Normally tractor supply employees are pretty knowledgeable about their respective jobs. Not on this day. We needed to fill our propane bottle for our rv , the girl came out I asked her how she was doing she said I'm sick not feeling well, I said I'm sorry, can you fill my bottle? She looks at it and says no its out of date you have to get it recertified they are only good for 10 years. The bottle is stamped 12-13 which means 12th month of 2013. So we had to drive to Tucson to Barnettes to get the bottle recertified, which turned out to be a waste of time because the bottle WASN'T EXPIRED IT STILL HAS ANOTHER YEAR! The propane bottles don't have to be recertified unless they are 12 years old no matter what it says on the bottle. So thank you young lady for causing me to have to add another waisted hour to my day because you didn't feel well and sent me on a wild goose chase. Training is a very effective practice tractor supply use it.

Looking for a Aluminum Trailer. Was told they have a good selection. 👍 Small selection. Very high in price. Purchased a bale of Bermuda hay in a pinch(since the last few bales were poor) I paid 26.99 for a poor quality dusty and musty bale. Not feed store quality by any means. As a consumer I am tierd of being ripped off and hated to feed this hay to my animals!

Ben the manager on duty did not sell us propane at the Green Valley Storebecause it was to hot and he was leaving. He also mentioned that they are understaffed and did not know who was coming on shift at 2pm that can help us out. This was right before 2PM on July 4th when everyone is BBQing. They lost my business

I enjoyed the shopping experience at this new store! We were able to get hay and feed for our horses & western jewelry all at the same place. They have just about anything we need & the staff are very friendly, despite it being the Grand opening. Plenty of parking available to boot. Can't wait for the holiday stuff to be added! Hopefully people will realize that it's not just tractor supplies, but animal stuff, automotive, clothing, etc., & they'll check it out!

This is my dog's fav store and I love it too. I didn't come in here until I brought Buddy in for a vet clinic and shots because I thought it was just tractor/farm supplies. What a pleasant surprise. They have home/garden, dog/cat food and supplies, even clothing. Friendly, helpful employees, too.

I went to Tractor Supply a few minutes ago to get some bird netting. The young man at the cash register greeted me and I told him what needed. He told me they didn’t have any. He even went on his ear piece and asked someone else who also said they didn’t have any. I couldn’t believe it as I said that you folks have everything!! I spotted the garden dept and said I was just going to take a look for myself. Lo and behold, there was every kind and size of netting that one could want! The young man said that they say they don’t carry netting because people always return it because it doesn’t work. Go figure.

Visited Green Valley Tractor Supply to purchase propane today. The young female at register was very helpful( sorry didn't get her name) let me know it would be a few minutes as they were busy I appreciated her communicating that point to me. Jim helped me and was great. Thank you Tractor Supply. Will shop here again

Couldn't make it to town so I had a neighbor pick up chicken food for me. I used the website to order and pay for the product and used the curbside pick up. My neighbor had no problems at all thanks to Mgr DAVE in the Green Valley store. He is always there to help with your needs. Laura was a huge help to me at my visit today. She helped with product selection and loading two large dog kennels into my truck. She went above and beyond by helping me tie down the load in between stops to assist other customers.I was pleased to see that everything I was hoping to purchase was available. Since I drive almost 40 miles one way to this TSC, the closest one to me, it was great to get everything I needed.

Great place, awesome inventory selection. My only complaint is, I might have shown up on an off day. The whole staff seemed a little disoriented. I saw a lot of passing on duties to other employees. As a customer you'd like to be taken care of by the first person you ask for help.

We but all our dog food here and really like the staff and service. The large bags of our Wild Blue brand of dog food is a couple of dollars cheaper here than in local pet stores. They also carry high quality dog supplies.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Prices are competitive and beat heading up to Tucson for some of the same products.Also convenient to shop online and then pick up from the store.

When they first open everybody was always nice and polite, and now nobody ever makes eye contact or even says hello we buy our hay and we've decided to go elsewhere because of the last time we waited 20 minutes before the guy could even come over and help us. He helped other people that checked out after us.

Since TSC opened in Green Valley I have tried and tried to be a loyal customer. It seems you just don't want my business. I have yet to go to your store that you had everything I buy in a weekly bases. I can't believe you continually are out of feed. When I inquire they tell me they have no control over the ordering of the product that it comes from corporate. More than once I have looked in the back-room to see pallets of the feed I am there for but they tell me they are out. I am headed to another feed store to finish my purchase

UPDATE!!!Thank you BIG BOSS Dave for turning a negative situation into a positive.Manager? Melissa does not know a thing about feeding equines. I was finally fed up with all the terrible bales of hay i would open up, so I finally asked for a refund for just 2 bales of the worst alfalfa yet. Nothing in it but stems. My burros would not even eat.I was refused a refund and was told there was a whole paperwork process. This was a cash sale with receipt. I said I would wait for another manager. I am in this store at least 4 times a week since they opened. But, Melissa seems to work everyday!!!!!I still want my refund Tractor, and friendly knowledgeable employees for your customers. Like you had when you first opened.

It seems like every time I stop by I find a new bargain! Weather it's a new tool, something for the house or a new treat for the dog. Very helpful and friendly staff. One off my favorite places to shop.

Mike's the guy is in propane was very helpful and friendly and he helped me load my drag Harrow he was very busy and doing like to three jobs at a time but had time to help me load up my hair oh and I really appreciate it I originally went over to Sierra Vista Arizona and the people there were very unhelpful in the they made me wait 30 minutes to just talk to somebody they need to learn how to run a store like in Green Valley Arizona these people are great especially Mike

TSC in Green Valley AZ is one of the best TSC I have visited statewide. The mgr, Dave, is one of the best I've ever experienced in his knowledge of everything in this store. The employees from long time employment to new hires are well informinformed on the products in store.. LOVE TSC. Favorite place to shop. Thanks Dave, Ben, Scott, Jim and all the rest.

Went there for the first time just to look around and buy birdseed. Did both. While there, we asked the young man if they had certain other items. He punted. You cd tell he didn't know but ultimately said no they probably didnt. It bugs me when clerks do that. If you don't know if you carry certain things, you ask someone else that works there. Customer service is what brings me back to shop.

Went there to ask about high wheel trimmers. And I asked an employee for help, she replied" I'll get someone to help you"? No one came to help. I waited for 45 minutes, I forgot to mention, they were not busy at all. Finally, I decided to leave, and that's when a older gentleman came up to me and asked: " can I help you"? I said no thank you, I was going to buy a high wheel trimmer, but I'm going to home depot to buy one. So, I don't recommend going there unless you want to wait!!

Needed a welder and parts at 8pm at night. Man at front counter was very helpful. Didn't know exactly what I needed for welder and accessories. The things he didn't know he looked up. Sometimes I think everybody thinks that everybody knows everything. Sometimes I think people forget whenever you were new and started at a new place. I wanted to say thanks for the patients I didn't know exactly what I needed either.

This is the best and exciting place to go! They by far have a wide range of selection to choose from! You can even take a women,girlfriend,or wife and they can shop without the man saying lets go because he dont want to leave anyways! Forsure check it out guarantee you'll love it!

Awesome selection. We had to run down to this location from E. Tucson because it was the only place within 50miles that had the right horse feed we needed! And the price was cheaper than everyone else in town! Thanks!
