It's a walmart. Employees are nice at this one... electronic cart went from 100% to 15% & no way to make it to register. He left his station and brought me a cart. Didn't get his name, but thank you. There are only 2 registers with actual cashiers at 4 pm on a Wednesday! The self-serve bags are seriously impossible to open & and the quality of plastic bags seen like they are designed to rip. Pretty clean store. The guy checking my receipt apologized for the hassle! He was so nice. They must all be getting paid more.

2 times in the last week we've been sold expired food 1 from this location the other down the street the neighborhood walmart on Lindsat and Mckellips my bad for not looking YOUR BAD for allowing people who stock to not do their job correctly. Food is already expensive this is disgusting no more buying food from Walmart well go elsewhere. RIDICULOUS

I took my items to the fitting rooms. The clerk informed me she had no keys and told me to go to Customer Service. I just stared at her and so she walked over to Customer Service. She returned and said they didn't have keys there so they would call someone. I waited and waited and then I went to Customer Service myself. I was brushed off with an "I know". I said I've been waiting for ten minutes. The person behind the counter obviously didn't care at all.

Would avoid the auto center and purchasing tires here. Purchased tires around a month ago with hazard warranty and now that I need a replacement it has been a headache. Was told I need to purchase a new tire for a discount? On the receipt it says it's for the life of the tire?? Horrible service and highly recommend Discount Tire over these guys!! Shame on Walmart!! The lost prevention officer is very disrespectful and discriminating. I went there to buy a bunch of stuff for a puppy we are getting. Unfortunately walmart doesn't take applepay. He had cashier print a receipt of everything we scanned. Telling her we scanned more stuff Insinuating that we are stealing. The cashier watched me sendZelle money to my husband but it was sent to the wrong accout. Not only did he say this infont of us but our daughter as well. It's comes to prove that any race can be racist. Instead of trying to figure out my payments situation I left out of disgust.

This is the first time I've gone to the meat counter to get some sliced turkey meat. The gentleman on the other side of the counter was very professional but as I was looking I noticed there was a bottle of cleaner right next to where he slicing the meat. After I was done shopping I went and saw the manager I was on duty on a Sunday at 5:30 p.m. and I told her about it and her response was oh it's probably just a disinfectant. I guarantee the health department would write them up for a cleaner next to fresh meat.

I call this particular store "The Out House" because they are so frequently out of what I'm looking for.This last visit, I found everything I needed and checked myself out in a reasonable amount of time.The store is fairly well run, and I see management on the floor regularly.Sometimes, they are not up in changing price labels, and you have to tell the clerk to charge the price label amount. I was once told by an older clerk at this store that it was illegal for her to change the price that was rung, to the price on the shelf, on bottle of wine. She said that because it was an alcoholic beverage, that she just couldn't do it. I left it sitting there and walked out.On many different occasions, I have been charged tax on food items, like meat, eggs, bread, etc., which should not be taxed in Arizona.

I've shopped at this store quite a bit this past year. For the most part they usually have what I need so that's great! Employees & managers here can be very rude & non informative. For example I'm just walking along shopping like everybody else, a online shopper Employee rushes by me saying move out the way under her breath! Ask a manager to do anything that involves movement they shrug their shoulders take a big exhail in frustration and act like you shouldn't even be in here. Finding an employee for help can also be a bit challenging & if you do see an employee, you have to pretty much chase them down, I had a gentleman blatantly just ignor me. Train all your cash register Employees better & try to have better adittudes I know it can be tuff at times but please do better everyone is not out to get you & things do not have to be so complicated all the time.

I wish they were still 24 hours! If they were, it would not feel like I am in the way of the people trying to restock when I arrive at 10:00 pm as my schedule allows. I know it’s inflation and everybody is going through these ridiculous price hikes, but it used to be such a great feeling to go into Walmart and know I was going to be able to see prices sometimes half as much as what Fry’s charges for the same thing. Not not so much anymore. At what point do these companies figure out we can barely afford to eat anymore. So sad

Dear Walmart Team,I am writing this review to bring attention to an unfortunate incident that occurred during my recent visit to the Walmart store on McKellips Rd.I believe it is crucial for the management to be aware of the behavior exhibited by the store manager.Upon plugging in my device to arrange transportation home, the store manager approached me with aggression, questioning my actions and accusing me of unplugging the propane machine. Despite my attempts to explain and clarify, the manager did not listen and went on to forcibly remove my charger, which I had just purchased from the store.This incident left me feeling disrespected and unjustly accused. I strongly believe that such behavior from a store manager is unacceptable and tarnishes the reputation of Walmart.I request a thorough investigation into this matter and appropriate reprimands for the manager, including the possibility of termination.Customer service is an integral part of any successful business, and incidents like these can negatively impact the overall shopping experience. I was in Walmart with my daughter and her dad Saturday morning purchased sunglasses and a key chain whentime and now they probably think I steal or whatever got to the truck I realized I forgot to get ice, so I grab my wallet out of my purse go back in for ice, with my just purchased sunglasses on top of my head I pay for my ice grab it from ice chest and turn around to find the man greeting people suddenly in my face wanting to see my receipt I show him my receipt for the ice and go to walk out he blocks me and wants my receipt for the sunglasses, I proceed to tell him I just literally bought them but my receipt was in my purse in the truck that he could follow me out there to get it, he refused to and demanded I give him my sunglasses and go get the receipt and bring it back I hesitated at first but to avoided the scene he was trying to cause I handed them over walked back to truck then back in Walmart to prove I didn't steal and get back My sunglasses, he looks at receipt and say have a nice day, never did he apologize for the embarrassing moment he just put through, and the worSt part is having to explain and prove I did no wrong to not even get an I'm sorry. This was the last straw Ill never step foot in Walmart. Never in my whole 37 years of life have I been so embarrassed. So if your thinking on shopping her be prepared to be falsely accused of shoplifting and when proved you didn't don't think they'll admit they made a mistake.THEY WONT,

Awful customer service at the deli We ordered 150 pieces of chicken as were sponsoring dinner at an orphanage Two hours before pick up, they called and said the fryers were not on that day. We were in shock. We asked for options and Ricardo , I think, just abruptly said , call customer service, and hung up. So rude! No one offered to help and try to remedy the situation. We called around and finally were able to order pizzas at Costco They bent over backwards to get the pizzas ready in time.

Saw an older female employee start touching/petting a veteran’s service dog without permission and continued to do so for a while as the man was checking out. Staff at this location may need a reminder that those are WORKING animals not pets!! Unsafe environment for those with disabilities.

Jennifer was extremely helpful with the electronic section. While I was waiting for customer service to get the PS5, she was very kind and kept a great conversation. She is a very sweet employee and needs to get recognized for how much effort she puts into her work. I came in the Walmart very upset because I went to three different Walmarts trying to find what I needed, I ended up leaving this Walmart with a smile on my face because of how kind Jennifer was.

Always a pleasant time, like any Wal-mart it has its quirks, but as a whole, I'm never disappointed. I've had one time where the CS assoc slipped on cash back instead of store credit, but even though I barely got there before 10pm and I had other returns that were store credit, things happen. Service was still professional and friendly and I didnt even realize it till after the fact! Normally the crowd is light to medium regardless of the time and day(holidays excluded).

Everyone was friendly, even though they'd been through black Friday a few days earlier. I don't like that pricing is still going up even though the customers are doing the work the cashiers used to do. I didn't see a single cashier line open. It was all self-serve. That's great for fewer than 10 items but when I'm doing my grocery shopping and the total bill comes out to over $250 I don't want to unload my cart of everything thing I've just shopped for, stack it on that moving belt, scan my items, hope the computer can find the item, fight with opening those plastic bags, decide what can be bagged together, load it all back into my cart, and pay for it. I know the cost of living is increasing but Walmart has to be making big bucks by having just 1 employee manage 6-8 registers full of us customers who are paying the store to let us do all the work.

I want to give a excellent plus rating for Julie...the manager of the Vision Center. She has helped me with the frames I bought at the store multiple times to get them to fit properly...even though I only bought the frames at this store...I live in another city but this store had the frames I wanted. Julie goes above and beyond with customer service...she treats people the way she would like to be treated. She is a shining star in today's world of disappearing customer service. I wish her the best in all she does. She is a gem...I hope this reaches her superiors and she is recognized for all she does for Walmart.

our group was headed to the CAF museum and planned lunch at Milanos. there was 28 of us and they provided exceptional service, with meals served quickly and handled the request for separate checks with ease. Food was fantastic.

This location on Lindsey was awesome. Although there were worn out and dirty shoes on the shelf, and a shirt that looked like pee stains but Linda took care of that right away. Very organized and tidy.

Loved shopping here the store was calm and not full of hectic customers, the staff was great their customer service had employees who were actually helpful and it was clean with nice wide aisles and well stocked things in the correct place. And obviously well kept throughout, including the bathrooms and the clearance aisle!

I walked with my children to the automotive area to see if my battery was chargeable. I was in dire straits. Paul was a complete angel. Even though the battery was out from Walmart he went above and beyond to make sure I walked out of there with a working battery to put in my car. He is a true asset to Walmart. Not only was he professional but he didn't make me feel like just another number and has restored my faith in humanity for sure. I will from now on continue to get my battery needs taken care of by Walmart. Thank you Paul in automotive. You are a gem.

Most of the workers were nice but there was this one online pick up girl with long black hair n she was pretty but had a very ugly attitude and her ignorance was so intense they really need to get better workers she honestly looked like she hated her job

Love Walmart Not to fond of most big Corp stores etc. But this one and a few select others is OK in my book. I like the prices, quality and their staff for the most part. They will right any wrong and will do so accordingly, although I'm sure some customer's make it hard to do their job to the very best the ones that can overcome that hurdle is a blessing for shoppers everywhere. Those folks and the Wal-Mart s they work in are what's needed in today's society.
