We LOVE pawms! We have been sending buddy to daycare here for almost 2 years. We have always had a wonderful experience. Our dog loves it here and is always excited to go. It means a lot as a dog owner when you walk through the doors and each dog is greeted by the staff. They are wonderful and we could not be more thankful for everyone that works at pawms!

We board our cat here every time we go out of town. They take phenomenal care of him and they remember him each time I call for reservations. We also get my dog groomed here. By far the best grooming he has ever had. She is so good with the dogs and is super attentive to detail. I seriously can’t recommend Pawms Vestavia enough.

My dog LOVES going there!!! She jumps out of the first opened door.. when we arrive lol.. doesn't matter if you've gotten out yet or not...she's jumping...And she knows exactly where to go when we walk inside lol. I love to see her excited to be there!

Everyone at this location is great. We've been taking our dog, Koda, here for over 3 years and they've been nothing but good to both her and us. They go above and beyond and even went so far as to take her to the Vet for care she needed when we were on a week long vacation (communicating with us all along the way to make sure we were on board with all of it.) Our dog is more than excited to go here every day for daycare and that helps her be excited for weekend/overnight boarding when she has to go. Cannot recommend highly enough!

No place like it! We use them both for boarding and daycare. Professional,clean, and most of all our fur baby loves it. Anytime he’s away he’s going crazy as soon as we pull onto the road. Thanks Pawms for all you do.

We are so happy with Pawms! We boarded our two dogs here for a week and they loved it. They loved it so much that when we brought them back home one of them sat at the door wanting to go back! Pawms posted photos of the dogs in Day Care every day. The employees were always so nice when we called to check on the dogs. We will definitely be using them for our boarding needs and will be sending our dogs to day care often!

This is hands down Lucy’s favorite day care. She loves play time with all the other puppies and even got to share a kennel with her sister daisy while we went on vacation.

The Pawms was a great experience for my dog. She is timid and was able to have a private sleeping room. She had plenty of outdoor group play during the day. Everyone took extra special care of her and knew her name. I was able to check in on her and receive updates. Next time she stays, I will be completely comfortable letting her stay with the other dogs. I highly recommend.

Took my toy poodle for her first grooming and she looks AMAZING. Nicole did an excellent job listening to and executing what I had in mind for her cut as well as answering any questions I had for her. Every staff member we spoke to was so sweet and helpful too!My puppy didn’t seem anxious or eager to leave when we came to pick her up.Needless to say, my pup’s first grooming was a success and we’ve found the perfect place for all her future groomings❤️

We used the Pawms for our two beagles whilst we were traveling through the area. The location is very nice and quiet. The staff were genuinely kind and interested in meeting our dogs. Plus, the pricing can not be beat for the quality! We really love this place and look forward to using them again in the future!

My two dogs boarded for the first time with the Pawms this weekend. We've boarded a couple of other places and this is the first time they've truly seemed to fully enjoy themselves. I was nervous because of the heat index this weekend (we've been under a severe heat warning) and was pleasantly surprised to find that Pawms obviously took great care to make sure they stayed hydrated and didn't get too hot. They came home happy and tired, but not exhibiting any symptoms of too much time in the heat like has happened at other places. The level of care that the staff gave to my dogs was impressive, and their patience with me being nervous about leaving them at a new place was comforting!

Most reasonably priced boarding and daycare in the area. Great customer service and the dogs smell great after baths, and it lingers longer than any shampoo I've seen. Would highly recommend Marli, their trainer, who helped my puppy with obedience training for an incredibly low price!! 50% lower than other dog trainers in birmingham. Would highly recommend all of their services for any dog.

We had had issues with boarding at a local veterinary clinic and had looked around at other clinics in the area but could not find anything satisfactory. I searched the internet and came across The Pawms Pet Resort and spa and have been using them the last 7 months on a regular basis. The staff members are always so friendly and helpful and our pets are always well taken care of. They correctly administer their medications and food, and when we pick them up they are bathed and ready to come home. The staff also identified when they had over billed us and made sure to notify us we would have a credit for our next boarding. I cannot say enough about the service, care, and kindness of everyone.

My dog Kiowa loves boarding and doggy daycare at The Pawms!! All members of The Pawms staff are very friendly and helpful and truly care about making sure your pet feels at home while they are there. Kiowa has been to stay for several nights as well as just a short visit for daycare and he always has a blast!! The staff always makes you feel as though they care about your pets as much as you do - making it a point to familiarize themselves with your pet's personality and always remembering them by name. Other than just wanting to find a place where Kiowa feels at home, I also chose The Pawms over the other options because they offer competitive pricing for their boarding packages and daycare add-on AND they have larger runs than most competitors (4ft x 12ft compared to the average 4ft x 6ft or 6ft x 6ft).In short - Kiowa and I both highly recommend The Pawms!!

Good for boarding though there’s a charge for every extra including medication administration and participating in day care dog activities and the extra charges add up quickly. The facility is clean and modern and it’s a good location.

Words can't express what a special place this is. Our dogs have gone for years for boarding and doggy daycare and they race in every time like it's their second home. The entire team knows each one by name, remembers their quirks and goes out of their way to care for them just like we would. Our youngest just lost her vision in both eyes and they worked with us to transition her back into doggy daycare so she can continue to socialize. We'd recommend them to even the most nervous pet parents. The personalized service is bar none.

It was my 1 year old dog's first time to be boarded, and it was for a week. $30 a day (which includes doggy-day care - basically, playtime with dogs). I called to check on her the first day, and she was doing well. She was happy when I got her, and worn slap out! She curled up and slept on the way home, then continued to sleep for the rest of the night! The staff is very friendly too!

We lived in Atlanta where there was a pet resort/doggie day care on every corner. We've found The Pawms surpasses in every way. The fact they do indeed know each dog by name and spend time with them is impressive and just one more indication that they really treat our dog as family. That's hard to find when places have as many clients as they do. I don't feel worried or guilty when we have to travel and board our dog with them at all. That is priceless!

Our dogs came back smelling awful and full of other dog’s dander despite getting a bath that same day. Their bag they had with their things smelled even worse.. I can’t even describe it. Also when we walked in to pick them up, it smelled like day old cat piss in their lobby. It was embarrassingly bad, it didn’t make this place seem clean at all. The staff are unprofessional and unfriendly, yelling over customers to talk to each other from across the lobby etc. I’ve taken our dogs to multiple boarding/daycares for years and they’ve never come back smelling like this or had other dogs dander from any of those places. I give this two stars because they did give one of our dogs their medicine every day like we asked and kept them alive for a week but I wouldn’t take them back here. Maybe their daycare has good reviews but boarding with them is not impressive.

We have been using pawm’s for years and I can’t express enough how good they are to my dog. My dog rushes to the door as soon as we get there. Thank you guys for taking such good care of my dog. Its hard to go on vacation and leave my dog but pawn’s makes it so much better.
