First time here for a self wash for my dog 🐕 I love the private stall and all the tools you need to wash your 🐶 I used their brush and scrubber for deep cleaning. They have a good assortment of shampoos but I brought my own shampoo. They even had towels! Will definitely be back again with my furry friend ❤️

This is a simple, but very heartfelt thank you to this business. The team members who helped me on both visits were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. Kind. That's what I needed most during my visit. I was trying to find a food that appealed to my kitty who was nearing the end of her time here on earth and the two girls that assisted me each time were wonderful (I wish I would have gotten their names). Unfortunately, shortly after my second visit to pick up some food, my kitty was ready to visit Jesus in heaven. We lost her 3/2/24. I am happily donating the food I purchased for her to a deserving rescue, and I sincerely plan on recommending this particular pet store to anyone and everyone I know. Thank you for your kindness.

I love coming here! They are so friendly and knowledgeable when I have questions. I’m usually in and out just to pick up dog food, but often times they are running specials and I get surprise treats or goodies! They do have a dog washing station in the back, but I have not used it. Overall, I enjoy this place and their atmosphere!

There a plenty of pet stores in the area but this one is the ONLY one I go to. All of the associates are super friendly and knowledgeable. I have been to the other location in Mesa and get the same quality service and products. I just tried the dog bathing option and was blown away at the ease of which it was to get my pup cleaned with all they had to offer. Amazing store, amazing people. Everyone should go here!

First time using the dog wash station. So easy and convenient for my large dog and we'll worth the price. They give military discounts too, thank you! They have everything you would need but you can bring all your own stuff too. They even provided treats to reward your dog during the process. This will be a monthly event for us. No more mess at home!

Rachel from Bark Avenue in Gilbert was very knowledgeable and helpful when I had questions about my dog’s very particular food preferences. She even offered to have a specially made dog food shipped to the store just for my golden doodle. Great customer service that is very hard to find these days. Thank you!

Extremely disappointed with my experience today. I used to take my two dogs here for a bath every month. I’ve been away for work for about four months and was excited to bring them back. Upon arrival I was notified the price has increased to $20 per dog. When I started to bathe my dogs I noticed that the soap dispensers were not operational. When I asked an associate I was informed “they haven’t been working but you can use the shampoo bottle we provide.” I asked about the conditioner and was then told they are out. So basically I was paying $40 for nothing. If things aren’t working properly the customer needs to be made aware before purchase. I ended up getting a refund and leaving. This was a far drive for us which I never minded until now, we won’t be coming back sadly.

This is my new FAVORITE pet shop! So much knowledge 😍 I came for the second time with my pup to inquire about OC Raw. This shop Carrie’s all kinds of different brands of pet foods and supplements. All very clean and ranching from freeze dried to raw. The staff is extremely knowledgeable. I spoke with kaylynn and I believe his name was Jeff. They showed me so many different brands and dog treats. I got to sample a few with my puppy as well. I cannot say enough good things about this spot. They carry so many unique things. Even though I have one pet shop closer to my home, I will make the drive to Bark Ave ❤️. I’m so happy to find a shop which carries this range on nutrition.P.S. they also carry Goat Whip! 😍 one of my pup’s favorite treats to use on his Kong and West Paw Toppl.

I love this store. I came in trying to find a new dog food, because I have a very picky eater. The girls gave me several different samples to try, and I actually found a food that my dog is crazy about. Highly recommend visiting this wonderful little store. First time in, wasn't greeted or approached. Was only customer in the whole store. They were in the back of the store talking to each other. Otherwise the store looks nice, a little overpriced and I think all they sell is stuff for dogs even though the sign says "Pet Supply" I am a cat owner, got the same treats next-door at Frys for a better price. Maybe they do sell cat stuff, needs better signage if your employees aren't trained enough to greet and engage customers 👍

Had to exchange dog food because they (dogs) said. However, card I had used originally was compromised so I had to improvise how to make the exchange. Madison and her Boss originally, were right on top of it. Again, easy peezee! Boss gives great details to your needs. Dogs are happy campers or dogs. Whatever.
