We sometimes go here because it's convenient and no other reason. The place is always a filthy wreck. I'll tell ya about my last experience there. There was a lady at the counter, in front of myself, and a line behind me.. the workers behind the counter, a dark hair guy and a lady, were farting around in the doorway of the room behind the registers, neither one of them acknowledge us all standing there.They didn't say they would be right with us or anything! Then when they guy finally went to the register, he didn't apologize for the wait or anything. Didn't say have a nice day....blah blah blah. I found him very unpleasant, unprofessional and a bit off putting. Enough to where I might suggest going to Family Dollar down the road. Everyone there is pleasant, starting with a greeting when ya walk in the door. Not to mention that Family Dollar is a lot more organized and clean, with a clean restroom to boot.

Filed several complaints about the large blonde rude manager & she's still there. Gives discounts to her friends. No one wears masks during pandemic! I boycotted ALL dollar generals, the one in Needles too. No masks, customers & employees. Sorry, I want to live. Now I was there and could not park in handicap because a young fully able EMPLOYEE was parked in handicap. I am handicapped and had to park across the lot and walk from there. NO RESPECT from this store!!!!

Very convenient. Staff has mostly been friendly over the last 4 years. Especially recently. They might not have produce but they do cover a lot of bare essentials when it comes to groceries and much more. Saved me so many trips to Walmart. Also, a great place to shop during the holidays for cheap, but nice gifts and decorations. Overall, a really great and convenient store, that really contributes to the local community 👍🏻

I like the sales .store is a bit cluttered nut they have alot of items some have produce took out the ton of clothes if u use the app coupon they let u use the coupons in the paper on Saturdays u together u can get laundry soap for cheap.

Very poor service if your a biker don't you dare take your bags inside they'll insist your a theif and demand you leave your personal items behind the counter with them and hold no liability if something happens to your bag or items. So they can dig through your bags as they like but your a theif for trying to Carry important documents or items

Lots of items in the store, shevles were packed it seemed like. They had a huge clearance rack near the cash registers (smart) love diapers at a good price. The only issue that bothered me was so many employees and 1 at the register with a line (no matter the size) and they were standing there talking to the one working the register like they had nothing better to do.

It's a good store. They still have a big selection of $1 candy, and candy bars. You need to be aware that there is only one proper drive-way in... It's on the south side of the store. I think it's time to put one in on the north side. Otherwise you will be going over a curb. Trust me, it's not fun. ☹️

Passing through while visiting family decided to stop in for some road snacks. It was an absolute OVEN in there! Do you know how hot it was outside? 113 degrees, I went BACK OUTSIDE to cool off after spending 10 minutes in your absolute hell hole fire pit of a store that even Satan himself would loath to be in....AND you have employees working there!?! Shame on you.

This store comes in handy in a pinch, has good variety at fair prices, and a couple of other things that make me stop there regularly. They have a $1.00 'DG' brand sea salted caramel chocolate bar that is totally awesome! A little messy and disorganized or I'd give the place five stars, but maybe it's all part of the ambience. By the way, did I mention a pretty great selection of greeting cards for 50 cents up to $2.00?

This store doesn't care about its employees. The air conditioning has been out for about a month. It gets around 120 degrees outside every day. The employees are forced to work on those conditions and it is deplorable! This is an OSHA violation. It is also a health violation, as the food is melted and not suitable for consumption. I will no longer gove this greedy corperation my money and I suggest you all follow suit.

Leave nearby, I no longer come here, I go to family Dollar down the street. It's takes me 10 minutes to get checked. The older workers take all the time in the world with one person when there is 10 people behind that customer that they are ringing up. Or there is one worker ringing a customer up and they are chatting talking forever when they could be doing it alot faster. It's the manager mainly and an old lady with a rag on her head. Don't come here. Go to family Dollar down the street, faster and more friendly.

This stores freezers and coolers are not keeping food its been this way for months. Heads up. Do not purchase unless you like food that has thawed and refroze repeatedly and you love your $5 french fries coverd in ice. Yum yum. we've wasted so much food at this location its sad when this is the only cold food for many miles. The people out here deserve better than this

I truly enjoy perusing the aisles, racks and shelves here at Dollar General. The manager walked me to what I was looking for, and was friendly and conversational. Because many of their products are made to their unique specifications (size, material, quantity), you can buy them at a deep discount. Foods are comparable to those in major grocery chains. And it's close by!

Thank u dollar General bringing groceries to our Littletown when other grocery store wouldn't. Most of the people here in town don't have cars to go 20 miles to go shopping. Needles residence really do appreciate it. Great job

I purchased some merchandise at another Dollar General because my husband and I was traveling and when we get home with merchandise it didn’t fit ,so I took it to the nearest Dollar General where I live . As soon as I got to the counter the cashier told me we don’t know if I can do a refund because we don’t carry that merchandise, a I said sir here’s the receipt from the Dollar General store I purchase my items, I assume you operate like Walmart to Walmart or in my case any military exchange store. He picked up his phone walk to the back call his supervisor or manager , and came back to see if he can scan the merchandise. he said can’t give me the refund , because he couldn’t scan the receipt , Wow then you just tell me you don’t carry this merchandise ??? I got the receipt you can do it override! so I’m waiting to see what the district manager is going to do ... Will post an update.

I went in right before closing after driving 6 hours because I needed milk and bread and had my 7 year old (special needs who cannot walk) with me in the cart, half asleep and within less than 5 seconds of me walking through the door, while placing my child in the cart, I hear "You have 1 minute before we close" and I replied that all I needed was milk and bread. I walked less than 10 feet and heard "Um we're closing in 2 minutes" and I replied "Yep second time I've heard that in about 10 seconds." Neither worker offered to help me find where the items I needed were, they were just in a hurry to leave. Please, mind you it was 10:52 p.m. when I left my car that was parked about 20 or 30 feet from the door, so really there was probably at least 5 minutes left when I entered the store.However.... Seriously, do you think a mother with a half asleep child is there to shop your store all night long at nearly 11 p.m? Do you think I would have stopped if I didnt HAVE to? Do you think it was necessary and that I needed to hear TWICE that you're closing in 1-2 minutes, in less than 15 seconds of walking into a store that I'm clearly unfamiliar with? There was another mother who had walked in seconds before me who was buying their baby formula and she was put through the same thing. If your employees are in such a hurry to leave, be it to get home or because of their hours, payroll or upper management (ex retail manager for over 10 years here) then train them to HELP the people who are coming in last minute, not berate them because you're trying to leave. For the record I stood in line for an additional 5 or more minutes after rushing through the store (not even getting milk, by the way) but had plenty of time to shop the items next to the register while I waited. Terrible service. I know sometimes management pushes you to get out the door within minutes of closing but that does NOT mean that your customers should have to pay for that. Keep that in mind. Your customers make your company. I will be shopping at Family Dollar or whatever stores/companies are unaffiliated with you all from now on. You either need to hire new management to handle their available payroll and hours differently or you need to hire new staff or retrain your staff appropriately.

This store hasn't had air conditioning since the beginning of July and it doesn't seem like they are in any hurry to fix it. I refuse to shop at a store that has so little regard for their employees safety! Do better Dollar General!

It's a wonder this place hasn't been sued by it's employees! It was 98 degrees inside the store today! There was no AC, just some big loud fans that barley helped. If you aren't going to get your AC fixed within a reasonable timeframe, you need to shut the store down! This is illegal and inhumane!

Typical semi organized dollar general. This store had a lot of grocery options and general household cleaners and necessities. They had a lot of different things for sale this store definitely saves you a trip to walmart that is farther away.

Nice place, staff are friendly but they need to hire a few more workers in the MV store, gets busy especially when you need ice, they have to leave upfront to get it or customer has to wait.California, needles does have a dollar general, very friendly over there too.

Went in this,morning to,get,a,soda forgot my change,in,the,car didn't,count,it yet went back into,the store and I like to,look n see if they have,any new items so I was looking and counting my change didn't have enough so I was leaving the store plus was having lady issues so I was in a hurry. The head boss the lady who works there Followed me outside to ask if I needed help finding anything I said,no,I didn't have,enough change so I'll maybe come back. Not impressed but hey atleast its here!! I wish they would take request for items to be stocked in the store. The store is cluttered and sometimes dirty but it's always busy so I don't blame them. They really need to fix their parking lot though.

It was 8pm Checkout time was25 mins only one cashier on duty what's funny is I put my job application 2 weeks ago when it asks what hours would I be available to work 2pm til closing .no calls for an interview. And it's starting to look like the store in fort mohave.
