I walked in with a cat thats owner had never had it out of it's house from4 weeks old. The groomer, she handled it calmly and professionaly. Trimming her nails. Cat ended up behaving, AMAZING, I am so thankful! The kitty will be returning!

Lori spends a generous amount of time making sure your dog gets his persona updated each time they show up. NO ONE charges 5 dollars for nails to be trimmed without waiting for long. NO appointment is required for this service. Open 6 days a week is awesome!!

First off, I will mention that the lady was very nice. However, I can't leave a good rating because regardless of her personality, I paid for a service that was done very poorly. I had my dog shaved and when I picked him up he smelled bad and his fur is so choppy. I've had a lot of comments from others saying his hair cut looks awful. I also wouldn't say it is "affordable". I paid the same amount I pay at scrub a mutt. Atleast when I take him to scrub a mutt he comes back looking well groomed and smelling great. The only reason I went here was because I wanted him groomed right away and everywhere else was booked out. She was able to get me in immediately and that is the only reason I am leaving two stars. Also like other people have said, it is very dirty and cluttered. Some poor fish were swimming around in brown water that I'm sure hasn't been cleaned in months. That doesn't really show care for pets.

My "Little Bear" was a terrible mess. He was matted to his skin. (He's a rescue) I can NOT believe how amazing he looks now!! Got me in quick, affordable, AMAZING groomer!!

Great attention to detail. Very friendly & my fur baby wasn't as upset as I thought she would be. Lori knew just how too put my big girl at ease as she trimmed her nails.

A friend of mines dog died here after wearing a choke collar he never should of had on. The woman working here did not take responsibility and refused to tell the owners what happened. Imagine going to pick up your best friend to find out that they’d been laying there dead, for who knows how long. Disgusting.Do NOT bring your pets here

While it's not a normal professional dog grooming establishment, the lady who works there is very sweet and great with animals. She did a fantastic grooming my German shepherd on such a short notice! I would absolutely go back to see her and choose her above all the other groomers in town. She's much more affordable and reasonable on prices and she does a great job.

The women who owns this business is so thought full and always remembers my baby! It’s not a 5 star establishment however she is FANTASTIC with the animals and I’ve never been disappointed. She is an affordable way to make sure you animals are taken care of!

Multiple separate accusations of violence towards animals and a recent claim that a healthy animal was choked to death in her care. Her response was to get combative with the client. Don't risk your fur babies life here.

this place is horrible i wouldnot recommend to bring any living animals here for their services. they let animas die by leaving them on choker chains and being careless for the animals that are there. their animal abuser and terrible people they do not care about your animal. don’t make the same mistake i did by leaving your dog under their care.

Asked for a golden retriever trim. (Under the ears and clean up the tail and paws) and she shaved his entire body but left his ears and tail untouched. Also he stunk so bad! On his paws like he was stepping in poop or something while we was there it was awful I was in such shock.

Like the other single star rating if I could give 0 stars I would.Took my cat to get groomed for moderate matting and the first thing I noticed was the horrible smell of animal feices. Told her what my cat needed and she asked me to come with her to hold my cat while she clipped the mats.Next thing I notice: an assortment of very dirty "grooming" tools. She grabs the clippers, turning them on sends my cat into panic to which she yells at me angrly to "control your cat."That method did not work (big surprise) so she grabs a brush, holds my cat down with more force than necessary and proceedes to rip the mats out causing my cat great pain. I get it you have a bad at work from time to time, but you don't take it out on people's animal companions.

I usually don't try to give ba reviews... The lady that owns the place is really nice... But her shop does not look clean she told me that my dogs would be done by 3 pm they weren't done tell 4pm the shave down was patchy or no t all done and my older dog was cut.

Address does not exist. 675 Wasair exists, Suite #1 does not. Building goes by even numbers, and a transmission shop is in Suite #2 at the end. Have to wonder about a business that cannot even list a valid address.....
