Horrible. Tried to call in an order and couldn't get them on the phone. Went there, ordered food and was told 10 minutes. In middle of our order being cooked, the boss decides its the perfect time for a meeting, and puts our order on hold. Food is cold and disgusting. Horrible experience. Wish the old owners still had the store

The older grey headed lady was very rude to me and my son . the lady just cost you a sale I would have bought all the cigarette s in the basket be hide the counter she refused to even let me and my son Justin look at the basket of cigarettes. She's very rude torge me and my son Justin she was speaking to every one else .and treated us like we wasn't even standing their were a customer just as good as anyone else I guess if she doesn't like you . she needs to treat every one the same or she doesn't need to work there every one else up their is very nice thanks Gloria gilleyand my son Justin gilley

Awesome store!! I've worked here right at 3 years I work with a great bunch of girls who take care of each other and strive to make our little store the best. Amazing customers who come in daily to sit, eat and chat with us and enjoy our great food!! And as far as Michele Shivers goes she never wanted to come to work. Causing us to have to pull doubles at no notice which would cause us to be in over time. Not come in for a week at a time expect vacations at short notice. She started most of the drama in the store talking about her fellow Co workers behind their backs.. Mostly calling us stupid. Along with talking about her manager behind her back. She was fired for calling in 10 minutes before her shift. Leaving me to work 18 hours in one day. She thought she was manager and that she could boss us around. We all jumped for joy the day she was fired.

I worked there 2 and 1/2 years (2013-2015) and the store was awesome when I started and went downhill after the first year. Turnover rate is very high for the employees there and they cannot keep employees due to the manager there. Management is not professional either, leaves employee write ups out on desk where other employees can see it, lies constantly to customers and employees and plays employees against each other. When taken to upper management, he always sided with her and does nothing about the situation so the cycle continues and the drama continues. Employees were unhappy there too. Manager plays favorites and gives overtime to favorites and if you make her mad, she cuts your hours to try to get you to quit. Customers were unhappy and constantly complaining about running out of their cigarettes and tobacco because enough were not being ordered even after the manager was told numerous times. The deli food is not as good as it use to be....numerous complaints about the food from customers, especially the chicken fingers being dry and stuff being undercooked. I have been gone for awhile and I see customers that use to come in there and they tell me how bad it still is and this is 2016.

This place has gone downhill! We ordered two pizzas and tried to pay with two different cards and the cashier said it's popping up saying unit price is too high! So I ask if she could try to re-enter our pizzas in and see if it may work. She says sure and just pulls up the same order. Mind you the gentleman in front of us ordered two pizzas and was charged $20 and some change. We ordered two pizzas and was being charged $24 and some change. Needless to say I'll most definitely be spending my money elsewhere!!
