My dog had a hard life and was rescued from a breeder that kept her in a kennel and bred her. She’s so timid and afraid of everything. I’ve used the Carefree pet resort in the past. They are always good. However this thine they were Amazing 🤩. They took so much time and effort making sure my girl was cared for and felt safe. Amber went above and beyond what was expected. Amber called me and sent me updates. She took such great care of Winnie. Many many thanks !

I brought my very loved but naughty and difficult dog here this morning to be groomed. Everyone I came in contact with was so fun and kind, supportive and thoughtful as well as being professional. Our experience was simply great and Lucky Banana is clean to the bone!

Our two dogs always go right in the doors and are greeted by the staff with “hello” and “welcome back” so we feel fortunate to have the great staff who are always willing to help whether it’s grooming or a weekend stay!

We had an amazing experience with Carefree Pet Resort! They took wonderful care of our little love bug. They sent us a few "postcards" via email to tell and show us that she was doing well and having fun. We also appreciated the care the groomer took when bathing and grooming our Sophie pup. (Sophie has a heart murmur and can't take on stress.) She looked beautiful, calm and so happy when we arrived to pick her up. She usually looks anxious and stressed when we've picked up from other pet hotels. We will definitely bring her back here when we need this service again.

Truly wonderful and caring staff! They do a great job giving our large dog a bath and blow-dry. He comes home fluffy and happy! The owner Holly has created a terrific environment for day care and boarding. We’re so happy they were recommended to us by friends who know the best in the area!

Amber did a great job grooming all 3 of my fur babies. She was so good with them they liked her instantly. She was also very good at communicating with me what we would do with them how much it would cost and I was very thankful for her being so accommodating by getting them all in together, that was very helpful with my schedule.All the rest of the staff is always very friendly as well.

Analisa provided amazing customer service. We have boarded our cats here before, and will continue to do so. They absolutely give them time out to stretch their legs, I’ve seen it first hand with my cats even when they didn’t know I was coming to pick them up. My cats seem to really enjoy this place and are treated well by the staff. I cannot recommend these guys enough.

Holly is so kind and caring, she took time to pick up my moms puppy in the pet van when my mom was ill and could not drive to dog daycare. Amy the groomer did an excellent job with my senior, blind Havanese.

First and for most you get a tour of the facility. That’s very important to me. You want to see where your animal is staying! The dogs stalls were open on the top, and had a clear dome in the door so the dogs could see out! Awesome!! There were NO CAGES thank God. The doors were different colors, and just a comfortable place for your loved one. There were play rooms for different size dogs. The staff was very helpful, and informative. They even send a video of your dog playing with other dogs. I highly recommend this wonderful pet resort for your animal. 💖🐶💖 Thank you Chinis Mom🤗

Carefree pet resort is the BEST!From the minute that you step in the door they’re so accommodating, and friendly. I had my dog on some medication and they gave him his medication with no problems. They sent me a progress report in Photos daily the best thing ever. When l picked Blu up he was happy. I highly recommend. It is very stressful leaving your pet., and Carefree Pet Resort made my life less stress. I go away once a month and I’m definitely booked for the next few months with them.Thank you Carefree Pet Resort!!

I was a little apprehensive kenneling my older dog that I just recently adopted from the shelter but everyone was so caring and attentive that my mind was at ease while away. Sarge did fantastic and I have already reserved another stay for him.

We boarded our 4 dogs with Carefree Pet Resort. Being new to the area when viewing the facility, the staff was super helpful and very sweet. Our dogs must have felt the same. Upon their pick up and time at home afterward, all four were calm and extremely loving toward each other. It reaffirmed our thoughts about leaving our babies in the care of this clean and welcoming pet resort. Will definitely use them again!

I enjoyed going to the facility, it was clean and well kept. It did not appear to be over crowed with dogs and the staff were sitting in the room with the doge when I got there. Chloe was in there 10 days. She came home happy and healthy. She's a large breed by the way. I would have liked to get more pictures while I was away. They sent a postcard one day only. However that's a small thing. I would definitely use Carefree Pet Resort again :)

My dogs love to come and play here at daycare. Carefree Pet Resort also does a fantastic job grooming the dogs. Holly and her team are top notch, very conscientious, and they love the dogs that are in their care.I have also used the Carefree Pet Resort transport company. Holly and Tony picked up my puppy for me in South Dakota and brought her safely to Cave Creek.I trust Carefree Pet Resort completely with my furry kiddos.I love you all! ❤️

Words cannot express how incredible carefree Pet Resort is! If I could give 10 out of 5 stars, I would. I started boarding my fur babies with them soon after they opened after boarding at a different pet hotel for many years but wanted more for my pets. Carefree Pet Resort is the epitome of service excellence! The owner, Holly, is the most caring and professional woman I have met. She is so passionate about her facility and providing the very best environment for the pets in her care! She has gone way above and beyond all expectations to accommodate my pets during unexpected family emergencies! I highly, highly recommend Holly and her amazing staff at Carefree Pet Resort. My first time for my two dogs at Carefree Pet Resort was a very positive experience. I could tell when I picked them up that they were calmer not stressed from the whole experience. I do know the difference since I have been boarding my dogs for over 25 years. I have both my dogs on medication and they followed through perfectly. All of the staff I met was sincerely concerned about the well being of my dogs. They were helpful with any and all questions I had. Thank you Carefree Pet Resort for taking care of my most precious best friends. We will see you again soon. :)))

I’m so happy I found Carefree Pet Resort! I have two very spoiled pugs who get all my attention most of the time, since I’m retired. I was unexpectedly hospitalized recently, and the staff at this wonderful resort took loving care of my ‘babies’! It was such a relief not to worry about my babies so that I could focus on myself! I highly recommend Carefree Pet Resort!

I was very pleased with my golden retriever‘s recent four day stay over a holiday weekend. Although there was a mix-up when I arrived over the grooming I requested when booking her stay, Holly got it sorted out and a very professional groomer, Amber, called me for details and did an excellent job. I loved the daily walks and postcards showing my dog in her various activities. What distinguishes this kennel from others is a very high level of personal service and caring about your pet. I wish they had an outdoor play and exercise area, but failing that the walks along a pleasant nature trail are a good substitute. It can get pricey with the various add-ons but the peace of mind is well worth it.
