I live far east Mesa but I can’t bring my dogs anywhere else! I love these groomers they take the best care of my dogs. My dogs are always the most handsome after their visits to Sunshine Pet Grooming (until they start digging in the backyard). I definitely won’t be going anywhere else!

Today my dog had his first ever grooming experience, he 3 years old and he didn’t like some of the aspects of it, like his paws being touched and kept trying to lay down because he also didn’t like the table. Shaniqua did amazing with him and he looks great!

Excellent grooming job on my two senior small dogs. They took time to hear how I want for my furry babies’ haircut and then gave their professional suggestions. My two dogs’ hair were heavily matted. Instead shaving them off, they took time to brush and groom them nicely.Other adds on to the excellence:1. Very good price2. Easy to make appointment3. Nice reception4. Clean and beautiful store

Let me just say… What an amazing experience!I rescued a shelter dog who seemed (after getting comfortable) to hate everyone. She was so timid but I knew her aggression was fear based.She definitely needed a bath so I asked if they were willing to work with her they said yes. I admit when I first got there I was so nervous. But immediately they were able to care for her and reassured me. I saw the way they worked with her, and instantly felt better and could tell they were experienced.I left and came back for pick up and let me know how she did. She smelled wonderful and did a great job!1000x I would recommend! Thank you!

This Company provided excellent service they did a very good job on my baby mysterithemaltipoo she’s all ready for the Christmas Holiday the prices were very reasonable and they took time with my dog they were very gentle and patient it wasn’t rushed or sloppy service I would highly recommended this company and we will definitely be going back.

This grooming shop is the best groomer I have taken any animal to ever. They are not only talented, but they are patient and kind. Diane saved me $1000 today. The little guy on the right, the Shih Tzu, is a rescue from a homeless person who passed away. This little pup had such a horrible knot of hair at the end of his tail, we weren’t sure how we were going to get it off. A veterinarian told me it was going to cost over $1000 to sedate him and surgically remove it. Diane ever so patiently got it off. I am absolutely in awe and amazed. Do yourself a favor and use this groomer. They are the absolute best!

I believe they should change names since it seems it is under new management and they keep raising their rates but have been worse not better, seems all prior employees not working here and new employees have poor customer service and argue with you when you tell them they missed something, for example they told me they couldn't finish the dogs cut "because the dog would not let them and would be Jumpy". But for the past 5 years they never had problems with her and she has always been calm and friendly, be aware of this place

We take our precious little ones to sunshine. We find they are more expensive than some groomers. But I believe you get what you pay for. Customer service is fantastic and they do a great job. Brian.

Been going for 4 years. Paid $50 for my small dog Tried to charge me $75 for a small dog stating he’s a medium dog if he weighs more than 9lbs. Has some new people. Used to love coming here. Not the best customer service. Wish them the best will be going elsewhere.

Took my Shih tzu in to get groomed last week. She is very nervous around strangers but they did great with her. She wasn't traumatized and looks great. Especially love her head and face. Awesome job! Also prices are reasonable. Will definitely return!

Worst experience with a groomer. Called to make my grandmother an appt for her older Bichon. We arrive and it takes 10-15 minutes to figure out who was even brought in because nothing was written down. They then decide to ask the age of the dog and he is 16. They then said they don’t take dogs that old. But did not ask on the phone. They did not ask for any other information. Argumentative and very unprofessional. Disappointed.

My first time going to this grooming it was perfect other groomers would cut her coat to shirt and still have not so good smell but she spelled super good when she came out and her cut was cut perfectly aswell as the softness was awesome

Very comfortable atmosphere. The team that works here takes pride in everything they do, not to mention EXTREMELY skilled . The owner is amazing and has a phenomenal team that works with . Attached is an image of some work that was done very well to our family pup Orion . I highly recommend .

If you don't like being charged a late fee, stay clear of this place, they can take hours to groom your puppy but if you take to long to pick up they charge you a late fee, also noticed when I arrived home they didn't cut all the hair on the belly, do not recommend

Sunshine Groomers A1 ☆☆☆☆☆ All staff at Sunshine are so very kind, accommodating. They are very skilled. Mrs.Pierrce is by far the BEST GROOMER. Max my Labradoodle suffers from separation anxiety and when he sees Mrs.Pierrce he gets so excited even walks himself on the groomers table alone. Never have I seen Max feel so confident and excited to get groomed.

Can't stop gushing about my experience today. My puppies haven't been socialized enough due to COVID and was worried about them being a handful to the groomers or my pups having a bad experience. They were nervous going in but they seemed so happy and relaxed when I came to pick them up (it was their first haircut). The lady who welcomed me in was so nice. The place was very quiet, I didn't even hear any barking or crying like I would going to other places. Definitely will recommend and come back.

My JW is terrified of water and was traumatized from last groomer who left scabs around his neck indicative of a wire holding him down. Sunshine was amazing. They took an amazing amount of time with him - around 4 hours- taking the time to assure he was comfortable. They are amazing! Normally JW very upset with me after the experience, shaking. Today, good to go! Thank you again ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Service is not like it used to be they don't do a good job and their prices have gone up, do not recommended, also they don't provide an exact time for pick up when dropping off pets and now charge if you are late to pick them up, when usually they have been late with grooming

This is not a cookie cutter drop and shave spot. Casey has been cutting my Moxie's hair since we moved here back in September. The staff is warm and very friendly. The whole process takes about 2-3 hours. I feel like they don't push your dogs to get cut if they don't think they are comfortable and ready yet. My pup has severe separation anxiety. I WFH so he is never alone or with anyone else except our core pack. Every time I go to pick him up, he is smiling, handsome and very happy. You know what they say... Happy dog, happy life 😂. Anyway, they do except same day appointments, but it is best to make yours aheadLike with anything, ask how long they think it will be and structure your chores around that timeframe. They will call when your pup is ready. Casey himself is a God send. He is talented AND patient. Thanks Team over at Sunshine pet grooming, for always doing your best and being amazing 🤩😍🤩 5 stars.
