Definitely a good experience! Service is great! Food is good. Bring back the cheese dip and how about Spicy Chicken Nuggets? McDonald's, Burger King, and Wendy's have them. Y'all need more variety. How about a Buffalo Chicken Sandwich? How about Wings? Sweet Potato Fries? Coffee Milkshake? Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Milkshake? What kind of Gluten Free options? Chicken & Dumplings as a side? Chicken Pot Pie? Hot Chicken Tenders?

I enjoy stopping thru any Chick-fil-A drive thru. But I wouldn't recommend ordering inside this one. At least not during breakfast. Once they gave me my food and didn't not out everything in my bag and just rhr over day, I stood waiting for a while until I heard a worker say my name and realized they were saying I wasn't there! So after I spoke up, come to fin out they had given my order to someone in the drive thru.. other than those two times, I genuinely love the place. Food is always fresh and good and drive thru is always fast, plus the cashiers are always always friendly

Been using the app since really being the only location in town they have their days when moving fast and have their days moving mad slowSo normally ordering from the app will be your best bet, however now I wouldn’t even recommend using the app, for this location, at all simply now seeing they are double charging your cardStop always rotating n placing employees who cannot understand the simple logic of processing transaction to where you wouldn’t be having customers complaining/reporting you guys for double charge/fraud

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! We drive through the area 4-5 times a year, we stop here every time! All the employers are so wonderful, happy & super friendly, it rubs off on the customers as well, they are happy & friendly as well. The food is always top notch! I love the mac & cheese. The new caramel crunch milkshake is fantastic!

I recall her name being Julie, she acted like she just did not want to be there this morning and everyone else around her had happiness on their faces, not only did she get my order wrong, but you had the audacity to not even listen to what I was trying to tell you but instead get me out of the way. You most definitely was spared because I was gone take it there boo. 2/10 on customer service IF that.

I love chick fil a milkshakes and after a long car ride I really look forward to one. However I walked into this location, it had just turned 9pm and I’m sure if I hadn’t asked they would have served me but one of the employees said I couldn’t ordered. There were other customers still in the restaurant when I went to order. I understand people want to go home but I was in the door before they were closed and if they don’t want people to come in then they need to lock their doors.

Fast service and great food. Service always with a smile. Our first time trying breakfast. It was a fantastic fried chicken-scrambled egg wrap with tots and a sweet tea. Jalapeño salsa is a must try!

We enjoyed our visit to the Troy, AL Chick-fil-A. Clean restaurant with a lot of smiling employees.I had the chicken deluxe sandwich, and added bacon. It was very good. The rest of my party each had the new pimento chicken sandwich, and they liked it a lot.The only concern would be the size of the parking lot. It is really tight to get in and out. Extremely land locked.Other than that, we loved our visit.

The food was good! I got a Southwest Salad and I highly recommend it with the creamy salsa as it gives the salad an extra kick. My family and I ate outside as we had our dog with us, and the table was filthy. I understand it was rush hour, however when we asked to get the table cleaned the Chick-fil-A worker brought a wipe and that was all. It needed a scrubbing as it had several days worth of residue.

Horrible experience in the drive through. Was driving 2 hours home after working a 12 hour shift and waited in the drive through for over 25 minutes. Seems like the design of the drive through where you can’t pull out of the line was not on accident. This was after about 8 cars (maybe more) in the right lane went ahead of the one in the left. And yes I spent my time waiting in the drive through to write this review. Don’t stop here if you’re ready to get to your destination!
