First of all the whole experience was awesome. From all the reptiles to the atmosphere was A++. Super knowledgeable and personable. I went in for the first time tonight just to get feeders and walked out with feeders and a new enclosure. I will be back this weekend for an iguana! New favorite reptile shop for sure!

I came in there today for a beautiful, rough green snake 🐍 not only did he have lots of inventory of exotic animals and reptiles but I was very impressed with this cool store and the owner “J” ! He went above and beyond and showed exceptional and excellent customer service from the minute I walked in! Very personable and professional!! He was very knowledgeable & friendly and I learned a lot from the time I was in there talking with him. This guy has one of the coolest stores in the city!! Highly recommend!! I came into Supreme Exotics just over a week ago. I had just adopted a pair of 1 year old baby Sulcata Tortoises. The enclosure that the tortoises came with was too large for my residence. Plus, I had never owned any type of reptile before that day.So of course, I had a ton of questions to ask about them. Jay has been absolutely wonderful in giving me great advise on how to properly care for these 2 new additions to my family.Supreme Exotics will have my business from now on.They are knowledgeable about reptiles, they are open late, & their prices are less than Petco.Update to my review.Jay is great. He has helped me a ton with any questions I have about my reptiles.I have since adopted a 4 year old Bearded Dragon & Jay helped me out yet again. Rambo is a happy, healthy boy, that has adjusted well to his new surroundings. If you are like I was & new to the reptile world. This is a great place to come.As an added bonus, he's open late too! 😁

I took my kids here to look at rats at first and than we ended up buying a Guinea pig lol, the shop is owned and ran by a guy that is very friendly, he has a daughter mabie 10 years old who we have seen at the shop holding the animals and making them even more friendly to people !The shop is small but has alot of awsome animals inside it, Including sugar gliders !We will be going back to this location when we need another animal. The owner is understanding and willing to work with you when it comes to buying an animal, he even sold us one of his own Cages for our new pet. He diddnt need to do that but that is just the kind of person he is.I would suggest that you take a trip over to this location just to have a look at some of his Animals, he has baby chickens usually running around the store lol.Tim R.

Drove all the way out because the house appeal to me I work a weird shift. Showed up at 730 and the store had a open and closed sign. Said closed, will open at 10pm. But big blue open light also and says it's open according to hours on Google.

Open late, 11pm, just need to call to make sure someone is there and if no one is available they will tell you when they will be. Very friendly and informative. Keeps my pets alive and well being able to get them food after work when everyplace else is closed.

Tiny store, but lots of great stuff. I got feeders for my beardie and got to see some of the newest arrivals. Well cared for animals for sale with a great variety, and knowledgeable staff.

Drove quite a distance to this location to be there right at its opening hours 11am, but the store never opened. Called the locations main number and I'm assuming it was the owner who answered, he stated he would be there in a minute. After asking him to clarify an actual time he stated he was at the Tucson Airport and he'd be there in 2 hours. An individual might be better off going to a different pet store, maybe we'll give it another shot in the future but as of now 1 star review for disappointing my son on his birthday by not opening at its stated time of business.

These psychos try to charge you $2 just to enter the store. Then if you decide to purchase one of their animals, they force you to sign some creepy, religious-cult contract beforehand that just SCREAMS “illegal activity.”

Jay was super helpful. I got my niece her 1st breaded dragon. His prices are way better the petsmart. He loaded us up with all the information we needed to make sure our new little family member is happy in its new home.I Highly recommend this little hidden jem of a pet store.

Is small but has a good feel he is friendly answers questions isn't like the place I use to go to trying to sell me something I am not ready for I ended up with a snake wich though I said I have to much already I was told they don't need much no uva uvb just a heat pad and feed 1x a week and he was trying for me to take 2 of them told me they can be together lol maybe but id need a huge tank not just a 40 gallon corn snakes arent communal she ended up very sick and passing despite treatment and I 4ever feel guilty but he seems passionate I have heard he tries rescuing as well so if you r in the area should stop in way better place than petsmart or petco for live food he breeds his own super worms reg and lrg feeder rodents crickets and I believe dubias. I took 1 star for only way knowing he's gone isn't showing up if a reptile show there is a sign poster I understand if dealing with stuff in the back locking it don't leave call and make sure 1st

We absolutely ❤️ love this place, from our very first visit we knew this was our new reptile store. My 4 yr old was so curious That the owner invited her behind the counter and showed her what he was doing and then allowed her to finish it under his supervision. I recommend Supreme Exotics, LLC for all reptiles needs! You'll love ❤️ this place!!!! This place just keeps getting better!

Full disclosure: I'm not a reptile or exotic animal person. I came here today simply to do something with my 5 year old that he would love (aka look at cool creatures). I was hesitant to go in when we first arrived because the location was tiny and sort of difficult to locate, and to be honest, when we first walked inside it shocked me how small, cramped and smelly it was inside. However, I came in with an open mind to see some critters that I'm not a huge fan of in order to let my kid have fun, and we were not disappointed. The person working there (who I assume is the owner), was friendly and helpful. He put up with my son's zillions of questions ("what's in here, what's in there") and he answered my questions as well. He seems like he would be very knowledgable if we ever do decide to get some sort of reptile or exotic creature in the future 😵😂😉. So all that to say, we will be back. If not to purchase something, to at least look at the cool creatures. If you come in because you like reptiles and creepy crawlies I think you'll be happy with the store. If you're like me and you don't like creepy crawlies, just have an open mind and I think you'll be satisfied as well.

The owner went out of his way to help me get set up for my new baby sugar gliders. He took me to another store to help me look for an appropriate cage for them for travel home in and one to stay here in. If I didn't find one he was willing to sell me one of his own from his store. Visited to find a new scaly family member. We were looking for a gecko to fill the void of Cern, our late house gecko. While a new house gecko was on the table, we inquired what else could live a comfortable life in our setup we got for Cern. That's when we met Noodle. We were tricked! Lol "Do you wanna hold him?" And it was a done deal. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable service. We got everything we needed to create a comfortable habitat for Noodle. Sent home with our new baby Kenyan Sand Boa and his dinner. Getting to watch him hunt and eat was the best part! If you're looking for a new exotic baby, please check this place out! Great prices and many babies that need forever homes.

I called this location today to see how much an ultra sound would cost for my beardie, when the man answered the phone the dialauge was as such… “whats up” i replied with a hello and asking if this was supreme exotics LLC … “yeah sorry i said Supreme when i answered, whats up” i was caught off guard but continued to ask how much an ultra sound would be, i went to another vet that was out of my budget so i called in hopes for some guidance. when i explained symptoms that my beardie had, that the first vet mentioned he replied with “so you think you need to run her through an ultra sound because she wont eat her greens?” and at that point i felt very disrespected and when i expressed that the response was quite literally “if you say so”. I am so displeased with the service i got OVER THE PHONE!! would not reccomened bringing your beloved pets to these sarcastic, rude “animal care providers.”

Extremely helpful with getting a tortoise for my son's birthday. He Answered all our many many questions. We came in with 4 children and he was so kind to them and showed them the different animals. All in all great experience, will be returning costumers.

It is a work in progress, but I'm excited to see where this guy goes. Seems like his specialty is Turtles but he has some exotic reptiles. Below is my in depth thoughts.Pro's: knowledgeable, listens to the customer, good communication, honest to a tee, raffle ticket with purchaseCon's: cigarette smell, cramped space, a bit messy both store and tanks, labelingOverall: This review is to provide an outside constructive view for the owner. I can see this place become something awesome, but if bad habits aren't nipped early, it's extremely tough to correct later on. Overall though I do like the place.

Everything you could need and more for exactly what the store is named. Loved it and the hours of operation are great, specially for those with regular jobs a lot of pet stores are open the hours most people work making it hard to get things you need and sometimes you have those emergencies where you feel like a bad pet owner not having Everything it needs. With this place no need to worry they got you covered. Would give more stars but only got the 5 to give.

Glad we found this reptile shop! Unlike most pet stores, this shop stays open until 11pm daily. We just bought a ball python and this place has come in clutch a few times. Definitely has our business.
