A great airport! I was unable to use the stairs, they brought me to a lift and I was able to get on the plane easily. I have been avoiding flying because of this, no more! I do have a complaint, liquids. There is a pop machine in the airport, I bought a pop and a water. When I went up to the TSA check area they wanted me to throw them out. They said nothing more than 3 oz. When we were seated people brought out regular bottles out of there carry ones! That wasn't right. But that was the only problem. The plane itself was very clean and roomy. The old 727's were pretty tight for a larger person, the 737's feels like it is at least half a size bigger, and the seatbelts are not too tight. All in all a good trip.

Petersburg airport sucks. Can't even get off the plane. So if your trying to make it to Ketchikan. You get stuck on tarmac for an hour

Alaska Airlines are nice enough to fly, but quite pricey for the average service. They were much better when I was a kid. However, this airline is the only option for getting to Petersburg from the lower 48.

The Petersburg Alaska Airlines Agents do a wonderful job. They are all very friendly and go out of their way to make sure everyone's needs are taken care of and special needs are always promptly addressed. Also, they all have a way of making each person feel appreciated and like a valued customer.

I love that the staff keep you updated on flight times and changes. They are very professional and provide excellent customer service. They take care of their customers and provide the best customer service in Petersburg, AK.

Small airport with no amenities. Always easy offloading and loading. They do use regular stairs so have a warm coat.

Over priced if your trying to leave or come into Alaska. The Monopoly game at its best. My flights are often delayed for numerous reasons. And even though I am part of the 49 club they still charge you for your luggage if you are not solely flying in or out of Alaska. Also found out they don't let customers fly standby. Not very customer oriented.

Great trip, but upon returning to Seattle had to sit on the tarmac for nearly an hour...captain said it was due to shortage in ground crew!

There good sometimes. Seem to have a lot of mechanicals for flight delays. Don't really go out of there way to help you when there are weather delays which they blame a lot for delays.

They are NOT enforcing the rules regarding facemasks. About half the people on my flight didn't wear theirs the entire trip.
