This Walgreens really need to evaluate the people they hire as Pharmacy Techs. They are all very Rude, and in patient. You know what really bothers me , is that people with mental illness " --aàdon't need to go threw that. Customer Service is the one KEY to a company.I think you should definitely evaluate every single person in the Pharmacy. I don't know if they hate there job , but it certainly shows.

I use the location at 1451 N Dysart Rd Avondale, AZ. My dr prescribed me a freestyle Libre because my sugar levels have been going high because of steroid injections I have to use. This is easier for me to see my sugar levels regularly. I saw my order pending and walgreens took it upon themselves to cancel my order because of the high copay price. Why would you assume the patient can't afford it and cancel it? I needed this because I can go into a diabetic shock. Now when I called today they told me they would reorder it but now I have to wait another day to get it which I will be out of town. The pharmacist laughed when I asked why they didn't call me before canceling it? She said because that would be too many people to call. So you would be ok with the person dying canceling a med because you feel they can't afford it? Why not give the patient the price and let them choose??? This is beyond unacceptable!!

This pal e really just depends on what you're there for. In the pharmacy it's a mess. Half the time they can't figure out what's going on and the pharmacist there is usually pretty rude as well which makes it that much worse.

The pharmacist is extremely rude and based on previous reviews she’s always this way towards anyone. I don’t know how she hasn’t lost her job with the way she treats people so poorly. Customers are there to receive prescriptions or are not feeling well and her attitude and lack of empathy is really sad. She needs to do better and if she doesn’t like her job than maybe rethink the type of industry she wants to work in.

Made a late night run to pick up a flash drive, been going to this store for many years and have had other not so great experiences, but tonight took the cake with a cashier named Melissa. Wow! Talk about someone who is not happy with her job and making it known to the customers you’re supposed to help. This girl was extremely rude and blurted out profanities as she she went to do a price check on the item that was priced at a lesser price than what she rang it up as. After proving her wrong, she didn’t know any other way to handle the situation other than being rude and unprofessional. Please get this employee the training she needs or get her out of a role that interfaces with the public.

Set a flu and covid test appt at 9am for 3:15 today. I called at 1 for instructions and they let me know they’re all out and don’t know why they didn’t call to cancel or let me know… this location needs some work.

This location has heavily embraced a communist style economy by enforcing quantity limitations on some product sale. I'm my case I was simply trying to purchase a 1 month supply of laundry detergent. I was informed by Assistant manager Claudia that I would only be allowed to purchase a 2 week supply as they "want to allow other customers the opportunity to make the same purchase". In a capitalist economy (the United States adopted standard) a person with the money to purchase a product may do so. Nowhere on any of the price advertisements or shelf sticker was it portrayed that there are purchase limits on the product.

I came here thinking the reviews they had would be better and I would be the idd one to stand out that's low. The customer service Is no good here. I was here for a DoprDash order, it should have been a simple grab, pay and go. But since they have locks on $13 charging cables I had to wait for someone to unlock It for me. I heard over the intercom "customer service needed In the electronics department" 2 times. I spent 10 minutes waiting which Is ridiculous whether multiple employees nearby. Not one of them asked If I needed any help. Very bad customer service at this location.

Pharmacy workers are rude slow and extremely unprofessional. Last time I went there I heard a worker tell the customer that if she can afford the medication then she shouldn’t be on AHCCCS (Medicare). This was unnecessary and unprofessional. It’s also none of his business what kind of health insurance this person has. I’m changing to Fry’s pharmacy.

I requested a refill for my sons medication through the app, and when I went to pick up his prescription after the time the app said it would be ready; thee associate told me it wasn't even sent in through the app. I requested the refill two days ago, and I have never had a problem with refilling through the app. As I drove away without my prescription I seen a paper on the window that said they are short staffed. I get it, everywhere is short staffed. I would have rather been helped, and not been told something different than what the app told me!

This used to be my go to for prescriptions. Now every single time I call to do anything there is a lady there who has to have rocks for brains. Every single time she has no clue what she’s doing. It’s an absolute nightmare. Every. Single. Time. And on top of that she’s rude. Do better Walgreens.

If they paid the staff better "NO not store managers" I think customers would be much happier. Think about it..... GIVE YOUR STAFF WHAT THEY DESERVE, & MAYBE YOU'D BE COLLECTING THE REVENUE YOU MASSIVELY PRODUCE IN THE PHARMACY! Is it really worth not paying well enough to have your Rx closed for an entire day? DO THE MATH!!!

The cashier was pretty rude, I had a gift card, she told me to run a credit... didn't work... she told me to call the number to set a pin, the card specifically says set pin on first use, she wouldn't let me try. I called the number... all automated, finally got to the set you pin prompt, says set it at first use... waited in line again, she had an attitude and was acting all smug she said, we'll see... never seen anything like that before... but she got switched out before my turn...well guess what rude lady... it worked! Thank you for wasting 15 minutes of my time just because you think you know everything!! And when i tried to let the manager know she just said ok and looked at me like it didn't matter! I can't believe what customer service has become... I will not come back to this Walgreens...

If I could give zero stars I would. Had to cancel my 9:30 appointment because I waited for over an hour to get my covid vaccine and they let 4 other people who were late for their appointments skip myself and 5 others and didn’t notify us of anything. When I walked up and asked how much longer it would be, the people were super rude and told me the people who had came in were ahead of me, despite them just walking in and being 45 minutes late, and that I’d have to wait even though my appointment was already an hour past the time. I waited for her to return for more info, but she did not and started taking other customers orders. Literally just walked out. Super rude, inefficient, and would not recommend.

DO NOT get your prescription sent here!!!The lady on the phone if you call or go is rude and. I called to see if my prescription was done and her immediate response was “we have only been open 11 mins we haven’t done anything today.” Not so nice customer service then I asked politely around how long it should be and her response was “it’s a day after the holiday it will be hours till it’s ready”. Called my doctor Transferred my prescription luckily CVS PHARMACY was able to fill it within the hour it got called in. CVS PHARMACY on AVONDALE I recommend!(Monday after the 4th of July)

Almost everyone in the Pharmacy department is rude, and don't want to do their job. I definitely will not be using this Walgreens for anything. You can't be rude and expect to keep having customers. CVS, here I come.

I’m in so much pain and I need my medication and she said she couldn’t find me even though I’ve been to Walgreens to fill my prescription many times.I asked her a few questions and she got very irritated cause I was asking her a few questions

The pharmacist, Delores, is always rude, impatient, short with me on the phone and in person. In the past year this pharmacy has messed up filling my families prescriptions multiple times. We also have to wait almost a week for prescriptions to be restocked. This pharmacy is poorly run, and the pharmacist is the worst I've ever dealt with. We are switching pharmacies because the rude behavior of the pharmacist.

Let’s just say I am still in shock! Called in a prescription refill over the phone Last night said it would be ready today at 11am. I called the pharmacy around 11:30am to check The status of my refill the lady that answered the phone was so rude told me my prescription was nowhere near ready and will be ready after 1pm. Called again around 2-3ish because I had still not received an email/text saying it was ready. Same lady answered the phone and told me my refill was never put in because I couldn’t make up my mind if I wanted it filled or not?! What? I told her yes I wanted it refilled I just spoke to you and was told it was not ready and will be ready at 1pm she then continue arguing with me about how I never placed my refill?! She then yells on the phone “SOMEONE ELSE NEEDS TO TALK TO THIS LADY IM DONE WITH HER SHE IS STUPID” then hangs up on me! I am still in shock on how unprofessional and disrespectful she was to me I have never ever had anything like this happen to me! I called back asking for her name and nobody would give me her name Telling me they don’t know who i had just spoken to,she need to be fire ASAP there’s too many people looking for work to have rude people like her she obviously doesn’t want to be there!

I have been trying to get my anxiety meds for two weeks i called my insurance and they said it is currently active. The last time i called the woman at the pharmacy said its terminated and there was a long silence.. No apology no empathy what so ever completely rude and she made it seem like i wasted her time HORRRIBLE customer service completely UNprofessional My first attempt the guy at the window asked me for the doctors number to release the info he needed to give me my meds. When i came back he said I had to call even though he requested the number so he can call. When i spoke to a woman on the phone at the pharmacy i asked if he had called the doctor mind u these are anxiety meds and mine is through the roof.. She said we normally dont call the doctor i dont know why he said he would.. I asked why would he ask for the number now im realizing maybe he thought inwss lying about my perscription and he wanted to "scare me" because he didnt bother calling after he took the number i dont have a phone and he just wrote down all these numbers or codes that they use to communicate with the doctors that i have no idea what it means.. I still havnt got my meds and have been having nonstop anxiety attacks for two weeks now.. I kind of gave up this is my last attempt to get them and i HAVe BEEN ON HOLD FOR THE LAST 1 HOUR AND 45 MINS i get they are busy but thats ridiculous no one has even told me to please hold or they will be with me soon i want to cry again and i feel like NO ONE AT WALGREENS PHARMACY has three decency to at least say they are busy .. This pharmacy and everyone who works there is a completely rude if you hate your job find somethin else people are sick and we dont need your snot nosed attitude you all act like u work on scottsdale and shay like you work in the hood lol get over it you guys suck at bein Human!

I too, wish I could give it zero stars.I came in the store to get my covid test..unfortunately my car was in the shop and Itook an uber. I spoke with Ray in the pharmacy, asking for direction on how to access the drive through without being in a car. I couldn’t believe it when they said NO! I cannot be in the drive thru due to safety.. I cannot go to immunization room due to safety?. I cannot believe you cannot accommodate someone that does not have access to a car. Ray, in pharmacy told me to call an uber and have him take me to the drive thru...It’s very difficult to coordinate an uber with my test time.Thank you to Claudia and the store manager for trying to help, but to no avail.Ray was rude.

This is my local/corner store and regular pharmacy for 4 years. I know and delight in the staff that are always friendly, speak when I come to the store and meet my needs. I really like the points program which I am able to cash in on regularly. From pharmacy, beauty to front desk, they have me covered.

The pharmacist was really rude she never made eye contact with me and rolled her eyes when I asked her a question about one of the prescriptions I was prescribed....very rude. If you don't like "helping" people maybe you shouldn't get a job working with people.

Lady named “Islam” is very rude. Every time I come here all the pharmacists are rude as well! If this continues happening I will have medications sent to a different pharmacy! People need to be a little nicer!

It is nice that they have a clinic on site and it seems nice and well run. However if you need to use the restroom you have to find an employee to open the door. There was a girl near the restrooms stocking shelves...when my friend said "excuse me"....she snapped and said "I am working!!". So we stood and waited for her to finish arranging the eye glasses, she then stood up and walked to open the bathroom door without saying a word.

African American OLD woman with glasses, working at pharmacy is very rude with customers. 2 customers ahead of me were attended by her and she gave them bad attitude and rolled her eyes at them, as if they were bothering from doing her job. She turned them away, before allowing them to speak back. Of course she did the same thing to me, and didn't bother to let me say anything, she said next. I walked away very angry. I will make sure to inform ALL TRICARE users not to come here. THAT LADY IS HORRIBLE!!!!

Just switched to have a closer location. Bad move. First time stopping by. Closed @ 7pm. 2nd attempt sorry restocked. Third time i'll never set foot in a walgreens again. So step up your game please. Some people work from 5am to 7pm.

This is the most unorganized, chaotic, understaffed business I have ever seen. How and why Walgreens allows this to continue is beyond me.I was in Goodyear on business when I unfortunately got sick and filled my prescriptions here because it was the closest pharmacy to my hotel. It took me nearly 30 minutes to just drop off my prescription and was told it'd be ready in 30 minutes. I returned 2 hours later and it still wasn't ready. There are two drive up lanes which are ran by one employee who also runs a register inside. While in line there were three other cars that were told they were either out of their medication or they had to come back because their prescriptions weren't ready.The worst run business I have ever seen in my entire life.

This place is a joke. I was looking for something I saw in another Walgreens so I asked front desk where I could find it. She had no idea and called someone on the pager “hi can you come to the front desk if YOU ARE NOT busy?” Of course whoever supposed to come was TOO busy & never showed up. After 15 mins wait Lady at the front desk (who had pink hair and eyebrows) told me they don’t have this item. I asked how does she know since someone supposed to come and help me and why she’s telling me that now after making me wait 15mins? No one came to help me after all. I walked out. It would be nice if this location would care about the customers but they don’t. No wonder why this location has such a low ratings.
