This locations pharmacy is way below par. They have serious issues with filling prescriptions. They call and say it’s ready but only have 1/3 prescriptions ready. We get there and say they can have them ready later then come back a day they can’t find it. Drive through sucks. Speaker barely works and they open a drawer to talk though then don’t bother to speak up. Then act like it’s your problem. They close for 1:30 lunch and close early on Sunday. Do better Walgreens.

Since when do you have to make a return at the same Walgreens you purchased items.How inconvenient!I think the cashier is just LAZY! I personally will not make another purchase at any Walgreens! I have plenty of other options!

Shocking that this place has such a low rating. The pharmacist Stefanie is one of the rudest people I've ever met. Stay away from this pharmacy. She also called me an old white guy. Completely inappropriate. Corporate Walgreens needs to contact me about this.

Perhaps the worst pharmacy in Arizona. You're told you will receive a text when meds are available but nothing, then they'll close without filling badly needed pain meds that are due the day before. No more, I'm going to frys.

I hadn't used a Walgreens pharmacy in years, but they had the best prices with SingleCare, so I had my pet's prescriptions filled here. I was very pleasantly surprised by how friendly and nice the pharmacy staff was. I had a terrible experience at CVS (McQueen & Ray), so I'll definitely use Walgreens again in the future.

I placed an online order and Items are being canceled. When I go to the store the items are on the shelf. When I asked why my order isn’t fulfilled since the items are on the shelf I was told I don’t know. I lost the coupons as well on the app since the order was not fulfilled. The lady also suggested I order from another store or just fully cancel my order when I see items aren’t fulfilled. Nothing was done about this. I have been going to this Walgreens for 15 plus years and there’s always someone new working there. I would like consistency. Also the front end a male was working I asked him about a coupon in the Walgreens monthly coupon booklet and he rudely said I don’t know anything about that I can’t guarantee anything. Maybe the employees should be retrained since everyone’s answer at this store is I don’t know.

Im not sure when Walgreens pharmacy stopped working with my insurance but they let an urgent prescription sit all day without calling and letting me know they don’t work with my insurance anymore. I had to call for a status update to find out! Very peeved right now because I have been going back and forth for the last 2-3 days trying to get this much needed prescription filled! Avoid giving this place your business. Very unorganized and unprofessional…

So, I went in there just looking for toothpaste at approximately 10:50 a.m. on Nov. 21st, 2022 and ended up walking past one of the female employees talking about me on her phone and she was loud enough for me to hear her, so her actions were very deliberate. This employee is under 5'4", had her brown hair up, looked either Indian or Hispanic, a bit chubby, and was wearing a black shirt describing me saying I looked sketchy because I'm black and wearing a mask. Ma'am, if you're so curious, instead of judging, the least you could've done was ask me if I needed help to know why I was there. I don't appreciate how I was being portrayed and I won't return to another Walgreens. That employee needs to do better and if there are more like her at this Walgreens, you all need to do better as well. This was my first time coming to this establishment and it's the last. I will NEVER go to another Walgreens.

Everything is always out of stock in the pharmacy department. When they know they're out of stock, they order it in the evening so it takes even longer to get. I was told my prescription would come in today. Now it's supposed to come in tomorrow and that's probably because they hadnt ordered it yet. My doctor put in a script Monday morning. By Monday at 4pm, the script wasn't ordered yet.

Horrible horrible customer service!! Employees are unsure of Walgreens standard processes. Employees don't know if a rain check is even possible or how to issue one. Don't ever ask an employee to complete your transaction while you're half through paying for your items and the employee has arbitrarily chose to stop ringing you up, you will receive nothing but dirty looks and snide comments. And then be told how you are wrong and being rude. If you're willing to roll the dice and see whether you're going to get Dr Jekyll or Mrs Hyde Walgreens employee then visit this Walgreens.

My family and I have been shopping at this Walgreens location for over 20 years. We've NEVER EVER had a problem; they are know how to operate!! Employees are always helpful and the store is in great condition. It's an average size Walgreens: doesn't have a large wine section or medical clinic like some of the others do.

I am a regular customer of this location and its pharmacy and have also serviced it several times as a vendor. Whether I am there for work or just as a customer, it is always a pleasant and consistent experience.The pharmacy staff is particularly kind and helpful. It only took about two or three visits for them to start remembering me by name when I pull up to the drive thru. I cannot say I have had that experience at any other pharmacy across the five states I've lived in. That means more than them just having a good memory...it is a level of customer service that anybody would like to have but is rarely received these days.Consistent positivity from a pharmacy staff is particularly impressive when I consider how many times I've seen customers at any pharmacy I have ever been to giving the staff hell over not filling their painkiller (or other controlled substance) prescriptions two weeks early...smh. I cannot imagine the patience it takes to deal with crap like that everyday, but I digress.This location is not the closest pharmacy to me. Its not even the closest Wal-Greens to me, but it is the location I regularly choose to go to regardless of the few extra minutes in the car.

Management here is horribly vindictive. Overall service is very poor. I wasn't greeted by anyone in the store when I walked in and they don't provide normal accomadations. This location along with couple others have caused me to boycott shopping at Walgreens. Its a shame to, because I need regular supplies that they carry. My Simple fix is shopping CVS. Walgreens doesn't deserve my business.

I generally don’t care for drug stores but this one has friendly staff that greets customers , knowledgeable pharmacy techs and almost anything I’ve come in for . I usually prefer family owned stores over the big box ones . Walgreens hits the ball out of park with exceptional service and consistent , regular staff so it feels like a home town pharmacy . Edgar in the pharmacy even knows who I am when I call !

Utter disrespect and negligence especially from the small little Filipino boy who perhaps got his super duper triple doctorate in pharmacology, (he’s just a tech). He so without being asked for his opinion or instruction so rifle reminded me of their refill policy, even though I wasn’t refilling, nor was I asking for his expertise on Dr. ordered instructions on my script. He stated that no matter what the Dr says or the pharmacist, we don’t refill before 30 days”. That first off offensive because I wasn’t there for that purpose, next, it’s false information because Walgreens typically within reason up to, I beleive 3 days before a script is up, they at times, refill, lastly amd most importantly, there is a date on there per the Drs instructions but yet this little boy felt the need to chime in Woth his expertise that obviously was lacking and more meant to ridicule and sort of torment folks who take a mental illness medicine. They really have a way of disrespecting clients here, it really takes all that I have not to totally let em have it. BTW, I’m an addictions specialist Woth a masters in clinical counseling, so I feel like maybe I know just a little about the manner in which I handle my own scripts Woth the professional help of a Dr, not some measly little pharm tech. Finally, god forbid you should request a certain manufacturer of a med, then the looks really start flying at ya. Personally I don’t like to write reviews, however the disrespect this boy, and a few others at that pharmacy can’t go unnoticed so I plan to make sure that he never ever chime in on a matter that doesn’t involve him, especially one that is healthcare related and or sensitive in nature. Where do they train these people?

What a horrible corporate policy to only let you take out $20 at a time from cash back. I tried doing it twice and bought an expensive trapper keeper because I needed something I could’ve one across the street and use their ATM for way less and could’ve gotten the binder cheaper. But I thought I’d give Walgreens a chance. Why limit me to only one transaction I mean I’m willing to use and buy more stuff but you have a horrible corporate policy I will not be back especially when you have Walmart across the street and CVS down the block. There they do not limit the amount of money I can take out.Then the cashier drives us away to Walmart to you can use my ATM card there to buy groceries rather than just taking the sale and giving me another debit transaction. What a horrible business sense. I guess the customer is always wrong when it comes to wall greens.

Normally the employees who work at this location are very friendly and know how to do their job but one. So I go in there to buy a couple drinks ya know because it's like a billion degrees outside and you get thirsty....well this one employee who was working there today at the register rang up my purchase, I went to go use my credit card and the machine apparently wasn't working. She told me"oh our machines haven't been working today but it just worked the last time someone used a card, ok......well I tried using my card like 3 times there, she seems to be "pretending to fiddle with it" then tells me sorry it's not working....so I asked her if she could get a manager to help her with it and she just gives me this look like I asked her to fly to the moon and back, she says" oh they can't fix it, ok well maybe you should call your tech support or someone who deals with your machines to fix the problem instead of standing there looking like a deer in headlights??? Just a suggestion?? Or maybe inform customers over the intercom that your machines are down today . So to the lady that is working there today maybe you should do your job to the fullest extent or maybe not have a job at all......people I swear.
