Very unwelcoming attitude and condescending behavior by the cashier. The hot chocolate ordered was Hershey syrup based and listed for $5. The smoothies are syrup/concentrate based.Only food options were bagels and empanadas. Regardless of the unpleasant experience, I decided to support this Veteran owned business. Even provided an undeserved tip. Recommend management conduct customer service training with their staff. Happy Holidays!

Such a nice and neat local coffee shop! We came from hike. They were very consider and brought an ice water bowl for our dog! The place is very cute! I got the best iced Mocha coffee ever!

Mike and Linda are passionate about coffee and genuinely kind people. My coffee was delicious and my daughter raved about her smoothie. Mike gave us a tour and even showed us the difference between a raw and a roasted bean. I can’t wait to try the Cochise Blend we’re bringing home!

I do feel bad to leave a negative review, but I am baffled by the majority’s opinion and want to give feedback as I experienced the coffee here. I have come twice, and both times the espresso has tasted so burnt, black, and acidic that charcoal comes to mind. My bf could not finish his. Two explanations for this: either the drinks I’ve gotten twice here have been flukes; or people genuinely like extremely dark, burnt espresso and taste it as simply “good and strong.”

Loved my iced mocha! My sister and I stopped in on a hot day for some refreshment! We were in and out 10 minutes to closing, owners were very sweet! Made my mocha extra sweet just for me! PLUS there’s a puppy inside. 😊❤️❤️

Me and my entire family came up to Pinetop for a week long getaway from the heat in the Phoenix area. We came across this gem of a business, stopped in for some drinks and we were so impressed. The owners (husband and wife) were absolutely amazing. They greeted us, we talked, they asked us what we liked, made some suggestions, and created some of the best coffee drinks! They grind their own coffee beans and made all of us some very delicious coffee drinks. Their little dachshund Faith was also there to greet us and she is such a sweetie. We will definitely be back and highly recommend to anyone...stop in and enjoy a very delicious and high quality coffee drink! You will not be disappointed! Some genuinely caring, professional and kind people that really know what they are doing and know what exceptional customer service is! Thank you so much for making our visit so much better!

I had the BEST espresso shot and latte here this morning. They are the only coffee roasters in the White Mountains, and the freshness was evident in the flavor. The owners were clearly excited and passionate about what they do, which made it even better, and I got myself a long sleeve t-shirt for my adventures over the road. While I was in there, it was awesome to see how great they treated an employee arriving to work on her 2-year anniversary of working at the coffee shop. Highly recommend popping in while you are in town! I'm excited to come back.🌲☕🙏

Best coffee on the mountain. Do yourself a favor and get a Peppermint Mocha Frappe if it's still available. They offer hot coffees, Iced coffees, frappes, smoothies and they're all wonderful. The interior is inviting with tables and a couple of easy chairs. The staff are amazing. Always friendly, willing to answer questions and making sure the guests are happy. Highly recommend!

My family and I came in from Phoenix to visit the area and we met the owners and their dog Faith. All were extremely friendly and welcoming. What an awesome coffee shop! They roast their own coffee beans and man can you taste the difference!!! I got an iced latte with coconut milk and it was AMAZING!

My favorite coffee shop in Pinetop. No, on the mountain. Aww who am I kidding…my favorite of all time! Mike & Linda (owners) are a couple of the nicest people you will ever meet and Mike knows his coffee. Not only is Mike properly educated in the science of coffee roasting, he’s a master of the art and he’ll talk your ear off about it all. They even ship! I’m fortunate enough to live just minutes away so I get my fix in-person but I ship their beans to family and friends all over the country and it’s always a hit.Get your fresh-roasted coffee beans (whole or ground) from the Pinetop Coffee House and you won’t be disappointed.Parking: Large parking lot in front.

Coffee shop was next to our hotel, Antler's Inn. Small shop with friendly staff. Has a great menu of hot, iced and blended coffees and teas. Quality is outstanding. Buy local and support local business. Taste is 10 times better than any chain coffee shop.

Best coffee on the mountain! The owners are passionate about coffee and customer service, and it shows in everything they do. They roast their own beans, and the coffee is delicious! In addition to a great selection of roasted coffee, espresso, and the usual coffee shop offerings, they also have frappes, smoothies, several varieties of lemonade, hot chocolate, cider (in the winter), some really excellent teas (iced and hot), and bagels. So you can get drinks for the whole family - my kids love the Desert Pear frozen lemonade.As great as the coffee is, I can't say enough about great the owners are. Any negative reviews of this place are either old, referring to a previous owner, or from cranky people with ridiculous expectations. Mike and Linda greet their customers by name. Assuming it isn't busy, they'll chat with you, ask where you're from, and make a sincere effort to get to know you. They actually care that you stopped by. The second time I went in the shop, *I* messed up and ordered a hot drink instead of iced. I mentioned that I forgot and it was not a big deal. Two minutes later they brought me a second drink, iced and on the house. I'm not suggesting you should expect free drinks, but these are the kind of people I like to do business with, genuinely kind.To put all of this in context, I have spent HOURS in this shop working on my laptop, and I've had GALLONS of their coffee and teas. I've been to every coffee shop in Pinetop, and I challenge you to find better coffee or nicer people on the mountain!If you're visiting Pinetop, this place is a must.Dietary restrictions: They have a large selection of diary alternatives.Kid-friendliness: Mike and Linda know most of the kid's names that come in. They have drinks other than coffee so kids will have plenty of options.
