In the last year this business has had some bad reviews. I would like for you to know that the owner was very ill and did not know this. She loved what she did and would never knowingly hurt any animal nor treat anyone poorly. I know this because she was my mother. She unfortunately passed away in August of 2023. I have decided to reopened the business. All services is done by appointments. Your appointment will usually take less than 2 hours. We would love to have a chance to make you and your fur baby happy. Thank you for your consideration.

I can't say much about the full groom experience since my dog only got their nails trimmed. The people were nice and sweet, but the salon itself was not clean and smelled of cigarettes. I also had to hold my dog for the nail trim which is not something I've been asked of by other groomers.

So today I took my fur baby for a groom today he’s a miniature schnauzer I pick him up with in a few hours and for him to smell nasty and his nails are still long and his cute long eyelashes have them cut off and he’s been shaking tremendously for the amount they charge I think the service should have been better like the first time I took him there they did a very good job on him he also smelled so good like clean I have a feeling Taylor was the one who did the job then and since she’s no longer there my dog didn’t get taken care of like the first time I’m so disappointed I took him back there because they did a good job the first time I’m getting worried my fur baby not acting right making me feel all he had was a cut and no bath can someone please make this right I think I should either get my money back or redo the job thanks ok update I found out this evening that the reason why my dog was shaking his head a lot they had plugged his ears and he has a big soar which turned into scab since I checked him real good and that was the results so sad groomers don’t own up to they doings my poor fur baby

THE WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I read the reviews and though well there's more good than bad, seems like a communication problem, it happens, but definitely one thing is communication problem, another not even trying and been straight forward. They kept my dog in a miserable crate for 9hrs, dropped him off by 10 am, I called in at 4:10pm to check how long more would it take, made it sound he was next in line, that they closed at 8pm not at five as stated on the business window, no word by 7pm, went to the location to find out my dog was never bathed, he was in that miserable crate for over 9hrs and no service given to him. What kind of business is this? Excuse given, the lady had surgery and she can't bath my dog... why the owner didn't say that in beginning when she greet us and took my dog in? juts wasted time. If you can avoid this place, do it. You'll be doing yourself and your dog a favor. So disappointed and upset!! :[

I highly recommend this place Lavena is great with animals and I’m very pleased with her work my dog Miklo looks great and he loves her.Her pricing is great compared to other groomers that charge a lot.

The staff are very friendly. The prices are reasonable. The only place I have found that will follow my instructions on how I want my little Star to be groomed. They have always done a good job. I am glad I found Pet Glamour for my little poodle. I will not be looking elsewhere as long as they are still in business. Thank you Pet Glamour.

Had an appointment for the pass 3 months, which she has been Canceling. Keep in mind I have a standard poodle, which need to get groom every 1 month. My dog has been there since he was a puppy, when I arrived to the location. She looked at me lost and said she couldn’t do the dog cause she was by her self, and cancel the appointment. I asked for a day off of work to attend to this appointment. I would leave my dog there at 9am and pick him up at 7pm, which is ridiculous. Horrible severs, never going back again.

I've been taking my 2 shihtzus for the past 3 1/2 years. Love the shampoo they use! And the lady/owner has the THE BEST prices in the valley.People are being too hard on this lady. She does a great job!

Pet Glamour is a great place the owner is one of the most nicest people I've ever met and treats my dog so good and is also very gentle and never makes my dog yelp or cry at all.Two thumbs up and five stars in my book!

Booked an appoitment a month ahead, comfirmed 2 weeks before. When we came in our puppy was not even down for an appoitment. She took her anyway and I would say they rushed grooming and cut her bad and said nothing when we picked her up. 3 days after we noticed her leaking her paw all the time. I started checking her and discovered cut getting badly infected. We took her to emergency, bill for 177 us dollars later. When I called to let her know, her answer was. It happens, nothing to worry. Be aware of this place!

Excellent, appears to be family owned and care for your dogs. When they greet/say goodbye to your dogs by name it shows how much they care. Prices are also very great. I will be bringing my dogs here for a long time!

2 years ago we found a puppy at our front door less than 3 month old, with pea size ticks all over his body at that time we could not figure out if it was male/female. My husband didn't want anything to do with it. I called many many many places to get some help to clean up this dog that we planned on finding a home for.... The owner told me to bring him in, She would do this for me, long story short Dodger has never left our home and we take all 3 of our dogs there even tho we live 30 minutes away they never smell of smoke and yes they did an AWESOME JOB.....Carlos Amador and Dolores Juarez5 paws up i refer everyone to them

They have done my dogs for a pretty long time now. The boys look great (when they come home). A couple of years ago one of them came home with some cuts but the owner fixed that situation and I have been happy since.

10/10 ! My doggies are always happy when they come here. The staff is kind and has always trimmed their nails for free. It smells like stinky dog because stinky dogs are bathed here

Took our puppy in was there 6 hours all they did was shave him was very uneven looks horrible washed him did not cut his nails or trim hair on his feet. The owner is very rude. Will never go back worse place ever plus smells like cigarette smoke when you walk in. Dont recommend this place!!! Horrible rude owner and incompetent workers!!!!

MY DOG WAS SHAKING WHEN I WENT TO PICK HER UP. LORD ONLY KNOWS WHAT THEY DID TO HER. The place smelt like cigarettes and leather. If you love your dog please do not send the poor thing there where they are kept in a small cage all day.
