✅️• thankfully Walmart's Robertsdale location is usually adequately-staffed with enough employees to help serve the community.✅️• however, they use their resources as efficiently as it's still profitable yet hospitable to its shoppers.🤔👌😒• For instance, they may have periods where stockers & floor personnel are low; which honestly leads to minimal but noticeable stocking delays at times.✅️• However, they ensure each department is accounted for from the deli/bakery to electronics/sporting goods, or stocking or working on inventory in niche departments like clothing or outdoors. I think at least 2-3 customer service personnel are available for self-checkout/(returns) at most times. In addition, there are always at least two cashiers but usually more; with the largest drawback or sole critique of the store's operations is⌛️ ✔️-out LINES.• During either predictable or random spikes in customers or because of an occasional shortage of help up-front, even fully-functioning self-checkout with a few open registers or lanes still leads to 10-30 minute waits.✅️➕️: 👍• On an individual basis; I encountered beyond their standard service while encountering a foreseeable issue but then an irritating nuisance. Specifically, this young woman used perfect social awareness, communication, & decorum; with overqualified experience to quickly & efficiently solve my minor hurdles. I left; as an admitted autistic adult, calm, happy, & comfortable when I plan to avoid social environments because they mostly lead to stress & to be brief; bad vibes.✅️➕️: ✋️⭐️• thankfully I enjoyed my most recent visit as it was hassle-free, productive & mentally stimulating thanks to such phenomenal and well-timed & appropriate assistance.✅️➕️: ✌️👏👍: 🖥💻🖥🎮🕹📀💿🎧🎵• My 2nd-😇/Experience that greatly exceeded expectations occurred nearly three weeks ago in the electronics department. For brevity, I'll spare readers the specifics but I'm grateful for a married employee couple that was pleasant, relatable, & very helpful & hardworking. Their shift to shift responsibilities appear to move amongst the back elements like electronics and even the pet through sporting goods areas & household stuff. Thus; 🤞 the delightful duo is hopefully around whenever you shop in their domain.🔚• Cheers 🍻 & cut the workers some slack if it's noticeably busy but the circumstances are beyond their control, & overall I'll 'rate' this store an 8.5/10 with the caveat 7/10 is what I consider the Walmart standard.

I went online and scheduled my vehicle for an oil change. I arrived a bit early but checked in anyway. They got to it quickly sent me a text to let me know they started, 19 minutes later I received a text to let me know they were finished! No oil smell driving home, even better no oil IN my vehicle! THANKS GUYS! 😀

I called up asking if they were truck friendly because I'm a trucker. They said yes, I was only able to stay one night, which I didn't. As long as I didn't litter and picked up after myself, I was able to stay. I had to park near the garden center. Easy way in and out. The lady I spoke to was friendly and helpful. She made sure I was able to come and get a few items.

I’m not sure which was worse the recent in store experience which I reluctantly wasted my time completing or the guy who called from the local store, he was shockingly rude and abrupt, I asked his title and name and he said he’s the Coach??!! He got my complaint I sent to the corporate office President (I actually only completed the basic online survey) and he was going to get my side of the story?? Like I was being interrogated. I said don’t you have what I wrote it was very basic and clear? He was rude and argumentative. Zero care

Well I rated this a 5 because I went in to get an item, I got it, then I checked it out myself and bagged it myself. Then paid for it. Yep I did a fine job. I need paid.🙄

It's hard to find someone to help you. The parking isn't a problem except when you have people parking in front of the store waiting for someone to walk out and load vehicles. The self checkouts half the time only accept cards. They should hire more cashiers!

I needed to return an item. Apparently Customer Service doesn't have the same hours as the rest of the store but it isn't posted anywhere. It's not on the store door, online or the app, nowhere. There should always be someone available during store hours to process a return.

Parking is always an issue here, I am disabled now and can never find a place to park. They never seem to have the carts to ride. Today, one of the employees almost ran me over with the online shopping cart loaded with all the totes. I just had spinal surgery a month ago so that would not have been good.

I am handicapped and I went to pick up my order at the puick up side and the nice boy who came out with my order offered to help me with the Christmas Tree I was bringing back. He followed my car all the way around to the front of the store to the main entrance and took the tree out of my van and wheeled it into the store to customer service. He waited with me until he knew that I had everything taken care of before we said goodbye.Thank you Trey! You are such a sweet boy! You are truly the best of the best there at Walmart in Robertsdale Alabama.Your momma should be so proud!Merry Christmas darlin!! 🎅And may you have the best New Year you have ever had! You deserve it! 👏

This place is the best they normally have plenty of parking and plenty of the carts to ride in the ladies in the pharmacy are amazing and Mr Tom can't forget him. I love everything about this store.... Except for the self check out I ALWAYS find an employee

I think it is ridiculous when one of the wealthiest companies in the freaking world threatens to tow your own customers. Especially when you have essentially taken a complete row with no need for that many spaces. They are empty or only a car or two every time I come here.

Walmart has put in so many self check out registers that I am beginning to hate their chain of stores. The door people stop us all to verify our receipts. Well if you had cashiers we would not all end up standing on lines to exit your stores you greedy jerks!

Yesterday was my birthday and I went to get dinner and a cake. My son needed white tees and I was looking for some to purchase. Last time he bought the wrong size, so we opened a pack to ensure it was the right size, it was not. That being said I went to open the large hoping it would fit. I knew for a fact that it would. A associate walked up behind me and very rudely told me to not open another package. Baffled I turned around as she looked me up and down. So I set the packaging down and told her the last time we bought the wrong size and I wanted to be certain it didn't happen again. She stated that that was not her problem and that it was mine! 😳 I asked her name and she asked what mine was, I told her and asked again and she refused. I asked for a manager and she told me to go find them. Another person approached, I was told management, but she was no help either. The lady as I went to leave bc I was getting no help then blew a kiss and waved goodbye. Then a third lady approaches and I explained why I was upset and told her I didn't appreciate the disrespect of the first lady and how she was instigating the situation while standing with her arms crossed and she says, I don't see anyone doing that. What are you talking about!? 😳😡 at this point I just leave. This is actually the short version. I won't ever be going back and this is not the last time I speak on this. I will be going further with this. Something must be done about this disrespectful and unprofessional behavior. Not to mention how embarrassing it was, but in front of my son as well. This was utterly ridiculous!!!!

Forced to use the self checkout or wait 30 minutes in line for a cashier. At self checkout you still have to wait 10 minutes. Open the cashier checkout or lose costomers. If I am forced to use self checkout I want a 10 % discount. I am working for Walmart at that point.

I primarily shop online with Walmart and use pickup when getting my online order.The employees always do an excellent job when selecting my produce and other items in my pickup orders. I especially like being advised when item is out of stock and substitutes are offered before arriving for pickup. Thanks Walmart for always great service!

This walmart is built different. The people who work there are super helpful and kind. This is the only walmart I've been to in a long time that isn't filled with the usual chaos associated with places like this. The cashier even gave my daughter a lollipop. It's still walmart tho.
