Usually it's a great place to shop and check out easily but my experience yesterday left my dissatisfied. Alfalfa hay is $31.99 and they no longer sale straw bales/bales of straw. Check out was a nightmare, no one was at the register for a little more than five minutes which caused a seven cart back up at the register. Our clerk that checked us out had no idea what was in stock for hay and did not understand what was being asked of her. It's always been my go to for my animal supplies but, I'll probably start going to the Valley from here on out.

I bought the medium freeze dry machine. Great product and easy to use. The food tastes amazing and I love making bananas and cantaloupe and eating them as snacks. Easy to get ahold of Harvest Right customer service too. Very helpful.

Customer service done right! Kristina and Chad made sure that I got a fuel cell for my customer in time. Chad went out of his way to pick it up from another store himself and none of it would have happened without Kristina leading the way. Long story short both of them went above and beyond to get me the item in time. I would definitely recommend these folks.

I love this place!! Great everything love the boots, clothes and the best seeds (burp), toys for my dog and my cat. candy for the kids! (Me) plus I got the watermelon to hang.Great country welcomes! The store is clean. The employees are helpful, and returns are done right at the register no need to call for a manager.Gotta check it out yourself!!! Good shopping!

The staff is very customer friendly and helpful. Very impressed with the extensive inventory in the pet department and the remainder of the store. My pets also enjoy visiting the TS store in Payson where they get greetings from the staff and treats.The overall atmosphere and shopping experience was pleasant and stress free. Also Jeff the assistant manager and the other members of the team are very customer oriented and take the time to assist you. It also easy to shop on line and pick up at the store

Don't let the name fool you. This store is so much more then the name implies. They have everything from dog food to clothing. Its worth stopping in if your in the area. The staff is very friendly and are always glad to help. The store is well stocked and very clean both inside and out.

This store has everything you can imagine. I went in looking for a bird feeder and bought it, plus a shirt.Among other brands they feature Carhart, which happens to be a son's favorite. So I got some early Christmas shopping done.Friendly people, happy to help one find what they need, and what they didn't know they needed. A fun place to shop.

The associates here are always friendly and quick to help if I need it. The store is clean and just a fun place to shop. I also enjoy the farmer's market they have outside on Saturdays, where you can find locally raised beef and arts and crafts.

Looking for an ash vacuum filter for a vacuum they sold me. They never have one in stock and can't order one online. Very disappointing.Very good selection of just about everything you need.

Twice now I've gone in to get propane only to have to wait and no one ever came out. I spoke to the cashier who called on her radio for an associate to respond to the side yard to assist me. Again I saw an employee driving a forklift moving pallets and she made no attempt to assist me. This is the second time with the same yard person. This was on October 18, 2021 at 3:15 PM. I told the cashier and left. I guess they have their priorities on a different plane than a customer.

Renee and Robin were exceptional. Our truck broke down and we had it towed here to see if we could find part to get the car going. We went back a dozen times getting parts and pieces. They were so patient with us and stayed open 5 mins after closing to help us with the last piece to send us on our wayThank you!! Caring women Great customer service

Well, stopped in to check on a 3500 watt generator. As they carry Champion brand I was looking forward to getting one. Unfortunately they were sold out and no idea when any would come in. Ended up getting one at Walmart in another brand but that is another review...

My first experience was getting the wrong item I needed. But when coming back I was still welcomed by the friendly staff and helped again to find the correct item and return the old one. Overall everyone was friendly and very helpful.

Only Tractor Supply I go to. I get questions answered by people who used the stuff. Live Ducks and Chickens. They are all still alive because of their knowledge.

A good friend of mine was in the Payson store and she told me that the cashier Robin was the rudest customer service person that she has ever had and she told me that she may never go to the store again if Robin is working!! She’s not the only person that has told me the same!! I know what I won’t be going there if Robin is working!!!

The last 2 times we have gone into the store in Payson, the check-out clerks have decided that we need advice and rude comments about how we choose to live our life. We come into to get feed and clothes not advice.

Shopped in Payson,Az this time and people were great. Try to buy at either Coolidge, Showlow, Miami/Globe, or Holbrook. Live in Apache Junction Az but customer service much better outside of Phoenix valley from what I've experienced. All in all good value for the money 👍

Worst propane service in town always waiting or looking for someone to fill tanks they all seem to go hide when they call on the intercom for propane to be filled. Stay away go else where they suck.
