Everyone in their pharmacy acts like they are too busy to make a simple phone call. I have had medication transferred and filled within an hour. They are acting like it is going to take several days for one of their employees to make a 5 min phone call even though I expressed the need is urgent

I was in an extreme hurry. No one at the counter or note. I called out. The manager was check8ng in a vendor with several boxes. I said I was in a hurry and she said to wait till she was done. Again she said to wait till she was done. I said I was a Custer and she said so is he. She then messed up and had to correct her error. I said is there a manager and she said I am. She is still helping the vendor. I the mean time I lost it a d yelled across the room. She came over and said I was abusive and she did not have to help me. I had told her several times I was in a hurry. She said so you could not wait 2 minutes? No no no. I said 10 min she said two. So it must have been 5 min. That's not the point. I was in a hurry and tha5s why I choose to stop there.

I am extremely disappointed in my experience with the CVS pharmacy technician and Pharmacist located at 325 W Apache Trail. I called in to check the status of my prescription only to be immediately scolded by the pharmacy technician Patty. Without hesitation, she explained to me how much of an inconvenience it was to her for me to call and check the status of prescription. Followed by very rude comments. I immediately asked to be transferred to the lead when the pharmacist then interjected with the same condescending attitude. I understand the stress these employees go through with providing medication to their community. However, they should equally be aware of the situation their customers may be in whether it’s being ill or simply not having access or knowledge in how to check their status online. 2/7/24 6:41 PM

THIS IS THE WORSE PHARMACY IN ARIZONA I HAVE BEEN TOO. THEY GAVE ME WRONG PRESCRIPTION AND CAN'T TAKE IT BACK. NOW I HAVE TO GO 90 DAYS WITHOUT MY ASTHMA MEDICINE. BECAUSE OF THEIR ERROR.Update. Was allowed to return the wrong prescription. But dang if they didn't refill it with the wrong prescription again. And once again they refused to fix it. They said call tomorrow talk to Ben. Walgreens requested this prescription to be transferred. I MEAN REALLY!!!!

Service has been excellent at checkout, pharmacy counter, and immunization station the last five times I have visited.I do wish I could get a good signal inside the store when I want to open the app for prescription pickup.

When I call to ask about a prescription being filled I'm told to check online, I said I'm calling because I can't look online and the representative wouldn't look she told me they prefer me to look online....I didn't ask what your preference was, I called for help.

I just heard that after two attempts the pharmacist here would not take my Dr’s prescription over the phone. So I had to go elsewhere. I have never heard of such unprofessional business or professional medical practices so ridiculously inapt. After 4 years, See ya cvs

I have been going to this pharmacy for a year now and never have I experienced such a rude, disrespectful, nasty attitude from the LEAD retail pharmacy tech at this CVS pharmacy. I simply called in to have a prescription transferred to another pharmacy, and I was hung up on and treated with such DISRESPECTFUL service. After calling back in to simply get the names and report this unnecessary behavior, I was hung up on again and again. It is sad that I had to personally send an email to Karen Lynch the CEO of CVS Pharmacy. It is literally heartbreaking when a customer has just had a major surgery and is simply trying to pick a up prescription, and have to deal with such a rude, uncaring, disrespectful service from the LEAD retail pharmacy tech! This is the last thing anyone should have to deal with, after having surgery. I am appalled, and literally outdone by their behavior! The mere fact that the comments reflect that this is something that is reoccurring and nothing has been done about is simply unfair to CVS MOTTO as well as your customers who pay for their prescriptions. I can only pray that something will get done when I contact the CEO of the company.

I go to the CVS in Apache Junction AZ. It is close to my house and they have pretty much everything I need. The staff is fairly nice, nothing out of the ordinary for a drug store. I'm usually not in a hurry when I go, but I still get in and out in a timely manner. There have only been a couple of times where they have not had what I needed. Nothing that was critical.

The people in the pharmacy are on an axtreme power trip; as in rude and impatient. They have very sharp tongues and no consideration for the patient. I am moving to a new pharmacy!

It took them almost 4 hours to fill my prescription after it was received because “they were behind”, which is very inconvenient after you’ve had a tooth pulled and the novocaine starts to wear off. I’m willing to accept that one however, you can’t predict when pharmacies are going to be busy. The bigger problem is they are starting to require you to download their app in order to receive your prescription which is absolutely absurd. I don’t have time for you to build a consumer profile on me, and I’m not signing an End-User agreement just to get my script. I will make sure in the future to go somewhere else.

Ugly girl in glasses working at the cash register in the afternoon is extremely unprofessional. I understand that she was trying to relay a message to me, but she could’ve done it in a way that would not embarrass or shame me in the store. Reading other reviews about this particular CVS, I guess customer service is not a priority here.

Today this pharmacy hung up on me. Told me i had to transfer my scripts . Called another and with in 2 seconds she had it transferred and ready. Someone in that pharmacy changed my new prescription from an extended release tablet to an immediate release tablet because they were out of the ER, and here recently they deleted a different prescription by mistake but didn't call the doctor or do anything about it but give me the run around. I personally think that A.J. store is far to busy to give anyone good service. I'm tired on the lines.

If I could give 0 or negative stars, I would. The woman pharmacist there is rude and lazy. She hung up on me TWICE after being on hold for almost an hour both times, and then, told me I would have to just "figure it out" when she told me they were out of the medication I needed for my 1 year old who has pneumonia. When I got there to take the paper prescription back, she "magically" had the dose my son needed. The pharmacy tech I dealt with (I can't remember her name) was incredibly sweet, though, and totally understanding about my situation. I really like her, but honestly, she's the only one who's worth talking to when it comes to your prescription.

Pharmacy was closed for lunch until 2:00 pm. Lady at the counter sat there until 2:04 even though saw looked up and saw there was a line of people already. Then slowly got up and slowly opened the security walls. Then asked what do you want. Never a smile, very rude. Tried to see her name tag but she had it flipped over. ( On purpose? ) now I see why this place has such a bad rating.

This store is by far the worst CVS. Pharmacy just hangs up on you, 9 times out 10 the staff is rude. If you don't like you're job dealing with the public find something else. This store does not deserve to due business in Apache Junction, we deserve better!! The sad part is Frys is almost as bad now.

Enrique is the rudest employee I've dealt with at a store in awhile. I work retail so I understand how it is, but his attitude problems need to be worked on. I called and asked if there was anybody he could get to see if an item was in stock before I went down there since I don't have a car and it's a bigger hassle to get there. He flat out just told me no, no reason or anything. Then when I shown up and asked him in person if he's seen an item before (was a Christmas decor item), he had so much attitude about it and then sent me to the baby aisle as an insult! Every employee I've spoken to here has always been so rude and not helpful at all.

Last time using this pharmacy . During the week of February 6, 2022, I was in line for the pharmacy - twice. First time, the line was long and slow. Someone finally called for a second cashier and it took 5 minutes before someone finally showed up to open another register. Meanwhile, at least 8 staffers were in the background, carefully avoiding any eye contact with those waiting in line. Their job or not, it was painfully obvious that they were not making themselves available to help.The second time that week, after another long wait to get to the front of the line, the woman in front of me had a problem prescription that was complicated and required another staffer to join with the cashier to solve the problem. After a very long wait with no movement, I stepped up to ack if they could please call for another cashier. The response was no one was available. I waited longer, but finally gave up and left the store.I called my doctors office and asked that a new script be sent to Fry's Pharmacy across the street. Went to Fry's that afternoon, the pharmacy cashier was helping a customer ands one was ahead of me in line. A second cashier came forward (on her own) and call the second customer over. I thought that was refreshing. Then a third staffer noticed I was standing in line, and she opened the third register for me. Amazing! I am sold on my new pharmacy. That's it for me with CVS.

The pharmacy department at this CVS location has been so wonderful to deal with! I've had to call them on several occasions, recently, to obtain information related to prescriptions for my kitten (Arwen), and everyone I've spoken with has been incredibly polite, patient, knowledgeable and helpful -- even when they're extremely busy. When one is dealing with a stressful medical situation, it's so nice to receive such kind and professional assistance, and I really appreciate the outstanding customer service that the pharmacists have provided to me. Thank you so much!

I went to have a pre-op Covid test at CVS. I was worried about it cause I needed to have results faxed to my doctor before my procedure. I went inside to ask for sure. The nice lady at counter said you’d better ask her cause she’ll do the test. She said I would get the results in 2 days. I said ok and went to the drive through. I put mask on as directions said She asked for my confirmation number. I gave number and she said you don’t need mask you should have put it on in the store. And then gave my a snarky fake smile. She gave me directions then I proceeded. She was quite rude. It would be helpful to have more information on website such S the results will go to you in 2 days. also the directions said wear mask and she said I should have worn it inside.

My husband and I are in the high risk age group (senior citizens). We scheduled to have a Covid shot. We stood in line (45 minutes) to be told we couldn't be vaccinated as they were short handed and we had to reschedule. Run from this place

Consistently have experienced delays with my prescription refills. I also had a 90-day supply of a prescription medication given to me today in an unmarked prescription bottle. When I brought it back with the bag it came on, the pharmacist seemed less than concerned about this major error. Imagine if I had taken the medication, it was the wrong medication, and I had a serious reaction. The staff at this location needs to do a lot better.

Just got my flu shot and the folks in the pharmacy could not have been nicer! Since I have not been using this pharmacy, they had trouble finding me in the computer and the line stacked up behind me. However, I heard them organizing the staff to open two other windows and the line was eliminated. They had about 7 or 8 people working the pharmacy and it all looked organized and professional.

If I could give this store zero stars I would. The pharmacy closes at random times each day and if you need any scripts, antibiotics or monthly scripts, do not use this pharmacy. The pharmacy is not reliable AT ALL! I understand things happen but this is month after month. This is the last time, we will be switching pharmacies.
