The night crew sucks! Lazy workers rude act like they don't want to be here.This Loves is on my route at night and I have stopped here for the last time. They never have any hot food ready. Fourth time in a row. They need a new night crew of employees that actually work

Friendly folks here in smith station Alabama!The staff is great, never had an issue. Parking is limited especially closer to the weekend and after 6:30 pm daily. They have showers, Chester’s, and god father’s pizza!

I got a lot of sourvenirs and branded items from mugs to air fresheners, air purifiers and gift items that could even be branded in your name, but unfortunately, I didn’t get my name. Not a bad try, I learnt I could place an order to get some personalized in my name.

Super busy stop. I wanted to do laundry but apparently they "got hit with lightning" so while everything else in the building worked, all the laundry machines were turned off.

Nice place but stayed here 15 hrs and still can't find anyone working at fuel desk. Wait I did se her once but that was standing outside on phone while truck drivers are getting fuel and looking for whoever us to be at the desk.

10/3/2022 Delivered in Walmart , Opelika . Went to this Loves after. I needed a couple of bolts for my truck and saw that Home Depot was 2 miles away. There are signs that say no dropped trailers , but I knew I would only be gone for an hour, maximum . I went, got my bolts and was back in 45 minutes. My trailer was gone. The daytime assistant manager had it towed. The towing company, Mike's mobile Truck Repair, charged me $1650 to get it back. It is my suspicion that kickbacks are involved. No truck stop has trailers towed that quickly. The no drop trailer policy is widely known to prevent local drivers from using the Loves as their own personal parking lot while they go home and sleep in their own bed at night. Loves needs to look into this. I always get my oil changed at Speedco and get tires there also. Never again. The next time I see a Loves, I will move into the lane farthest from it and pass it by. I will be sharing this on every social media account I have. I realize it won't change anything and that Loves could care less, but maybe it will help a driver out in the future. Now my wife and I have to come up with some way to pay the mortgage.

Stopped in this morning for fuel and a shower. 11 in the morning and every shower is dirty and no one is cleaning them, registers are broken in the restaurant side and the cash machine is broken where they're not giving any cash. Not what I expect from Loves , I think y'all can do better

Everytime I've been here early in the morning the little red is so rude always giving go to hell looks. She also told her manager that me and my husband was stealing. We was pulled out the store by a officer and was searched in the front of the store and for me being a fire fighter/first responder and a security officer that was not a good look on me when it was my phone and charger. Other than "her" store is pretty awesome. Clean. Neat. Food is great.

I went to take a shower, in 5 months of truking I never encounter such a clean shower and bathroom, thanks to Taylor who was doing the cleaning on this day, I realy appreciated all your hard work, thanks again.

Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is the white male on 3rd shift is Constantly Busting in the Women Bathroom talking about Maintenance! I had Just been in there 3 or 4 min. Yes, there was a female on the shift too. Spoke to her when i walked in so she knew i was in there. It's like they're trying to run black women out the Bathroom. I've only stop here 3 or 4 times this late. The day and afternoon shift are cool but that 3rd shift is a problem. Good stop, just don't stop on third while black.

We stop here every couple of weeks. Always nice and clean. Today we decided to eat Godfathers pizza. It was so good! It’s how Pizza Hut use to taste when I was a kid. Will definitely stop in and order more.

01/17/2023 - This is one of the most professional and courteous services available. The showers, restrooms, grounds, store, and all associated areas are very clean and well kept. The staff are unbelievable. It was truly an enjoyable experience that I will repeat. Thank you Love's.

Same issue I've found at almost every Loves I've done laundry at. Machines are not being cleaned properly. Mildew is not a fragrance.

After a terribly unresolved incident in Kentucky loves I boycotted for a while. I needed a shower and loves was the only place around so reluctantly I decided I'd buy fuel close and just buy a shower from them and not spend a dollar more. I was very happy with the customer service. The showers had no wait. The shower room was very clean. I was pleased all the way around with the shower. I will never step foot in Kentucky loves again but maybe someday I'll give loves another go at the fuel game. I highly recommend this place.

Now they require you to scan ID when buying tobacco or alcohol. Teach your employees how to read a bday or I'll just hold up your line every time I come in. This is a privacy concern.

Absolutely great location for a truck stop. I was highly impressed with how clean and organized it was. Great selection of snacks and ready to eat food. Bathrooms are the cleanest I have seen in any public location and the staff is amazing. Highly recommend this location to any truckers passing through or people on the go. They also have a large variety of gift items and an amazing staff

Very nice stop. Very clean inside and out. Has 2 fenced dog “parks” which our dogs loved. Also has an RV dump station, though we didn’t use it. If you’re in the area and need gas or a pit stop I certainly recommend this Love's.

I usually stay at a pilot or flying j, but after stopping here tonight I'll definitely be looking for the next loves travel stop tomorrow. Cleaner, cheaper, not a ton of parking but there are still several empty spots, easy in and out even at the gas pumps, and the employees have all been polite. Nothing bad to say about this place.

This Love's is truly one of the best places I have ever been. There was a bad storm in the Midwest so I stopped here for a few days to ride it out in my RV. The manager came out to check on me and was honestly one of the nicest guy's I have had the chance to meet. He said it was no problem to stay here till the storm passed. Love's should be very proud to have such an amazing manager.

Clean store, clean showers, clean restroom and clean laundry room. Store is organized, stocked neatly. Customer service is spot on. Employees that work in the afternoons all need raises. Treated me and everyone that came in like family. Clean restaurant and fresh food. I went out of my way to park here for my 34 and I will do so again in the future. I do wish there was more parking for semi's. This would be a much busier store! Hands down the best Love's I've been to as a trucker so far!

Shower room was roomy, clean, and had terrific yet unobtrusive ventilation-best ventilation I have experienced yet. It had 2 showerheads; normal and halfway height, and this was a much appreciated convenience. Attendant was masked. Showering in a truck stop during a pandemic is a worry for me, particularly with the recent rise in Covid cases; the ventilation and masked attendant made me feel it was not as risky here as I usually feel in most places. Employees were super nice. Store was clean, well stocked, neat and well kept. Restrooms were nice, and predominantly touchless. The only downside is that the parking lot is on the small side; upside was that there was no shower wait today. Parking lot filled early. This is an extremely pleasant place to stay.
