I’m not one to complain so for me to take the time to search and leave a review it’s gotta be pretty bad.We stopped by the drive thru here today for a quick bite.We ordered two honey mustard chicken wraps and received the spicy ranch instead of what we ordered.We also ordered a chicken finger kids meal when we got our food they didn’t even give my child any chicken just fries.The coke tasted terrible it just kept getting worse and worse.

The food is great when you are actually able to get it. I made an online order last week and was told when I got there that they were not able to make the food because the grill wasn’t working. I’m still waiting on my refund from that incident. I stopped by tonight to grab a burger on my way home from work and was informed that their grill wasn’t working so they couldn’t make any burgers. I give up trying to stop there for dinner.

Well was the best fast food place between Dora and Sumiton. They've remodeled which is nice and they've seemed to get better employees. But, lol there is always a but right. They have gotten rid of what just so happens to be 1 of if not the best burger they had. The bacon western cheeseburger. That alone was the reason for me personally for going to Hardee's, and that alone will probably be the reason myself personally never returns. I don't know what it is about companies that do away with some of their best products but you would think they would stop.

Always scrumptious! Biscuit & gravy is so worth it. That's my happy breakfast. I do an extra crunch and take lactase pills so I don't feel guilty, etc.

I went in for three small drinks. After being ignored for several minutes, there was no one else in there and one car at the drive thru, I asked for threw small Dr. Peppers. The person taking my order replied " we ain't got no Dr pepper! We only got what ain't got a card over the button. I turned and looked at the self serve machine and most of the decks actually had a card over the selector for the drink. So I told her I wanted.three small drinks, I'll pick when I get to the machine. She plopped down 3 cups, told me how much it was, I paid with a card and when I looked up she was gone, no receipt, no thank you, no sack or carton to carry the three drinks, I am on a cane, so, I gathered up three drinks, and my cane, then left! Oh, I had to go back in to get straws.I am afraid this was.my last visit to this store.Nuff said...

Nickey was extremely pleasant and nice throughout my ordering. I will definitely be coming back to this location.Wheelchair accessibility: Definitely a good venue for wheelchair users.

I wish I could give this establishment more than 5 stars. I visited this location a few days ago and though I normally am strictly a drive-thru visitor I’m glad I chose to dine in. The customer service amongst all the employees was above and beyond. The general manager was present when I visited and she was so friendly and treated each customer like family. There was no wait and the food was fresh. If you’re considering visiting this location I promise you won’t be disappointed I surely wasn’t. Thank you Sumiton Hardee’s for creating such a welcoming and professional environment. Sincerely an extremely satisfied customer.

I usually hate to give low reviews and idk how other Hardee’s are but this one in sumiton is really slow. Food is absolutely top tier for me I love the chicken tenders but you may have to sit in line for awhile or pull aside. The employees also seem a little annoyed or inconvenienced when taking orders because I went today with my grandmother asking for a 5.79 small cheeseburger combo and she ordered us a double one instead? It charged us more and when we tried showing a receipt for the same order the other day (7/10) but she just said she didn’t know about prices and shrugged us off :/ we later compared receipts to find out that she changed it to charge us on something else even after we tried correcting her. Again food is really amazing but not the best friendly atmosphere or customer service

I come to this location often being I am a student in the area. I asked the cashier this morning are the grits lumpy because they have been the past few days. She proceeded to tell me "I don't know I haven't seen them". She opened my grits and stated no lumps today. I get to class and low and behold its lumps again today as it has been the past week. How hard is it to stir grits? Hire a new cook!

Will not be back. Had to take multiple trips to the counter because of missing items and then again to ask for burger to be microwaved. It was cold. Then I looked behind the counter and saw the condiments (cheese, lettuce, etc.) sitting out at room temp and not stored properly on the cold table. This was 3 hours before they close. No wonder my burger was cold too. This is how people get sick. Chicken tenders were "just dropped" but at best room temp. Had to bring everything home and microwave my daughter's whole meal too. Only reason I gave it a 1 star was because we used coupons and the dogs seemed to like what we brought home for them to eat. Hope they don't have to go to vet.

Though we were the only ones in the drivethru, it took quite awhile to get our order. Back at the office breakroom, upon opening our meals, we found the buns to be wet and soggy. Little to no sauce. Soggy, oily lukewarm French fries. First time it's been like this at this location. Will continue going there, just not a good experience this time.

This is how my burger come. And the ice cream looked like it was melted and put back in the freezer the cone was soggy. It also took a long time for them to take my order and over 30 min. to get this food.

At this point I will not ever go back to this location. I said it last time but this time I truly mean it. I paid extra for large fries with four meals. Only one was over the half way point. I thought they were spilt but no, that was all they gave us. Teenagers are running this place at this point. With bad attitudes and NO drive to work. They are in there playing instead of cooking and cleaning and do not care about who is waiting on them or how long they make you wait. Too bad the lady manager who works Sunday isn't always there.....
