This location gets 5 stars from me. I came in with a large order with each being different than the other and with a quickness I have never experienced before from start to finish it was completed and I was on my way. Everyone was pleased with their drinks and I was satisfied with knowing I have a new favorite Starbucks. I love the decor and feel comfortable waiting or visiting with friends here for coffee.

I’ll be honest, this is the only Starbucks I have ever been to and I don’t really plan on making it a habit. However, when I take my boyfriend‘s daughter shopping, we inevitably stop here. I understand why people love Starbucks and it is because of locations just like this one.we love their coffees and we love the ambience and we get to just hang out and talk. I’m sure I’ll be back soon and so should you

BEWARE! Absolutely disgusted by the women that work there. Worst attitude ever. Came up through the window for my hot tea and the black girl at the window gave me/ shook my hot tea overflowing with the lid about the come off. I yelled and said “ow! Ow it’s burning me the hot water!” She rolled her eyes and looked away to her pad and began to take orders. My mom in the car asked what happened?? I said the hot water is flowing out and burned me! The girl on the pad looked at me and asked “do you want another lid?” Like are u kidding me?? My hand is BURNED AND YOU ASK ME IF I WANT ANOTHER LID?? That you couldn’t put on properly with water flowing out??? Then another black girl came out and said “what’s happening??” My hand was burning and the girl then rolls her eyes again and asks me if I want my reciept. We drove away and I was crying but my mom went in to get a new drink and the black girl became hostile and they had to take her to the back room to “cool off”. Absolutely disgusting behavior.

The normal girl that is in there wasn't working today and she always has a pleasant attitude and is so friendly. I ordered online and messed my order up and even admitted my fault simply asked to have it remade and said I would repurchase the drink since it was my mistake...and I was still met with attitude like it was an inconvenience servicing their customers...work on your customer service and attitude ladies.

Rude people who work at drive thru, give attitude and roll their eyes. Make my drink wrong, got frape and it tasted like straight up milk. I went to support my community but this is my last straw, I’ll be going to another Starbucks or another coffee shop entirely that does it right and has nice customer service. Cuppa grace tastes like actual Starbucks coffee and better consistency— very nice too. So annoying

We visit this Starbucks every morning after our workout and absolutely LOVE the ladies we get to see every morning. They are kind, witty, and always so helpful. Our day wouldn’t be the same without them! ❤️

Today, I had an experience. It was one that, to some, may not seem that great. But to me? My entire week has been made! The girl who handed me my coffee, Megan, was an absolute doll you hear me?? A NATIONAL TREASURE just like the king, Nic Cage himself!! She greeted me with a smile, told me to have a good day and even said goodbye! That was so sweet of her! She’s probably one of the best workers at this establishment, and her enthusiasm for coffee, people, and a rip snorting good time goes unmatched! I hope she stays around a while, and I hope that her management team knows just how lucky they are to have such a golden ticket to the Willy Megan Wonka white chocolate factory with her around!

If zero stars were an option. That's what it would deserve. Never have I ever been to such a horrible place. I've been to Starbucks in multiple places in multiple states. Never have I ever asked or wanted a refund. Yet, that's definitely not an option at this store.I was on my way back home to Memphis and decided to stop here. This was an absolute waste of my money. I wasn't spoken to with a pleasant attitude. Nor was my order received in a timely manner. Now, I know Starbucks is always busy, and service isn't that fast. Yet, if they weren't walking around talking and playing, I'm quite sure it would've been faster. I was in like at least 10 mins being the car at the window. Not only was the girl rude, but she was making jokes about customers. Now, one would expect, as long as it took, they were milking a cow. This drink had plenty of time to be made correct. Yet, after receiving my drink and deiving away, I tasted it. Let me just say that if you want whip cream water, this is most definitely your place.I ordered a White Chocolate frappe. No whip. Added white mocha and removed some frap roast. What I received was blended ice with the stated no whip cream. There was absolutely no hint of frap roast or any hint of white chocolate at all. I didn't have time to turn around as I had a 5 hour drive ahead. So, I called the store. To no surprise, they have their phone off the hook all night. I tried again today with no avail. Don't waste your time. Don't waste your money. Just surpass this one.I want my refund. I'm sure I won't see it, so I guess this is a lesson learned. I mean, you choose your job, you don't want to be there, then don't. That goes for the store manager as well. Because it starts from the top. No repercussions, of course. Why wouldn't they do their jobs properly if they aren't being held accountable.

have never received bad customer service at Starbucks until today. I went to the Hwy 280 and mcs Blvd store in Sylacauga after placing an online order which included a traveler. A lady at the drive through asked what I needed and I told her it was an online order. A few seconds later an associate named Megan come to the window with an attitude and tells me I am “suppose to call the store before I order the traveler because that is a lot of coffee”. I tell her I order the all the time at different locations and have never been told that. Megan then tells me “ well my manager said you are supposed to call and it takes 20 minutes to make”. As I drove from a neighboring town about 10-15 minutes away I asked her how long it had been since I ordered and she said about 15 minutes. As she is talking she gets increasingly aggressive with her mannerisms and so I ask her what is she trying to tell me and she very nastily says “you’re gonna have to wait, you can pull around front”. It was 6 in the morning and I was completely shocked that I was getting attitude on a coffee order so I asked for a refund.At this point Megan left the window and a shift manager named Charity came over and asked what happened. I explained to her that I was uncomfortable being treated rudely and would rather just leave. Charity was amazing and offered to fill my order anyway. I told her it wasn’t necessary but she apologized and said if I had time to wait she would personally take care of me. As I was waiting outside I could still see Megan inside pointing at my car and talking aggressively “rolling her neck” to her coworkers. At this point I was outdone that she was STILL showing attitude so I called my local store manager for my company(I am a retail district manager who travels daily) and asked if she knew any of the employees at Starbucks as this is a small town. Before I can tell her on my experience she tells me that she had come to this Starbucks the day before for an online order and a female fitting Megan description had given her such poor service that she would have left if the order wasn’t for someone else!I’m still not sure why Megan didn’t just say “hey your order’s not quite ready” or something that would have been totally understandable but she really does not need to treat customers the way I or my Store manager were treated. That type of service will destroy market share in a tiny town like this. However Charity is a great employee and an asset to your team! Please commend Charity for going above and beyond and as for Megan….ill get coffee elsewhere if she is there!

There is a white girl with glasses, no name tags like the other SB"s that I do business with, but she either has issues with me personally for some reason or other issues. She is difficult, slams everything down and if I ask a question, she is hateful. I will go out of my way to avoid the place if she is there. Really sad for Sylacauga.

They DO NOT clean their expresso machine which will make any drink with expresso shots taste like old coffee. I had to wait several times for a drink I ordered due to this machine not getting cleaned from closing the night before. I was told this by the barista. While they have many good employees, there are several in management positions that SHOULD NOT BE.

They need to listen when a person says what they need in a drink. I cannot drink cows milk and they made my drink with it twice when I asked for an alternative. They did it again after I went back through the drive through and only made it right after I said I can’t drink cows milk. If you want to vomit and have a food reaction Sylacauga star bucks is your place.Dietary restrictions: I do not recommend this location.

A little slow on getting my order, however, I'm not impatient and I wasn't particularly busy. I ordered a Matcha Cream Frap and it was amazing! The lady was super pleased too.Thank you!Vegetarian options: I tried a Tomato & Mozarella on Focaccia from here and it's completely vegetarian and soo good. The seasoning and everything was perfect, I absolutely recommend. Personally, I'm a meat lover, but even I would go back for that again. :)

I ordered strawberry acai refresher.But i got strawberry flavored water.No sweet. No taste. No scoops of strawberry.This color is just like pink crystal. So Transparent.If i have a time, refund it.I think i never use here again. but i hope other guy get good service.

Went there about 5pm yesterday I had got a Carmel frappe. The cashier doing drive through was so nice. For the people that have bad experiences I don't think the employees are to blame. The cashier helped be figure out what my grandma wanted it took like 3 minutes but he eventually helped me. It was a peppermint mocha. She loved it and I also had got my poodle a pup cup. The dog definitely loved it to. Over all 10 out of 10 experience.

Hello. Wanted 2 coffee this morning so we Stopped in this morning was only person in drive up line was us . I missed the order stand sign location as I drove in back way. Very confusing as phone store sign is in location with Starbucks. Order sign is behind phone store. I Stopped at window. Asked being only one in line, if I could just order with her at window as sorry missed the order sign. She's at window with her head phone system on looking at me like im stupid. She told me No I must drive around I said I'm at window talk with you and. Only person in line can I order. Said No pointed out window drive around. She told me go drive around order like I'm supposed to order. I did then she was fully Rude at drive up station. Told me be quiet so she could talk and not hear me. I talked fine with her at order window. She Told my wife be quiet not order from passengers side. So I canceled order and left. Will never visit your location again. Very unfortunate as I visit 100s of location a year. Always professional service from most of us locations. Very very rare I leave 1 star.🌟 Costmer service could have been addressed more professionally. With us older Adults who can't hear or see very well...

Not very professional at the window, depends on who is at the window if you get your total like other Starbucks. Im just used to very friendly helpful people like at Cahaba Heights. There are some really nice people, but not always there when I go. I even hog thdm a new customer tonight!wiah I could give Them a 0. This weekend, the primo is a free Short Chocolate with any Grande purchase. After waiting 5 minutes for them to wait on me the the girl said we are not doing that this weekend. I said it just came up and in the app showed it to her. She called someone on her mic , who said no. I told them I went to SB all over BHam and never had trouble except in my local Sylacauga SB. I took my dollar back, and another girl said something to my back as I was leaving. Losing my business FOREVER IN SYLACAUGA. I will drive to Inverness from mow on.

Starbucks did not have strawberries at the time of my visit, but the barista was able to match my cravings with an item of similar taste. It was delicious and closely resembled what I was seeking. The employees were very friendly and provided quick service.
