This is a small business and the owner has a genuine care for pets and ensures your family member is taken care of. Having an older poodle, she has to been cut several times a year so we’ve seen several groomers in the Shoals but Dog World is always our favorite.

We took our retriever there for about a year.... The bigger he got we noticed he wouldn’t want to go into the building... He was a very friendly fur baby, but he was large. The man was always nice... The woman in the bad not so much.... I went to pick him up and he had to go potty. He has blood all in his potty. We took him to the vet and was told it was his nerves... We went back the following week and they called me, said they had bathed him and he had potted all over himself...... I’m thinking hmmm, he always whines when he needs out. Maybe if she had took him outside that wouldn’t have happened.....Also if it happened again they were going to charge us for another bath... So I went and got him and paid for two baths. He was passing blood again!! This story has a happy ending... We took him to Lesmare Pet Spa and he never passed blood again.....Every employee would stop and pet him. He was always ready to go every Monday.... So after her treatment of our fur baby, I wouldn’t recommend doing business with them.. If you don’t like animals you might need to change jobs...
