The manager Justin is very unprofessional and always stink. The employees act dumb. The store is always messy and an Accident waiting to happen. They don't care if items falls on you. This STORE IS A SAFETY HAZARD!

Employees are really nice. Store seemed to be well stocked. Parking lot is always dirty. Line was long but the 2 cashier's were doing the best they could to keep up. One of the better dollar general store in this area

People are great. Great home town feel in the store. But y'all overwork your workers. One person can't run the register, stock and assist customers. It's difficult with even two. You've got great employees. Show your employees respect and appreciation by getting more help in.

This particular store is known for over crowding the ailse and it is a 50/50 chance they do not have the item needed. Today being Sunday May 16,2021 at approximately 7:00 PM EST the fodfllowing they said they didn't have: Cokes, bottle water,Tide pods, and dog food. The employee states they are waiting for a delivery. My husband has been told this on several occasions and that were doing inventory. We like shopping at our local store but we will go somewhere else. Trying to shop within our community. Thanks in advance for your help in this matter.

They have a great and helpful staff! I called them because my momma lost her wallet at the Dollar General on Martin Luther King parkway and they went out of their way to try to help me get in touch with that Dollar General To try and help me find my mommas wallet! I really want to thank these lady’s so much!!!

The definition of average. Actually nice for a Phenix City store though, structure wise.But I shop here a lot. They're everywhere. No walking through multiple departments to get to your one or two items and short lines.

Not a bad little place. Usually pretty quick to get you in, out and on your way.One person put that this place is a "junkie store" that's a garbage comment! I've been in there plenty of times day and evening to grab something on the quick and I've never seen anything like that.Place got three stars from me because twice I've gotten flat soda IE expired, and the last two times I got ice and practically had to Chisel it out. In short good service, fair prices, just checkfthe dates and the ice bin before you buy.Oh and stop referring to it as Pheonix City. Its Smith's Station

Need to shop carefully - some items are cheaper at other retailers (this is not a dollar store - wide range of prices). The location I was at the Point of Sale (POS) chip reader had been malfunctioning - as a result my bank card was declined and had to find an alternate way to pay. This caused a delay for the cashier & other patrons in line. Cashier stated she had reported the problem. but no one appeared to be in a hurry to remedy the situation.

Very smooth checkout line!!!!! They need to order products more frequently. My daughter and I go in to buy some medicine!!!! They are always out the shelf is empty!!!!

Just waiting for the computers to come back up. Just wanted to buy the kids some shoes. Also, cant take debit cards. Cash and check only. And only one register open. Technology sucks!!! 30 mins later

DG is pretty much the same everywhere. I'll say that the employees are what make the store or break it!! Most DG's seem to employee females with permanent attitudes!? It's like they can't smile or like it hurts to speak if you ask for help finding something. Other than that, DG is okay if you have a few things to grab to keep from going into the "big stores". All in all, DG is DG......

Parking lot has trash all of it not clean , not enough of lights on in the store to be able to find what you are looking for ,rather drive someplace else to get what I want where it clean and enough of lights on to be able to find what I'm looking for

This DG store is not cluttered as other DG stores I have visited. Room to walk and the cashiers are also ready to ring you up and get you out.

Needs to be cleaned up and needs more than one cashier. Poor cashier has to try and handle a super long line while the manager just walks around and the other employee didn't bother to help out.

It's a Dollar General, if you're expecting something more you'll be disappointed. Service was great. I just wish there wasnt so much blocking the isles.

The place was so dirty the floors was so dirty you could not get up and down the aisles nothing was in place I will not be going back to this Dollar General I would give them zero stars but you have to give them at least one on this survey
