Pretty good. The restrooms are excellent. It's kind of strange, the Walmart HQ radio station that plays in all the Walmarts is nice and clear in here. Then when you go out into the store, it kind of fades into the background. I wonder if the DJs know they are playing mostly for the people in the restrooms.Ingo Swann, reporting in. Yes, the Gateway Project didn't work out and I'm wondering what my listeners are doing. Why does it stink so bad?

Grocery pickup is becoming unreliable. I have missing or damaged items in every order. The produce is almost always bad. Nobody wants to pay for strawberries that are covered in mold. Today I received a body wash that looks like it has bird poop all over it. There's no way the employee didn't notice that when they bagged it.

Most times I have a pleasant trip through this store. It would be nice to have a larger selection of items here instead of having to go to Walmart in Montgomery, Wetumpka, or Alexander City.

While this is a Walmart that's a bit on the smaller side it seems like I can always find exactly what I need. Saves me from driving all the way to Montgomery 40 minutes away

Not a huge store but great customer service. Small town service far surpassed service in Montgomery. 4 registers with actual friendly cashiers. Only one self checkout. Was very refreshing to have a cashier with great customer service!!!

Need better customer service, help, on the floor. Try incentives for prizes. It usually works, even though most don't want to: Lol. Many wanna keep their job but theirs always those who wanna get fired so they can draw unemployment.. ..

Made my day! Falandra the customer service supervisor made it possible for me to purchase the perfect real flowers for my friends wedding bouquet. Thank you Walmart for hiring such caring, helpful employees, with friendly smiles and attitudes ☺️

I've never felt more claustrophobic than having a cart in the middle of the aisle and people blocking the ends but it's a clean efficient walmart.

Clean could use more help in store. I would like when you say good morning the the helpers there that they could at least sat something back, it doesn't make the store look great. If they don't like there job they could work some where else.

The people working there are friendly and helpful. Marketing needs aome help. I refuse to order on-line what I was buying from them. I now do most of my shopping elsewhere

I love my hometown Wal-Mart. Its not the biggest Wal-Mart in the nation but it has everything you need without feeling you have to search the entire store for something. Along with a small town feel and very friendly employees that know you by name...most of the time. All in all Id have to give Tallassee Wal-Mart 4.5 🌟'sUpdated post November 17th 2023. Another productive day going to Walmart for a few household items and groceries found everything I needed without any problems checked out through the self-checkout no problems paid and left. 5 stars

This is one of the cleanest and well stocked walmarts I have been in in a LONG time. There were associates at every turn, and they were helpful and knew where things were without having to pull out their phones and look it up. Wish i had this walmart in my hometown.

Rating the Pharmacy specifically today. This Team is always so helpful to me whether on the phone or in person. The young lady providing the seasonal vaccines to my dad was first rate, kind, and carefully explained what was happening in a way he could understand. On this visit, they appeared fully staffed and we were in and out in about 15 minutes.Great job.

The staff is always friendly and helpful, from the ones inside all the way to the ones doing the Walmart pickup. I don't like how alot of customers park in the pickup sections though and then walk in the store, taking up space for ones who actually coming to do a Walmart pickup. That's completely lazy because I KNOW they see that sign when they park in those spots that say WALMART PICKUP CUSTOMERS PARKING ONLY. They have the whole entire parking lot to park in but are too lazy to do that so they take up the ones who are picking up space. it's completely ridiculous but I know it's not Walmart fault, ppl just refuse to abide by the signs they have in place. Also, when you go it to shop, check your receipt before you leave. I was overcharged on a phone case and liquid plumber and walked right over to customer service and returned them. The price on the shelf is not always going to ring up the same.

Walmart is good for being able to shop for multiple things in one place but as far as the customer service goes it's terrible. You could be in one spot asking for help and someone could be right there not doing anyting and they'll say oh well that's not my department and go back and get on the phone but not help you. I would have to say if you're looking for good customer service as well as a great shopping experience Walmart's not always the best

Went early yesterday morning around 8 people were still stocking shelves and of course they was in everyone's way . I think stock crew should work nights and not block the customer from shopping because they DON'T OFFER TOO MOVE

I tried to use grocery pick up. I ordered at 3:30 pm yesterday and selected a pick up time between 8-9am today. I ordered 13 items. The order was delayed and they could not give me an estimated time it would be ready. I was told to wait until at least 7pm. What’s the point of selecting a pick up time? I had to cancel the order.

They had the grocery items I ordered needed.Scan n Go was not available, had to run through with a cashier. Nice lady, bagged my groceries and I didn't have to do it. However, I would prefer using the Scan n Go app.

It was so disappointing there aren't any negative symbols to express what I'm feeling right now. I was just informed by the pharmacist that Wal-Mart does not accept Tricare insurance anymore. Which is the one most service members have. So, just think about that for a moment...

This store is pathetic. Never stocked up. Prices not on shelves in grocery area. Keep hearing from employees that they are short-handed and have no time to get their work done. I think it's funny that most of them complaining have ear buds or a cellphone in their hand talking. Wal-Mart needs to look into this. Now the good thing. Their pharmacy is great. Almost smiling, attentive and go above and beyond to help you.
