I took my Shitzu here for the first time. Didn't have an appointment, but they welcomed me to bring him on in. His cut was very good. They did an amazing job. Great service. Will be returning.

I wish i had a zero star. I had appointment on 9/30. No one was there i called several times. I finally spoke to someone today 10/4 because i called them. According to her, her daughter was sick(i understand that) but you did not take 1-2 minutes out of your day to call and apologize, and reschedule. This would have been my first appointment . Very unprofessional wouldn't leave my car charger with them. People want you to beg and pay. I will just wait on the mobile groomers next month. #Big&Bella'sMobileAs i read the comments this is not their first time not showing up for work...Do better!

Got my Yorkiepoo Chase's haircut and nails trimmed. We will be back. Great ladies, Mrs.Rhonda, and Ms.Cathy very patient. .. My son enjoyed helping the ladies clean up while we waited.

I took my 7 yo toy poodle who has been groomed regularly since a puppy. They give her a bath and they trimmed the top of her body. No face trim, no paws trim or nails trimmed as specified.I can NOT believe they charged $45 for doing essentially nothing. After I got home my dog cowered in one place for a good 12 hours without moving and was skiddish and snapped at me like she was scared for me to touch her and this has NEVER happened before! She's been used to being groomed regularly by different people and places with traveling. My baby dog always clings closer too me when scared and this was totally weird and out of character! I don't know what happened there but something is VERY wrong with this place!!!

🚩 Today I took my 18 month old German shepherd in. When I walked in what I assume to be the owner’s daughter was all up in my German shepherds face, touching her, and you could clearly tell that my German Shepherd was extremely stressed. The adult of the child did not discipline the child, nor correct her in a manor that was sufficient for my Dogs being.🚩 This was my first time coming to this groomer. I had her shot records in my hand and she never asked for them.🚩 After dropping her off I walked out to my car and sat there contemplating whether of not I should leave her. I decided to go back in and get her. When I walked back in I said “I think I’m just going to take her and cancel my appointment today” neither one of the ladies asked as to why, or cared to know what they could do better to make me feel more comfortable.To the owners of this small business: I LOVE supporting small businesses over corporations, but it is highly unprofessional to have a young girl running around, getting in dogs faces, and not correcting that child. Shame on you. Just because someone says their dog is friendly does not mean that the dog will not bite when in a stressful situation, and your child will end up bit if you continue to allow it to happen. Just know that it will not be the owners fault, nor the dogs fault, but YOUR fault for allowing that. Next, shot records are EXTREMELY important. I spend a lot of money to ensure the health and safety of my Dog along with the responsibility of making sure other fur-parents get the same respect of a healthy dog returned to them. Lastly, when a client comes in and asks for their dog back a responsible business owner who cares about their clients should take the time to better understand why they feel the way they do. I probably still would not have stayed, but it would be a learning experience for your future clients and the growth of your business. I would have understood not caring to ask if I were a Karen in any of those circumstances, but I never said a word. When owners are dropping their fur-baby off to you it is YOUR responsibility to protect the health and well-being of that animal, and if you feel as if “it’s just a dog”, then this is not the business for you. Absolutely love this place, the staff were so friendly and loved my fur baby’s as there on. I have tried several grooming shops and I will never go anywhere else. Thank y’all for taking me in on short notice I will definitely be back. And by the way my fur baby’s looked Great !!

They did a great job on my mother's Shih Tzu and her Dachshund mix dogs. The Shih Tzu got a hair trim, nail trim, and a bath. The Dachshund got a bath and nail trim. Also, they did all this work done in 3 hours. They have a daily policy of having the dogs in by 10 and they will normally have them out by 12. I highly recommend this company for all your dog's grooming needs.

Usually able to fit dogs in same day as long as you call in the morning, and do a good job. New location is a bit of a drive for me compared to last one, but my dogs know Rhonda and do good for her.

Awful! I have taken my dogs here two times prior and it is convenient for where I live, but never again! Scheduled an appointment a few days ago and my mother and step-father were helping me out by taking them for me. My Parents arrived early as it is not the easiest for them to get around and especially with dogs, they walk in the door and the lady that was there immediately started yelling saying that they could not and will not take anymore dogs today and that they did not have an appointment. We spoke to the ladies on the phone and they (this including the owner) both were very rude and hateful and acted like we were in the wrong when they were by forgetting our appointment . Terrible experience the last time as well, when we showed up to pick our dog up she looked as if they just threw all of the hair they had shaved off of her back on her and it was horrible! Looking at the prior comments and reviews I see this is repetitive and I will never be back and will not recommend this so called business to anyone.

THE WORST GROOMING EXPERIECE WE HAVE EVER HAD! My dog looked better before he went in to them! Cut doesn't look fresh, hair on ears and tail wasn't combed out! Almost looks like he was groomed about three or four days ago. Then on top of that, they tell me when I came to pick him up they don't take credit cards, but checks or cash only! I would not recommend this place to anyone who is particular about how their dog looks after being groomed.

I absolutely love this place....so does my fur baby. She is loved and they do such a super job. As long as I have a dog, this is the only place I will take them for bathing and grooming (and a b I t of extra love)

I have a Yorker, the new lady that is in charge now, gave her a hair cut, and she told me that they will be closing earlier, I went to pick her up, and I notice that she did not gave her a shower, she smelled the same way I got her to them in , and her hair cut was t to my expectations. Won’t be coming back.
