This lady is the most negative person I have ever met. Everything is going pot and everyone is against her. I was 20 minutes early for my appointment and she chewed my up one side and down the other. Take my advise go to show low she is not worth the second rate haircut you get.

This was an amazing experience she cut my hair fast and to my liking. I will be going back again to get my hair cut. It’s also the cheapest place I’ve been to get my hair cut.

Sharlia is not only an amazing men's barber, but exemplifies what our small mountain community is all about- small businesses going that extra mile for their customers, regardless if they are locals or visitors. Professionally trained, licensed, and truly listens to what you want. Did I mention the warm towel and straight razor cleanup? You just don't see that much anymore and quickly realize what you've been missing! Her prices would make big city barbers think she's lost her mind, but she keeps the cost beyond reasonable for this area and in my opinion undercharges for her experience, expertise and customer care.Call ahead, as her business license requires appointments only - but that also gives her the opportunity to really give her clients a great haircut, beard trim and enjoyable conversation.Service: Haircut

What an amazing haircut at about half the price of the other place. The best haircut I have had in years...I wish I lived closer. Make an appointment and go for it! You won't be disappointed.

She did a great job! I'm in my 20's and just moved up here and wanted a good fade. She did an awesome job with the cut did it exactly how I showed her in the picture and even a couple edits I had. She cleaned it up with a straight razor and finished up with the most relaxing self-made warm lather. Working on getting back soon it was the most enjoyable haircut I've ever had!

The best place to go and have a trip back in time. Was just as I remember visiting the Barber with my grandpa in Ca. She is the best I have found in show low. Hailey is always happy to see every customer. She will always make your day.

Always get a great haircut here. Fist time I tried it was when they butchered my hair at the local Walmart salon. Supercuts wasn't open for business yet (still training)😟. My last option and turned out to be a great choice.

live in tucon but spending the summer in pinetop/lakeside. needed a haircut and stopped in hats off. absolutely the best haircut i've ever got. many comments, all good, wanting to know who cut my hair. thanks

Tried to call had bad signal and was answered very rudely. I am new to the mountain and just trying to find a barber shop to go to every two weeks. She was very rude and would never trust her cutting my hair. Very condescending.

had been a customer for years...but not anymore...always brought dog snacks for her dog and even a few DVD's for her...she went to appts because of the pandemic and no matter how much i tried to contact her she got back to me and accussed me of being nasty because i called too many times for an appt...she's lost her reason...BEWARE

Great little two chair shop...usually just the owner though...well worth the wait...I have never received anything other than an excellent, inexpensive hair cut...this place is very customer oriented...reminds me of the shops when I was growing up 60 years ago...

Wow what a rude person!!! I called to ask questions and she was rude and condescending. I called prior to ask whether or not they take walk in or by appointment only and she completely mocked me. That’s not how you get customers or keep them! I’ve noticed there’s a bunch of reviews on her being rude.
