We stopped into to look a training for our new Schnauzer. The store is well stocked with all your needs. The customer service is top notch. We met with the Joe, he gave us run down on the various classes. We signed our dog up for the beginner class. The class was excellent and we look forward to attending more trainings.

Stopped to get a bag of Purina Pro for Betty, our pup. I had already checked the webs and knew the variety and size was in stock. Once in the store, I followed the signs and walked right to the right shelf and picked out my bag of kibble. As I waited for an available cashier with my 35# over a shoulder, associate popped out a door and motioned me over for immediate check out. Nice. She helped me find the expiration date on the bag cheerfully too. Nice experience.

Lots of variety, things stores ba k home don't carry. Prices are going up rapidly esp dog food. Nice store but shelves were sorta crowded and aisles narrow.

I had a great experience last week when my son and I went shopping for a new Beta Fish. They had 2 very nice, approachable and thorough employees who answered some doubts/questions. They also had great variety. HOWEVER, after buying 2 fish, they BOTH passed away within 5 days of purchasing. I made sure they were in separate ranks, rooms, water was conditioned, filtered, etc. I went back today and unfortunately they did not have the same fish we wanted but the manager did her absolute best to make this new purchase remarkable. I did purchase 2 new fish and found it odd that one of the fishes had VERY dirty water. I did not think to look at other reviews until today, I now see that they must have died due to an illness and/or poor up keeping from the store. If these fish die too, I will make sure to go back for a refund. I do appreciate the help and friendliness though.

Sept. 2022Had my Yorkie groomed by Jade and had the worst experience ever!!! It took her 4 hours to shampoo and cut. In addition, she doesn't didn't even trim the nails!! She never even told me she didn't do the nails until I called her out for it!! She even tried to say she didn't charge me for the nails.....but as you can see on my receipt....they charged me!! It was $70!!Soooo disappointed in the way my dear pet was treated!!! She deserves better than some mean nasty groomer!! Be aware!

What a wonderful store to shop at!!! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Service for grooming was absolutely the best I have ever had! Even my dog came out of there looking and feeling good! I will definitely be going back soon!! Thank you to their awesome staff!❤️

This Petsmart is small but very clean and well organized. It has grooming, bathing and nail trimming available by appointment or walk in.The employees are friendly and helpful.I enjoyed shopping with my dog Chula. There were deals on toys and other things for dogs and cats.I recommend you make a point to shop at this Petsmart.

Kai was extremely rude and unfriendly. I did not appreciate them shaking their head at me and scoffing when I reminded them about the price match they do for their crickets just because I didn’t have my phone at the ready with the online price in hand. I come here every other week, usually earlier in the day and usually the cashiers are extremely friendly, helpful and see me and apply the price match every time without without hassle. Kai on the other hand recited policy and refused until my voice started shaking and I was on the verge of tears. They applied the price match shaking their head at me with heavy sighs. I understand policy is policy, but please ensure ALL employees follow policy if this is the case because this was an extremely uncomfortable situation. I am dealing with cancer and severe anxiety issues. I don’t need a petsmart employee trying to make me feel bad for trying to save 5 cents on crickets and act like they’re above me. If I ever come back and they’re the cashier, I will make sure to turn right around and go to the pet store across the street. I’ve worked customer service over 10 years and I can absolutely say they need to lighten up and work on their people skills.

They have started to decline in their animal care. Fish no longer belong there, so many dead and sick fish, no tank care and when brought up they acted like they had no idea. Cat rescue accommodations are great, except the fact that the current staff at this location could care less about the lives and cleanliness of the rescue cats and kittens. I would love to see this location turn back around to what it used to be, clean with a caring staff.

Nice clean store. Well stocked with pet supplies. Only problem is that they do not stock Hills Prescription soft treats, however they have a good selection of other treats. Can't win them all.

I didn't have a bad experience I just couldn't get over the employees at PetSmart, came to buy a Halti/gentle leader for my dog here. And immediately tried on dog and used in store. However while using the product around the store all the employees were alarmed at the 'muzzle' on my dog🤣🤦 I was sure it was a joke since they sell this product for assistance in dogs that pull on leashes. And previously their used it in their training programs. Unfortunately my dog got no cookies because of her muzzle.Just thought it was interesting how none of the employees were familiar with the products they sell.

They will charge you 89 for just spraying your dog with some scent and brush. They left a perfectly dry cotton ball in my dogs ear because supposedly that was going to keep it from getting wet during the bath. They did not bathe her!! I could totally tell and the last proof was that perfectly dry cotton ball. They are all scammer working in that pet salon. Save yourself the trouble and do not let them take you for a fool. Never again!!
