It's too tight for semi deliveries and the trees need to be cut back! It's an entire mess in the back of the plaza! Once again it's not semi truck friendly in the back with this portable ramp and a 12" concrete block in the direct path of the portable unloading ramp.

Everything from clothes to cat and dog food. I would never have thought to look in here for many of the things I found! Great place for your farm, garden, animals, or if you just have some time to kill and want to find a decoration for your yard. Amazing place, I will be back again even if it is just to kill some time on a rainy afternoon.

These guys are always so helpful and knowledgeable of every product in their store and exactly where it's at I was just in there this morning looking for some flex pipe stuff to fix my water leak and the guy took me right straight to everything while he was putting on his work vest so I guess he was just getting into work great people always very friendly too.

I love this place so much! Not only are the people helpful but they are very respectful and friendly. They exchange items which is great because I recently bought the wrong food for my hamster. They happily let me switch items. Super kind and sweet. Best service and supplier for your animals!

I purchased a 20 inch Poulan chain saw from them. I ended up purchasing more items than the chain saw after I saw the sale prices on other items in the store. The customer service was excellent and the staff were overall just very nice people. I highly recommend this company for all of your needs.

Good store. Nice employees. Just never can figure why prices at store in Alexander City are always cheaper. Bought a ramp at Alexander City store and it was $20.00 cheaper. Love Tractor Supply though. Always gave unique items in every store. Always try to shop there first.

It carries your farm animal feeds, clothing & boots. Items for your flower beds and yards, & most items for each type of farm animals. But the best things I like in TSO are the yard and home decor items

We were looking for a good pressure washer, and the store had one; however, when we returned to purchase it 2 hours later, it had been sold. My husband Terry talked with Diane about several, but they agreed the one we needed was out of stock. Diane contacted other stores, made arrangements for one to be delivered to Tallassee that day, and notified Terry it was in, so he was able to use it as planned the next day. She was not only courteous and professional, she took the time to locate what we needed, then get it here to us. She and the entire team are always happy to see you, and they put the “service” in customer service!

Went there for hydraulic fluid, they have it but it's not what they've been carrying for years and it's 3 dollars more expensive than the other? Go figure. People were nice as usual. Also had the nuts and bolts and washers I needed.

Purchased a riding mower at this store online, paid for it, got order confmations, spoke with the store about picking it up the next day because it was still in its crate and needed to be assembled. Today I get notified that my order was cancelled because the item I had paid for got sold to someone else just hours before I was schesuled to pick it up. They clearly dont know what is going on in their own store. Lost a customer.

I enjoy tractor supply. They have alot of my farming products. Tractor pins, fencing, chickens, gates, feed, trailer tires, air compressor, I use them all. They are so friendly in the stores. They are always quick to help. If you need it, they can order it in. No problems.

My all time favorite! No telling what you might find! Along with good quality feed for my critters! They keep a good supply of every day meds! (Saved 3 of my chicks this past summer) So glad we have this here.

The customer service at this particular location is severely lacking. There are only a couple of employees here that project a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, which is perplexing because the general climate at other locations is much more upbeat and friendly. For the most part at this store, the younger staff in particular seem to reflect today's entitlement-snowflake demeanor as if they are doing me a favor by just being there instead of having a service based attitude. The guy who runs the place is grumpy and has no people skills whatsoever, but ironically the smiling brunette lady who runs the front end and seems to also share in management is awesome. I say fire the dude, promote the lady, and spank the kids.
