Had to find somewhere to take our rescue to get his nails done. Anytime we tried he would always scream and cry before we even did anything. He is about medium size and is a lab mix. We tried contacting another recommended local groomer and never heard back and couldn’t even get their voicemail.Doggie duds and suds answered our first call to them. They provided detailed information about their service we were looking for. They saw us same day and when we arrived we were taken back within minutes. Our groomer was nice, quick, and to our amazement our dog did not scream or cry once. The staff was so kind and helpful and answered any questions we had. We were overall very happy with the service we received as pet owners and the care our big baby received. We definitely plan on bringing our big baby here in the future! Thank you!

They cut my dogs nails right away and are cheaper then most places the only draw back is they're not open on the weekends which means I have to take off work to get my dog a bath

Absolutely will not be back. I understand running behind but that’s why you call and make an appointment! Or call and let me know! You had my husky and little 10 lb babygirl for 4 hours and didn’t even start her hair cut. I dropped them off at 12:00pm. I called at 3:00pm and check on them and was told it would be another 45 mins because y’all didn’t start on her yet.I come at 4:00pm (closing time) to get my dogs and was told it would be ANOTHER 45 minutes because yall still didn’t start her hair cut. Now what the heck? I just paid for everything and left a nice tip. I do not appreciate making an appointment in advance and having another dog take priority over mine. Don’t double book? Have someone whom is free to take over? Whatever you have to do. I think this was so unprofessional. I would’ve appreciated a phone call to let me know what was going on but no, I had to call and I had to wait way longer than I should’ve. —Thanks for taking her a bath.😏

We took our shaggy looking Yorkie here and the groomers here are miracle workers! He was groomed and bathed very quickly and at a great price! I can definitely see why everyone I've asked about grooming in Casa Grande said to go to Doggie Duds and Suds! We will be customers for life now!

Shannon and her team are great. All 4 of my dogs come here for nails. They are very good with them and are so affordable. They have great treats for sale in their lobby as well.

Been here before and it was great. Recently I went and got my dog bathed and deshedded. I noticed about a day later that she had fresh scabs all up and down her back. I'm thinking the furminator session was a little too rough, as my dog doesn't have any allergies that I know of. I know my dog has separation anxiety and can be a lot to handle. I've always been told she does well when I bring her though. I did appreciate the customer service, and like I said, I've been here before and it was great then. Their prices are also pretty fair. I am Gonna try out a different groomer, just because the scabs were pretty alarming.

Took my Yorkie in yesterday and they cut her hair above her eyes and it’s uneven! I never asked them to cut anywhere on her face-only her bottom area. It took so long to grow out her bang area to put in a bow. They butchered her. Maybe they thought I didn’t take her to be groomed regularly, as it was her 1st time there. I should have taken her with a bow in, but they should have asked. My husband and I spend good money on our baby to make sure she is well taken care of.Also the girl handling her yelled at her to calm down (she gets excited when she sees us). If a person doesn’t have patience with animals why work in pet grooming. I will not take my baby there again especially because of how I witnessed her being treated by this girl. I hate to think about how they treated her when I wasn’t there. When I called to check on her they said she was giving them a hard time with her haircut. I’m sure it was how they were handling her.At Doggy Dews they always tell me that she is sweet and very good.

Our regular groomer was booked and we needed in fast before we went out of town and they got us in! The price is really good as well. Our pup Richie is very weird about having his glands done and being shaved underneath.bi told them not to do them and they took very good care of him and did not touch his glands and just used scissors on his under side. He smelled so good for a week.( thats a long time for him to smell good because even tho he is 11 hes every rough and tumble and a total boy that loves to get dirty) they put a cutr bandana on him that i loved! His head was a little choppy but he hates the groomer and is all over the place lol. But they have a client for life now with us!!

Took my dog in for nail trim. Rusty hates to have this done and she is pretty difficult when it comes to her front nails. She's small but strong and really wiggly. The person who did her nails was great! I didn't get her name, she was up at the register. She was polite and knowledgeable and apparently, very patient. Thank you for taking good care of my baby. I hope I see you next time. Maybe then I'll be smart enough to get your name.

Ruby had her first spa day today at Doggie Duds and Suds. Her hair cut came out PERFECT! She came out a happy girl. I had a hard time with the last groomer getting across how we wanted her trim but not here. They listen to our requests and did a wonderful job. The cost is very good. It's worth it. They also have a boarding service that we will feel comfortable using when we go on vacations that we can't take ruby.

Took our 2 yr old border collie for his first professional grooming. He needed a serious brushing.We hardly recognized the sleek, silky, smooth dog who came out!The team did a great job. They were friendly and came in under the time they allotted for us.We will definitely be back🐕🐶

We've used their services twice since we've been in the area, and we'll be using them whenever we return to Casa Grande! We've been very satisfied with the care they've taken of our three small dogs. The staff is friendly and efficient. A great place to take your fur-babies!

We are spending the winter down here. We have a small Maltese and a small Shih Tzu that need a groomed. Very friendly staff,when explains how are Maltese is very nervous little girl she was typing all my concern in computer and she also set us for an early appointment. Took the girls in they had first appt. in morning and she called me when they were done about three hours later. They looked Wonderful. We will be take them back again in 4week.

I recently took my little rescue, Tinkerbell, for her first beauty appointment ever! She was a little nervous and I was too :)The staff was efficient, friendly, polite and offered suggestions on styles for my little pupper.She was finished w/in a few hours AND was beautiful as ever.I'll be visiting again.

Savvy is a skittish rescue dog with a high flight risk. She enjoyed her first day at “Paw Ranch “ for daycare. She got to RUN!! Facility is very safe and secure. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. For our last call walk at home (on leash), she was lagging behind and I have a bum knee. That’s never happened before. She will definitely be returning!

We had just moved to Casa Grande and needed a grooming done. Upon calling it was a super greeting. At the shop coming and going had the most cordial greeting and leaving. Sam did an excellent job and my dog loved her. I will definitely return.

I wanted to say how thankful I am for them! They did such a wonderful job I was so pleased by the environment. Every dog that came out looked so happy and cheerful. Me and my husband were trying to take my in-laws dog to the groomers as a gift from us. But the next time they were available was wends. But that's when they came home so I was a little sad. But when she heard my situation. She was able to squeeze me in today to get the dog through. We were so excited went inside they asked us what we wanted how short how we wanted the tail and her face. I asked for a puppy cut on her face and rest of her buzzed with a trimmed tail. They did that and she was so happy when she came out. Most definitely would go again. If I had a dog that's where I'd go from here on out.

Don’t know what happened at this last grooming session but my dog came home very traumatized. Shaking, heavy breathing, and would not accept favorite treat. After almost two hours he seems to be ok. Last time he was groomed there he was fine. No problem at all.

I took my golden retriever to have a full groom. At first he looked great. Looking closer his sides are splotchy, his pads aren't cleaned up well. They left his tail bushy, which is fine but he has a big bubble as they didn't transition it well.Will not be returning.

Do not take your West Highland Terrier (westie) to them they have no idea on how to trim, the worst will never take him back all the dogs in the neighborhood are laughing at him
