The aisles are really crowded but if you want to get in and grab something quick it's not too bad. The staff are not very professional, the cashier was sucking on a lollipop and listening to loud music while people are checking out.

Usually love going to this location since it’s across the street from where I live. I went on opening weekend and it was great. I asked for the key for the bathroom twice with no problems. I went again today and asked for the key for the bathroom. The cashier looked at my mom up and down and said that the bathrooms weren’t public. We had a cart full of items so we were clearly customers. We asked since when and she said “since right now” very rudely. When asked to speak to management, she said that she was the one in charge. We went to check the bathroom and there was no sign that said bathrooms were not open to the public.

I like this this family dollar location not only for the convenience of its location, but I've never had to make or acknowledge a complaint from or about the workers there. I especially like that this location in particular is much cleaner and more organized than most family dollars that I have been to before. Overall, it is a very neat store with good customer service.

The short hispanic girl cashier is rude as hell. Other than that I love this store. I run here for last minute things I need without the hassle of Frys. Always organized. Just hope it doesn't get trashy with bums like the one on dysart

So.... If one of your employees put several items in one area of a clearance bin would you expect that they would actually give you the discount or would they make an excuse to keep you at the full price. Well if you answered that it would be the first one you would be wrong. This store will make up any excuse that they can to screw you out of a discount. The prices are higher than Walmart, stay away they're useless.

Went to family dollar, had a cart full of stuff, we were done shopping and my son needed to go to the restroom, asked the attendant for the key, she told me the restrooms were not public. I asked her since when, on grand opening we used the restrooms, she said since now. Left all the stuff there. I always shop on the dysart store but since this one opened a few months back we have been shopping on this one. They lost my business and I live across the street but I will not go back there. People shouldn't have to be treated that way. We go there to shop not steal. Store location lower buckeye and el mirage road. #familydollar

0 starsMary was beyond rude , I came in to return some batteries that didn’t fit an item and yes misplaced my receit . She proceeds to speak loud saying I can’t return them take them back to original store , mind you it was $9 I would of gladly accept in store credit if offered . I asked for manager and asked if a call to him could be made , she replies no , ok .... I ask for a Corp number because now I’m feelings some kinda way especially when I’ve told her twice I’m not trying to argue as she’s doing me . Mary says no I don’t have number , bring back batteries tomorrow when mNGer is here due to theft #WHAT and what are you saying this is embarrassing and rude

Overall for the location it's a perfect family dollar. Exactly what you would expect from a family dollar. Nothing more. However, the restrooms say out of order, which was odd seeing as how employees kept using them. Why have public restrooms, only to put an out of order sign on them, I guess for employees only?

I went today 02/13/21 there was a guy cashier at around 1 pm really good customer service that's why they get my 5 stars i didn't get his name tho...he was around his 20s or close to 30s

I called for a blu tooth speaker an who ever the female is on shift i asked for her name so i could ask for her when i go in right now but instead she said this is fraud an hu g uo on me .. I wasnt asking for cards an im an assistant manager at a store in north phx but live in avondale .. Ill be glad to call corporate an let them know how your customer service is as well as HR .. A speaker isnt fraud i didnt ask you to ring me uo i simply asked does it connect to android .. Either you need more training or your rude

Very pleased at the help I got and didn't know that the Family had so much products to offer if you don't what to go to big stores great location and needed in this community for sure gives the circle k competion good jub on planning

None of these employees are wearing face masks nor enforcing customers to wear them. Mary the cashier did not even acknowledge me did not say hello or goodbye she should not be working in customer service. 😃
