock before I go but they dont answer their phone. So this trip may be a waste of my time. A employee from another store tried calling for me with no luck also. She said they never answer the phone over at this store. Just frustrating.

I won't recommend this store whatsoever. I found their fresh products look old and moldy. Some of the areas such as decorations was a mess.And one intriguing shoppers should paid attention is the price. They called themselves as $99 cent store but in reality when you checked the receipt it says $99.99 cents and rounded to $1. You actually didn't save a penny at all.Their products were okay and we bought a bowl that actually really worked. For discount store type I would give it one star for deceptive reason.I won't go back to this store. Dollar Tree and Big Lots much better for selections and prices especially Big Lots. If you are member of Big Lots reward card then you get 5$ off coupon of minimum purchase of 15 and $20 % off total purchased quite often. 99cents offered shoppers for nothing.

This is my local 99 cent store. I've been going for years . Well I been going to 2 other locations because it seem like this location here is higher in price on a lot of items . The produce department is officially higher than Safeway and Walmart . whomever is pricing this food needs to be spoken to .

Who are they kidding? It should be rebranded the dollar and the .1.99 Cents store.(sorta). 4 PM Tuesday at 83rd Ave. and Thunderbird. One check out open. 15 people in line. yelled for another cashier. Deaf ears. I left my cart with the lone cashier and told hersomeone was gonna have to restock it and left. Been shopping there for years. Not going back.

There was only 1 cashier n so many customers standing in line waiting 2B check out. The cashier called for backup it took @5 times to get somebody to come down n help.!! Customers were really fed up n yelling for another cashier. The store itself was really stock n so clean. No problem with the store,only cashiers. Bad experience. This is NOT 1st time this happens to us. We R not be going to that store again.!!

Young cashier at front today had a wonderful attitude. All other employees were not helpful. One left to lunch and the other just swept around the 25 people in line. I understand people need breaks. But the lady sweeping after being called for back up several times was ridiculous. You are paying employees to not do their job. Wild. The sweeper was Pamela. The young cashier called her for back up several times. And just kept checking everyone out with a great attitude and a smile on her face.

No shopping carts or shopping hand baskets! Waited 17 minutes in line because cashier had no clue what he was doing! Only one check out line avaliable! Lemons in bags were moldy! Worst experience ever WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO AN ENEMY!

While shopping, they got over the loud speaker and mentioned downloading the app and getting $5 off of $25. So, I did. The total rang up to over $28 and I had activated the offer by then just to be told one of my items wasn’t “qualified” and I couldn’t use it, wasting the offer due to it only being good an hour after activating.The line to check out is also always long. Every time I come in there’s only one cashier, and even when backup is called for a second one, it takes forever for someone to come up.

Bought a 9 pack of batteries. Price on the package said 2.99. it rang up $3.99. I said that says 2.99 on it, he answered we upped the prices, let me grab you a new package and walked away ( about 6 people in line). Came back with a new 9 pack labeled 3.99. Tried to switch them out, ended up giving me my original package labeled 2.99 but would not honor the price. I wonder how many other items they "changed the price on" but didn't actually change, so people are just getting ripped off at the register. I have a picture of the receipt and package. I added it. The manager here is trash. Rude. No customer service skills at all. There was something that was 99cents had the sticker and all that said that, it was ringing up different though, so she ripped the sticker off and said nope it is 1.99. Probably would have paid it, it she wasn't such a rude person. Cashier on the other hand was great and apologized for the rude actions of the manager.

Most items are no longer 99.9 cents. Prices are much more expensive and many items not priced. A box of sweethearts that did cost $1 is now $4. Staff were very nice.

Very clean and well stocked. There are always workers straightening and restocking. The aisles are wide enough for walkers. Some of the workers speak other languages, but smile and try to help you find what you need. Produce is fresh and constantly replenished. They carry a variety of snacks, sweets, fruits and vegetables and much more.They even have nopales. Fun to wander the aisles and see what you can find - at very low prices.

The store is larger than most. Low prices and great finds. Wide aisles. Shelves are stocked and the merchandise is nicely presented. Associates are personable and willing to assist. Hand sanitizer is available at the entrance. Plenty of parking. Accessible parking and entrance.

Love this store. They always have certain essential items like toothpaste, paper towels and dish soap. The awesome part of this store is the one time or limited items. You never know what might be there. I've scored many great organic foods, home organization items, kids toys, cosmetics and not just off brands name brands at serious discount.

When I am not living near a 99 Cents Only Store, I will drive to one to shop!!! I currently live 1.50 hours north of my 99 Cents Only Store in AZ. When I lived in Cali, I shopped at one at least one time per week! Love this store!

This location is the nicest one I've ever shopped at in Arizona. The store was clean and orderly. The staff was friendly and approachable when I asked where and if they had punching balloons.
