Received a text my order was processed for shipment, and they took my payment, but no product was ever sent to the shipping company. Received no replies to my emails inquiring why they hadn’t shipped and they don’t ever pick up the phone. This company is a scam. Had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. I hope this fraudulent company gets shut down.

I had better experience with them before. This time they never responded to multiple inquiries I sent about my order placed almost a month ago. Today I finally got a shipping notice. We will see if the shipment actually got delivered otherwise I will file a dispute via my credit card company. Never again.

I'm a veterinarian and I do NOT recommend this company! 2 months after my order they have yet to ship my product. I've had 2 different "shipping labels" created but the carrier hasn't yet received a package. No one answers the phone and I have yet to receive a return call after leaving several voicemails requesting to cancel the order. Don't waste your time or money.

I ordered de-wormer on August 20th and haven't received so much as a tracking update. FedEx hasn't received anything to ship, and I'm waiting on an email response.UPDATE as of 10/15 The owner explained to me that they were facing difficulty with the government and sent more than double of my original amount as compensation. They're a small family-owned business so I don't fault them for taking a while to get back to me. Just glad to see it rectified.

Looks elsewhere to make your purchase. I ordered some items, and almost three weeks later I still didn't receive them. I called, and they said that it never got shipped and that they would resend it. Two more weeks go by, and I still didn't get my stuff. I called to get a refund, and they said they will refund no problem. That was about a month ago, and I still haven't got my refund. I called, no answer. I finally get an email from them saying that they aren't able to put the refund back on the card that I paid with, for whatever reason, and asked how else I would like my money back. I'm sure it'll be another couple of months before I see it. They are a joke.

I ordered from this company January 14. I still have not recieved my products but they charged me for them as soon as I ordered them. I emailed them about 2 weeks after I ordered and they sent a tracking number for fed ex 2 day. The products have never even shipped and still nothing. I requested that my order be cancelled and that I be fully refunded on the 3rd of February. Here it is, February 13 and they still have not refunded my money nor have sent any other correspondence. They have until monday to refund my money or I will report them to the BBB as well.

Apparently the orders ships, USPS acknowledges receipt of package, then there is no movement.Same exact thing happened on my Nov 2019 order (which I finally got refunded in Feb 2020). Seems like they have a serious problem with their local post office.Response from company is either very slow or non-existent. The good news is that if you email them every week, they will finally resolve your issue.

Good first experience with this company. Ordered Rx medication for my dog. They contacted my vet for approval the day after I ordered. Because it was still pending I called customer service and they advised they were awaiting approval from the vet and to give them a call. I did that and found out my doctor was off for the holidays. It was approved the day the day he returned. VIC shipped it immediately and I received it 3 days later. I saved 50% compared to buying the meds at the vet.I recommend placing the order then calling your vet to let them know you will need an approval to expedite the process. Very pleased with this transaction and service I received.

Several times I have ordered from this company with them taking my money but my product never getting shipped. One person says one thing the pharmacist (mike) says something else. Total runaround. This will be my last time. I only stayed with them for price but the aggrevation is truly NOT worth it. I would like to add I just found another place to order from. Valley Vet. They were very nice and thorough.

Placed my order and received a tracking number in an email that said it was shipped the following day. 3 weeks later it had still not arrived. As I was about to call them I checked the tracking number and found that it had just finally shipped but it was too late as I got my meds elsewhere by then. When I did call to ask for a refund due to late delivery and misleading emails they refused and said if I returned it I would have to pay a 15% restocking fee "because that's just the way we do it.". Bad execution on their part and bad customer service.

Ordered a large amount of a product and received a tracking number the same day. I needed the product within the week. Nothing came. After 8 days I looked up the tracking number and the package had never shipped. I sent 3 e-mails and called but no one was answering the phone. Someone answered the phone the following day and informed me it had been delayed so they could order more. NO ONE HAD BOTHERED TO TELL ME THE ORDER WAS DELAYED. I had to hustle all over town to get what I needed because I had to start the meds that day - 9 days after I placed the order that they confirmed shipped via a tracking number. The worst customer service ever! They said they would refund but never said they were sorry.

Was having difficulty finding my dog's Vetmedin 5mg tabs. Glad I finally found it here. Due to the postal service issues it was taking a long time to receive my prescription. I emailed them, they contacted my vet for approval and shipped it out that day. Very pleased with the experience and timeliness of response.

I ordered food for my lab who has severe allergies. Food was ordered 9/2, and supposed to be here no later than 9/14. Still not here. Upon my complaint, they said- oh we will credit you the shipping fee. Um, hadn't even arrived yet- they should credit this entire order as my poor dog has been forced to eat other food and has been sick the past 3 days because of it. These guys are sooooooo lame and obviously could care less. If they did they'd overnight a bag of food upon inquiry 4 days ago.

VIC PHARMACYI placed my first order of GastroGard (a $1200+) order on 8/16/18. The online order form asks for a vet fax number for prescriptions. I left my vet’s phone number, and a note in the ‘notes’ field that my vet does NOT have a fax, and must be called. A week later, I am notified that the order is rejected, because my vet never responded. I called my vet and he assured me that he DID call. I called VIC twice to confirm that my vet called in, and would happily do so again if necessary. Bottom line, two calls later, the problem was finally resolved, and my order was received 10 days after my original order, in which I paid EXTRA for fast delivery.When I went to refill the GastroGard (which is sold by the individual tube cost), but only needed 26 instead of the original 42 tubes. Due to the change in quantity, I was unable to just ‘refill’, and it was treated like a new prescription. Again, I left a note to call my vet. Again, my vet DID contact VIC. Again, seven days later, I was sent an email that my RX was rejected because they couldn’t get in touch with my vet. I finally had to cancel the order, with only 3 remaining days of medication, because I had absolutely no confidence that this order would be filled and shipped within 3 days.All this, in itself, would be fine if they hadn’t charged my credit card on the date I ordered the product. So, this company essentially held my money for a WEEK before contacting me that the order was rejected. Not even a phone call. Email only: 6pm on Friday night, when they are closed over the weekend. I was patient the first time, and let it go because the person I finally contacted who got the order right was very kind and apologetic. Unfortunately, when it comes to life saving medication and high dollars, this isn’t enough to keep me as a customer. I am extremely disappointed, and will never shop just for the lowest price anymore. I will only stick with reputable prescription veterinary companies like Allivet or ValleyVet.

I ordered an antminer S7 from vetinternetco on Amazon. For those who don’t know, a crypto currency miner like this one can make you about $15 per day but over the course of 6 months or so, that number goes down to zero quickly. This item should have been shipped 9 days ago but still hasn’t been. I can expect the item will be about 20 days late even if they ship it ASAP. This means that this will cost me about $300 that have gone towards paying off the 1500 price tag that I can’t get back. Will you pay me this money VIC? When I called, the person who answered tried to push the blame to their “supplier.” Due to the nature of this item, there should be no supplier delay. Very unprofessional.

Vic pharmacy has the best price for my pet's prescribed Metacam. When I encountered an issue, they were fast to resolve it, quietly. They didn't send any further emails but they just resolved it. This makes me feel assured that they stand-by their products. Thank you, Vic!

DO NOT USE THEM. I still have not received my product from them. After calling them, they said they would expedite another one and I would have a tracking number. Nothing. I have tried calling 6 times no answer, I have sent 2 emails. I am giving them until the end of today to get back to me, and if not I will be filing a complaint with BBB.

I had the same experience as some: Ordered it, it said it was already shipped, then I tracked it a week later and it said it was still in their facility. I called them and they said it was backordered. I said you couldn't put that on the website? They didn't really seem to care. Turns out the product isn't even made anymore; so it's not backordered, even! Gosh!

do not, i mean do not order from them off walmart. they lie about the delivery date. it will say one thing before you place the order then another after. they do not respond if you reach out. absolutely terrible, truly. my poor old dog is throwing up all over the place because she doesn't have her liver medicine. does anyone know how to call the actual walmart customer service so I can report them?

I placed an order for a 16 oz bottle of the Henry Schein brand of Phytovet CK Antiseptic Shampoo. This is a brand I've used before and trust. What I received is a bottle of Ceraven CHX+KET Antiseptic Shampoo, which is missing one of the active ingredients in the Henry Schein brand. I've emailed the address indicated on their website for returns twice and have yet to hear from them.

Cancelled my order bc they said my vet did not respond to their request for prescription except my vet says that they did. Put on hold when I tried to call customer service and then told by machine that no one was available to take call. Then disconnected. Did not respond to email requesting assistance. Total fail.

I ordered cat food on November 5th, 2018 and still haven't received it. The tracking number was sent to me November 6th and yet it is still sitting at the vendor's warehouse. Cannot get a response via email, telephone or their FB page. Will never buy from this place again. Pathetic customer service!!!
