I had to come to the Russellville AL store for propane to keep my fifth wheel in Tennessee heated during the coming winter storm. The Muscle Shoals store couldn’t pump propane because of internet issues so myself and others ended up in a line in Russellville. Natasha promptly came out after unloading a truck and began to work on the growing line. During this time she was taking numerous calls and running back into the store to turn off the alarm that kept going off ! She never lost her cool or got upset . Good help is so hard to come by now and she definitely deserves recognition for being an excellent employee.

Sold me the wrong chicks and when I showed them the pics online of the right chicks , which they had, they refused to exchange or refund. I spent over $300 there today. It will be the last cent yall get from my farm

Christian and Christian did a wonderful job yesterday. I was running late and store was closing soon. They got my order pulled and loaded ASAP. That style of customer service is rare these days.I hope they recognize that talent.

This particular store is an absolute joke, I am a delivery driver who has come to this STORE many occasions with no issue but this last time I went there I was being ignored and not communicated with in a professional manner, girl at counter was not doing her job correctly and when I called her out on it to her Manger when the manager came up.. all of a sudden I'm the bad guy....I NEVER WAS RUDE THEY WERE , I thought everything was fine by the end of the encounter though cause I even told them have a great day, see yall next time....but that's not what was going to happen they took it upon themselves to report lies to my company that I was belligerent and put them in danger which cost me my job.....HOPE THEY ARE HAPPY TAKING FOOD OUT OF MY KIDS MOUTHS BECAUSE OF THIER LIES....IF YOU ARE A DRIVER AND GO HERE DONT VOICE YOUR OPINION ABOUT ANYTHING THEY WILL LIE TO GET YOU FIRED....ALSO I DID SPEND THOUSANDS AT TRACTOR SUPPLY NEVER AGAIN WILL I SHOP IN ANY OF THEIR STORES IF THEY ALLOW THERE EMPLOYEES TO DO STUFF LIKE THIS....

Renae & Alyssa (one other lady but I didn't get her name, I'm so sorry, she knows cuz she pulled my boot off for me) these ladies were so good to us. They took my question to the next level until they got an answer. There wasn't any explanation at all and because of this it helped me to got the coolest pair of Justin boots ever. Instead of just telling me "oh I don't know" and walking off, all 3 of these ladies went above and beyond what they had to do to help me, happy and smiling, the entire time. We were treated better than we have been in any store in a very long time. They didn't harass us. They left us alone to shop. But they were right there ready to help when we needed them. Courteous, respectful and friendly. I love our new Tractor Supply! (This was suppose to post Feb. 9th and for some reason it didn't)... Mar. 16th We stop by almost every weekend, at the least Jason does to pick up a welding hat (only place he can find them wlo going online) or something he needs for work. Monday we rec'd his Justin boots (very similar to mine) but steel toe, had to order them online b/c of his size. All went great with ONLINE TRACTOR SUPPLY ordering. We got 10% off with an email coupon for our 1st online order b/c we are Preferred Members. (Tell the employee your phone# @ Check out and she will put it in and give you papers & explain it. Then every time you check out no matter big or small, it counts, make sure you give them your #) We went online and registered our email like the ladies told us to so we get coupons all the time. 10% off Footwear came in perfect when we ordered his boots.Tonight Jason bought another hat. This time he want with black wool I think, you know felt lookcng, NOT straw. I was closing time but they were just as sweet as always. When I came in they ask if we needed help, cuz I came in about 4 mins. till closing (he had been in 10 mins. before me) he had already picked out the one he wanted. I talked to Ranae (I think) about how much I was enjoying my boots. I told her about me posting the pics. {then i check & they didn't post 😵} She was happy about that. Told me about the drawing... HINT! HINT! Our R'ville Store has already had a winner!!! SO MAKE SURE Y'ALL SUPPORT OUR LOCAL BUSINESS... Shop often!! and EVERY TIME you Buy anything no matter how Small or how big make sure to enter it w the drawing...♡♡♡TS!!!😉

Went in to get dog food and cedar shavings for my dog.Employees were very helpful. They even bring it out if you ask if you have problems lifting heavy bags of feed.
