This place rocks!! I just stared shopping at this store within the past few weeks and I can’t get enough. Their sales are great, their prices are reasonable, they have all your pet needs, and they host a veterinarian on Saturday’s for all your puppy’s shots. I highly recommend stopping by here. Also, the staff here are quite helpful and sweet!

I'm highly dissatisfied and purplexed by their inaction. I just wanted to use their FFL to ship my firearm. A very reputable gun manufacturer and myself have been emailing, and calling for over a week with no response. If you want to receive your purchases in a timely manner. DO NOT use this store.

starting to really hate going to Cal Ranch. no carts were available so i had to walk around the store with 50 lbs. bag of feed and couldn't get more. only one person saw the line growing and thought to open another register. why would you stack and put feed on a shelf that is level with a person's chest your asking for someone to get hurt. you do not put heavy items up top. Also the website apparently does not update when items have been sold so you don't know what items are in stock and out of stock.

I enjoyed going inside the building, but too bad, one of the associates seemed like I was bothering her with a question I asked. I asked if there were winter hats and gloves. She was yea up at the front. I asked for winter gloves. She said mittens...I was ok yea I get it. Just say all the winter attire is all we have in the front lol put a smile on that face not frown lol...next!

Despite how busy they were on black Friday, they helped out pretty good with a heavy gun safe! Good customer service and decent price too.. saved 280 bucks from the price the week before..

We use them as our source for propane as does most of Casa Grande evidently. They are constantly out and may or may not get more before the next day. Some of us work in the mornings and can't be there before they run out. Knowing that they run out 1 or 2 times a day, they should plan better to get more deliveries assuring that all customers can get a needed commodity to heat the RV's they live in..

Long story short, a number of people were there to get propane filled. When they guy working said he was going to fill a large order first I politely said that I was in line before that person and two more. He looked at me and said "well I don't know what to tell you". How about "I'm sorry sir, I'll get to yours next"? Some customer service... I'll go to Tractor Supply instead.

Last week an employee (male) went above & beyond in assisting my husband. My spouse bought replacement bulb for headlight. Bulb dropped into engine area. Employee got it out for my husband! THANKS SO MUCH! Great employee!

Ranch and farm supplies are the main focus at this store. M disappointed they only have military discounts ONCE a year. Maybe the military should defend their freedom once a year. 🗽🇺🇸

Everytime I go into this store they are always nice and make you feel welcomed. Staff is very knowledgeable and not afraid to take time out of their day to help you with any question you have. Scott n the sporting goods department is always nice and helpful and just all around a good person.

Cal-Ranch is a great store my son seen a cowboy hat and couldn’t wait to get, once we got the hat he started picking out his outfit. Great place for the whole family to shop just about everything you need under one roof..

Man I have run up and down looking for good prices. Best yet.the first person I spoke to took me right 2 what I needed. The place has lots of space 2 move around. And clean. The girl at the counter was super sweet and nice. Big plus.makes me want to go back 4 what ever I need. Easy getting in and out.best of luck 2 u when u go.

Spent $1300.00 on a safe. They told me that they had 2 new ones in back, but what do they deliver? dusty, dirty floor model that they couldn't even clean..Update: I went back to the store to let them know of my dissatisfaction. The manager was very nice and apologized for the condition that it was delivered in. He did compensate me for my time and was quite pleasant to deal with.

I want to give 5 stars, but they have a few service reps that chat among each other and fail to meet customers needs. Manager is nice enough to turn a blind eye to this. Good prices, very knowledgeable sports dept, helpful gentlemen for heavy carry-outs. Sorry to see an excellent place fall short due to a few lazy girls, just being girls in the workplace.

Waited over 10min at the gun counter today and was completely ignored. The guy working walked by me 2 times and I went and stood right by him. He didn't even bother to acknowledge I was there. I was ready to purchase a new rifle and ammo and couldn't even get a "be with you in a moment". Horrible service. Not a single store worker asked if I needed anything at any time.

There are a few staff that are exceptional, however, when you tell someone to come back tomorrow for the "freedom friday sale" and have no sale, it is quite aggravating. Was told I could come get an AR "on sale" came in ready to buy, got turned away literally over a couple bucks because they didn't want to honor the "sale" which turned out to be an every day price on the only gun they had in stock. The other option was the exact same but priced $30 more..

Look elsewhere.The gun counter is staffed by a "REAL MAN" that is condescending and rude about my firearm choice.Having held NRA firearm certification. Shooting for 47+ years.I am very well aware of what I needed.Will not buy a gun there. Because of him.

The employees here have always been exceptionally friendly and very helpful. They carry a wide variety of items not found in most other places, and are rarely out of stock of anything. It also is conveniently located on Florence Blvd.

The people who are handling the firearm area are very rude I asked the lady three times for help she just ignored me and went on to help other people that came in after me. I am native American and the way I was treated was very unprofessional its Dec 26,2021 around 1130 I didn't get the names of the ladies working in that section but I am very disappointed.

Went in today to get my dog's vaccines updated . They have a Vet advertisement from 1 to 5 p.m. After I signed in the Vet did not greet me or say a word. I waited and walked my dog around the story. There were 5 people there. One lady and her son had been there 3 HOURS !! They were before me..The Vet was a tall grey haired old man without an ounce of respect for peoples time !! I waited an hour for a simple rabies shot as he rambled on as if we was chatting at the kitchen table. It was bad. Never got it. Hope the lady that was there 3 hours got in. The manager should address this behavior Covid19 and all we are all still very busy ! Think that Vet should supplement his retirement another way.
