When you ask for help to get something on the top shelf to only wait 10 minutes to then track down an employee to help you, again. It's sorta managed like that I think. Certainly needs more diverse employees as a single male is not visible at all during my many visits. Gender discrimination? I hope not.

PetSmart employees are always so friendly, best products and I adopted my wonderful little boy Olive only I renamed him Rascal because he certainly is but oh so cute. They were all so helpful with what to get for Rascal.

Parking is plentiful. Staff is friendly and helpful. Bought a bag of expensive food that my dog absolutely would not eat. The bag looked like the one she had, same color and name, but different ingredients and on wrong shelf. Staff took it back for exchange for correct one. Thanks!

I wish they carried metal water drinking fountains for kitties, or even dogs actually... The plastic is prone to collecting slime and black mold in less time than recommended for changing the filters - and I only have one cat! Plus, of the 2 filters in mine, only 1 of the filters can I ever find anywhere.

Looks great. Very clean. Bunch of perky little parakeets, will be getting 2 this Monday. A sad looking cat thats there needs a home folks. Go get him,her. Id be sad tvoo.3-06-20....Just got a Conure there. Very cool little bird. Instant buddies. They keep their bird confines IMMACULATE and the birds are all perky and look happy. Hope you go get a nice feathered buddy today.

Clean,well stocked and very friendly,helpful staff. Found everything I was looking for for my cats. Wish I had come here for a cat harness instead of Sante Fe Petsmart. I ended up having to order one online from Amazon for my cat and I try not to use Amazon anymore.Will always come here for my cat essentials when I'm wintering nearby.

They have the nicest people working at this store! We took our 4 month old Boston Terrier in with us and he was showered with attention. We were helped with information for sale coupons and finding the items we needed. We will definitely be going back.

I visit Petsmart once a month to buy food for my cat. The staff is helpful and friendly. The store is clean and organized, Product choices are available at all levels of quality. Prices are as reasonable as possible in today's economy. I wish we had a second location available on the Southside of town.

Great PetSmart store. Nice and clean and has tons of food and supplies for your pets. I have 2 cats and a dog and it's the only place around that carries the food my pets eat. They have cats up for adoption daily and team up with the local shelter and the shelter has dog adoptions from time to time at the store. Store is clean and offers grooming and dog training. I recommend using the PetSmart app and becoming a treats member to activate offers/coupons that apply at check out. You can also order online and do store pickup.Grooming: I have used the grooming a few times for a bath and brush and they have done wonderful with my puppy.Training. My puppy has completed the puppy training with Denise and she is a wonderful trainer. We learned many new commands, tips, and loose leash walking skills. My puppy loved class and would always try to go to the classroom even when it wasn't class time. He loved meeting other dogs, learning commands, and most of all getting all the treats while training.
