Itz funny how people think I'm boo boo the fool like I don't know if money is missing. I was there few hours ago purchasing alot of items and one thing I don't like about how much stuff I have. Like damn, it's my money so I can spend whatever I won't. They got more in the back. Anyways, I gave this lady a large bill to pay for everything, now I know im not crazy I'm pretty sure I didn't dropped any money outside, but learn how to count and don't lie saying you did gave me the correct change knowing you didn't. I maybe young, but not dumb in the head. Almost cause a scene

Best dollar general in robertsdale imo. The remodel of the store they had a few years ago took time getting used to but it's easier navigating than it was. The employees are friendly and helpful (even though I hate asking for help xD); I would recommend this store to anyone.

I’m a resident of the Robertsdale, Alabama area and as a customer today at Dollar General, with an employee I regularly see and never had a bad circumstance with, was treated exceptionally rude. I simply asked for a set of headphones and where they are and didn’t feel like my point came across so I reiterated, she condescendingly said “again” impatient with me even though this conversation is only been five seconds and it’s the first hour of her workday. I’m much older than this girl and do not like to be dismissed as such for such a simple request. If she can not hold it together for an hour into her workday and five seconds into a conversation with an older customer maybe release that employee. Everyone else there is exceptionally polite and smiles at me as I come and talks to me and my children. I left a one star review over this experience alone because of how audacious it was. The employee was a young girl with dyed red hair.

This Dollar General has the best employees. It doesnt matter the shift or who is working they are all friendly, professional and caring. Rarely do you ever wait in a long line. And if a line quickly forms, another cashier appears out of nowhere and opens another register. They are always watching and helpful. They have become like extended family. I enjoy each one and miss seeing them when they are not on duty. The store is clean and neat always. GREAT JOB!

One of my favorite local Dollar Generals they're very coupon friendly and I'm a couponer love the store manager Gary he's always very helpful and knowledgeable about their coupon policies and their cashiers are helpful. Like most Dollar General they do have long lines but I don't mind because the location is clean and organized.

The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because they never answer there phone. If you want to check and see if they have what your looking for in stock good luck. That’s only negative. Everything else is great! Clean, neat, organized and great customer service.

This was the cleanest, most organized store I have ever been to!!! Cooler section depleted if your into a adult beverage. However im still amazed by the appearance of the store. Hats off to the group working at this store!

Nice and clean by DG standards, with easy to navigate aisles and well stocked shelves. Friendly employees, too. But like every other DG in existence, there's zero in-store phone coverage and the free customer Wi-Fi is positively useless.

Has everything you need to include high end cosmetics, shampoo, lotion etc that cost about $5-10 less!!! It's pretty busy most days but the cashier's are quick, nice, and helpful.

It's a good place to go for a quick shopping trip, just don't forget to bring your ID if you are going to be buying age restricted products! Even if you are there shopping, and they know your face and your age, they are required to see ID every time... No exceptions! Even if you are 50 or 70 years of age!

They call it a DG market but really it’s a GD life saver when you need to stop in and get that one thing you forgot for company or that one thing that your recipe needs. I always go there knowing they have my back.

The absolute best staffed Dollar General in the Robertsdale area. Their people make the difference as customer service is the number one priority. Too many awesome things to list but it is all good!

They didn't have an ethnic hair selection ( Neither did the location by buckees). It's ridiculous that I can't get hair product that I normally get from DG for my daughter at either of these 2 locations. They only carry hair products for a certain type of people.

I have always enjoyed going in THIS Dollar General. It's clean and has extremely courteous and friendly employees. Not all Dollar General Stores are like this particular one.

I love Dollar General and this one on Highway 90 is my favorite all the people in there from Nichole Mr Teddy Mr Carrie Mr Doug and mr. James I forgot anybody I'm super sorry they're all so pleasant and lovely

There was a long line and clerk was friendlyBut she was slow and there was another person sorting through a basket full of clothes I think she was an asst manager but she didn't open another line and she saw how busy it was and how long it was taking but she didnt seem to care
