On the end of a building and not much to look at from the outside but awesome caring staff. My groomer, Kim, is fantastic and treated Duke like he was her own, gave him a great cut, and the whole nine yards, even though he is sometimes persnickety, lol, about the whole process.

Dropped off our schnauzer Anna off at 10:00 this morning. Requested a super light trim, nail trim etc. We finally picked her up at 4:00 pm. They said she’d be ready at 2:00 pm. 6 hours is not acceptable to keep her that long. Unhappy 🙈

They do a great job with my puppy and they are very patient with her. It isn't easy to groom a puppy. It takes lots of patients and loving.

A little scary, not what I'm used to. As said lots of dogs running around. I asked that my 3 dogs be caged by themselves and they said can do. I'm happy with the clipping. The 1.5 - 2 hr predicted for a call turned into 6 before the dogs were done.

We’ve used Aunt Cheryl’s for over a decade. We absolutely adore the entire staff and so do our dogs. They actually WANT to go see her. Her prices are the best I’ve ever seen and she’s the only one I’ll let handle my Saint Bernards. I’ve had horrible experiences other places (particularly chain groomers) but I’ve never once had an issue here with my fur babies. I cannot recommend her enough.

Very disappointed in the haircuts my two dogs received, the worst they have ever had. Feet were cut so close, that razor burn was down, and my one dog is licking it. There was also no tapering, so it looks like she has four socks on.

Cheryl is the best dog groomer we have ever had. She loves her clients and their pets. She even accommodated us after our little guy had an accident and couldn't use his back legs. She was gentle and tried to not put too much into his legs, but made sure to make them look as good as it could after being shaved for an IV. He was so scruffy looking before!! The photos are of Buddy who loves to hang out with his friends at Aunt Cheryl's!

This place reminded me of a zoo rather than a dog grooming place. When I walked into this tiny cramped place, I saw about 20 dogs of all different breeds and sizes on the floor with very little room to maneuver, with Aunt Cheryl grooming one dog. I knew right away this environment would make my dog miserable and left immediately.

I have been bringing my dogs to Aunt Cheryl's for quite some time. They do an excellent job grooming my dogs. They are very happy and look fantastic when they get out. They are professional and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend Aunt Cheryl 's.

Can't say I wasn't warned. While dropping off two dogs, as a first timer, car after car drove up dropping off dogs. I mentioned the large number of dogs to the owner and still left my dogs. Strike one. That's on me. Never saw the arrangement for the dogs inside as everyone was dropping dogs off curbside. Still left my dogs. Strike two. That's on me again. One dog is over 15 years with the wart like growths at numerous place on his body. I pointed them out to not cut or nick them. Eight were cut and one so severely they applied something to seal of the bleeding. The second one, unknown to me, had one of the wart like growths on her. They found it with their clippers. Used the same absobant to stop the bleeding. We had to have her growth removed by a vet because it was hanging. $$. Didn't heal well and saw a second vet to reduce mobility on dog until it could heal. $$.My opinion, too many dogs, rushing, equals unnecessary risk. Strike three. That's on groomers. Side note. Cut was not up to standard of what my previous groomer delivered.

I had a very negative experience.Our dog, 9.8 pound, 13 year-old Shih-Tzu has a luxating patella, left rear leg and I told Cheryl about his condition when I dropped him off at 10:00 am, so she would be aware of it. I did notice that there were several dogs being dropped off. He wasn't ready until 1:30. When I picked him up from Cheryl, she handed him to me and I took him to the car and put him on the car seat. It wasn't until I got home and put him down on the floor, that I saw that he could barely walk, his left leg was obviously injuredI called Cheryl's right away and asked her what had happened, and she said that nothing happened while she was doing her scissor work.I had to take him to my vet for examination and x-rays. He was prescribed a liquid pain killer and we had to restrict his movements for several days.I don't know if he was injured while being washed or if he was put in a cage for too long a time, but I won't be going back.

Took our two dogs in for nail trims which they both are not fans of. They did a great job (nice and short) and said they were both no trouble. Next trip will be for a bath and nails.

I keep thinking the groomings will get better. I like the groomer very much as a person, but my dog keeps getting a beginners cut, very choppy looking. For the price, it's not worth the frustration. I cannot recommend this busy business. It's like they push them thru quickly and don't even check their work. My dog is very jumpy, makes me wonder how she was treated.

My dogs had bad experiences with Petco grooming and we're very nervous going into get groomed. However, I took them into Aunt Cheryls and they seem way more happier and stress free coming out! Plus they look amazing and are groomed exactly the way I asked! Aunt Cheryls is now our #1 groomer! Joplin and Mudball look very handsome! Thank you!

Great place have been going there for 10 years. They have been there for all of our dogs, all of our dogs love the place. The other reviews are probably from snow birds, and dont understand dogs need short hair to survive down here. Yes our dog has come our bad twice but that was because we were trying new looks on her. But we have found one that we love. They do a great job everytime. Aunt Cheryl's grooming is always welcoming. They always have a clean work space. Never poop on the ground, sometimes hair but they pick it up right when they are done with the dog. Dont judge your up class style to our Arizona style. We love Aunt Cheryl's grooming.

Went there for the first time for a nail trim for my chi and pit. They got in right away. Staff was friendly and my dogs didn't mind the trim. They can be sensitive but we had a great experience here. Definitely will be coming back!

Very disappointed. First of all, it is not clean, the overflowing pail of dog poop greeted us outside the door. Because we are not a regular customer, I believe our dog was groomed by a beginner. Our dog is 13 years old, so has been groomed many, many times. This haircut looks as if it was done with a dull knife. Very uneven, choppy. The only instruction I gave was to please not shave off the top of the dogs nose, so of course it was..she looks like a different dog. Well, it's only a haircut, it will grow back. this is a very busy business, what with the thousands of winter visitors here, and all seem to have dogs.
