Customer service is fantastic. The reason for the ONE STAR is extremely simple.This store refuses to obey the actual law governing ASSISTIVE PETS.*You are REQUIRED to have your dog registered,tagged and licensed.*It is required by law to be on a leash at all times, and must be wearing the actual red or blue vest issued the owner.*IT IS THE ONLY EXCEPTION INSIDE A GROCERY STORE, AS IT HAS AN OPEN KITCHEN/BAKERY/DELI.**No offense intended, but the next time I see this same man with his dog, which is a huge German Shepherd and not an assistive pet obviously, also not on a leash walking around... I am most definitely going to call the health department in the county.** REALLY TIRED OF PEOPLE ABUSING THE LAWS WRITTEN TO PROTECT THOSE WHO ARE IN DIRE NEED,JUST SO THEY CAN TAKE THEIR DOG EVERYWHERE THEY GO BECAUSE THEY CANT LEAVE THE HOUSE FOR AN HOUR.*Don't have a dog if You cant leave home.

Holy mother of God! I bought prepackaged stuffed salmon in the mid section directly across from seafood counter. It was inedible. Rotten, risky and weird. Two bites and I had to toss it. Of course I don't have the receipt because who keeps the paper receipts from a grocery store? Those two bites might kill me in my sleep.

Community!!I've been shopping at frys for years! I started shopping there when they were where home depot is now..They stay true to all of us.They are laughing,friendly and they care. Everything is so expensive now adays, Frys really tries to care of thier community.Thank you

Don't bother with the tres leches cakes here, it's like 70% frosting with a pathetic amount of semi moist bread at the bottom, just go to the food city for tres leches

Thisphoto is 9am on Saturday, at the Meat Department. The store opens at 7am. The Meat Dept tells us they do not open until 10am! The Store Managers agree. Then why allow InstaCart to order it at 7, 8, and 9?!?! And why is every other store completely setup within an hour of opening, Safeway, Bashas, even Frys in PV?! This is the only Frys store causing problems for everyone. If its not open til 10, put up a sign, and block Instacart until 10!! If its allowed earlier, than stop yelling at us and having your employees bully us for just wanting to give you money to buy ypur product. I mean its so simple and you complicate it more than a Rubix Cube. That store in Cottowood has ALWAYS been a Mess. I Blame Frys Regional Manager, whoever that may be, for not doing their job. A 6 year old could solve this issue, and yet no one from Frys can. Their Produce team is the best, only good thing there.

The most enticing, well organized, clean/fresh-looking seafood and meat department I've seen in the Verde Valley!The seafood and meat are displayed as if each portion has VALUE!!It was so beautifully organized - with separate compartments of fish and shellfish AND related herbs I HAD to stop to admire it. Doing so - I just had to buy some of the lovely fresh looking salmon!Thank you Fry's. My focus is on eating fresh, healthy food. I think it starts with that 'visual' perception.As if 'eating' has VALUE!My compliments to the manager and meat department.AND Produce Dept. as well, equally enticing!Just not enough time to shop all!"Darryl" was very professional yet friendly, helpful and welcoming!In the future I WILL be making the drive to Cottonwood for fresh meat, seafood and probably whatever else I need.Will be back to try the beautiful scallops!Regards,MarieLake Montezuma

pharmacy is the most polite in town. Bathrooms clean 2 out of 3 visits. If you catch the right sales, not too bad on pricing. Some of the staff seem a little odd, but most nice/friendly.

The customer service is great, the employees are polite, but I give them 1 star because they charge a 50¢ fee for cash back... smaller businesses like Bashas don't penny pinch like that, they charge no fee. If a big, profitable chain like Fry's (Kroger) is going to be so cheap as to charge a fee for cash back, where else are they cutting corners without us knowing? I'll not be returning. It's a shame, their staff are really friendly.

I have shopped this Fry's for years. Lately, last 4 months or so, more and brands gone and things I just can't find. I don't want dishwasher soap pods, I want powder. I want the large jar of Nacho slices and on and on it goes. Less of everything for more, and harder to find name brands. All Kroger generic stuff. Block cheese seems to be impossible unless you want the shredded garbage. Very discouraged. Think I'll have to head elsewhere.

I would give 4 stars for the selection but I am reviewing the customer service I received. LIZ at checkout. Did NOT EVEN say hello. No "how are you" not even a "did you find everything" NOTHING. The entire time she checked me out. NOT A WORD except "do you have a frys card/number" ....are you kidding meComing from someone who has worked in customer service her whole life...this is deplorable and I may not even come back bc of her. I'd highly suggest re-training and evaluating her services.Such a huge turn off to the shoppers.I'll go somewhere where they say "hello" and ask how I'm doing.

This Fry's store has the most disrespectful & laziest person in the Deli named Michael. All he does is spend his time on his phone. However, management chooses to keep him on the schedule. Meanwhile, Bonnie Nichols & her co-worker Geri is the best workers they have there. However, Fry's upper management would rather keeping meat heads like Michael majority of the hours instead of hard-working people like Bonnie and Geri because Fry's upper management is blind, stupid and selfish idiots.

A checkout employee named Robin made a comment to another customer in self checkout saying “seriously? Some girls just shouldn’t be wearing certain things.” I was in a romper, and everyone is entitled to their opinion but that is highly unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable shopping at cottonwood Frys.

I think it's the most reasonable store in Cottonwood. You do have to be a bit careful with online pick up. I'm wouldn't recommend it but, I'm also wouldn't recommend it for any store in Cottonwood.

Since redoing store layout, items are not as easy to find and florist dept was moved to where foot traffic of people entering used to be. Now, you have to go to the left and around florist to get to the middle or right side of store. And maneuvering around customers and merchandise is not always easy at this spot. But the employees are great

Frys was busy on this Saturday and it was super hot outside!!! They had everything that was on my list including my favorite beer. Plenty of checkers and baggers today so checkout was a breeze.

Extremely disappointed that we cannot place a pickup order as a new customer, because we are traveling. According to customer service, you are essentially out of luck if you want to place a pickup order at Frys and your address is not local because you are traveling. This is absurd in 2023.

I do not usually write reviews, but I feel that I need to after my recent experiences.I now do the pickup shopping at Frys because I found it to be much easier for me. I shop once a month and really stock up on groceries.The past 3 times I have been, the boys that assisted me were great!!!! So courteous and helpful. They had great attitudes and did not complain about all the bags and bags of groceries that I had purchased.Their attitudes and work ethics need to be commended as they are a rarity in today's public market! Good job boys!

Love this Fry’s. Great fresh food, has always had what we want in stock (except for around major holidays like Christmas and Thanksgiving and even then they were only out of like 2 things), and excellent, helpful staff (shoutout to Paulie in the meats/deli section- he was very nice, professional, and super helpful). One of the best Fry's stores in Arizona! Great selection along with amazing customer service has made this THE only grocery store in Cottonwood worthy of my business! It's not at pretentious as Safeway and certainly not on the same level as Walmart. This store is always clean and well stocked. Plus, the fried chicken here is delicious!

I cannot stand the Cottonwood store. They act like they are doing you a favor by serving you at this store. I've tried 4x over 6 years. Getting the clip only coupons is impossible and they don't even know the shelf markdown prices. Worse I have to go back and return half of what I bought because it is the wrong price. I am very ill and had to get home. Never again. Don't know when I can physically return it.

frys is a good store, good prices, friendly staff. but I would like to address something serious about this particular frys store, the roof is covered in black mold. it's worse in the frozen food isle and I've noticed it has been there spreading even bigger since the beginning of the year and they have no intention of getting rid of it. I just think this is a priority thing that needs to be taken care of. I want to shed light on this to all frys shoppers, stay safe and always check your food.

Shout out to the girl with green hair and piercings for showing me where the bathrooms were at 3 AM. I think her name was Danny. Regardless, she was courteous and even gave me the time the club card meetings take place here. The only weird thing was she broke down in tears when I asked her where the blocks of cheddar cheese were. Overall pleasant experience and I wish her the best.
