Don’t go there the pharmacy they have there is horrible. I think they just threw somebody in there she don’t care how long you been getting your meds there she’s unhelpful on solving any inside problems. You will have to call the source yourself to communicate on very serious matters. I’m sure she goes home with no problems in the world.

On 2/1/2023 at 8:43 all doors were locked up and no one was working. Online and the sign says they open at 8:00am. It is not a holiday.

After visiting Walgreens and leaving due to them not having what I was looking for I directly headed to CVS where Priscilla quickly asked if I needed help and when I explained what I was looking for - she walked over to the shelf the item was located - smiled and said here it is - - she was helpful - pleasant & knowledgeable about the location of the item - I checked out and returned home - Priscilla is a clear benefit the the Robertsdale CVS and I will return there when I am in need of products they carry - thank you Priscilla for being so helpful and pleasant while helping me

They really don't deserve 1 star. The pharmacy staff is very rude. I felt like I was a huge bother to them just by asking a question. CVS you should do better than this, hire decent caring people not just someone to fill a position. Will not ever come back.

Every time I’ve used the drive through pharmacy at the Robertsdale CVS, the tall women who “helps” us Is ALWAYS very rude, and acts as if she could care less about doing her job and helping folks. It’s as if you’re bothering her, and she moves as slow as molasses on a freezing cold day.If you want to get better, and friendlier service, go to the Walgreens directly behind that CVS. I’m changing all of my business to them.It’s a shame that this CVS pharmacy still employs this women, as I’ve spoken to others who have said the same thing. All the other CVS pharmacies I’ve used in the past have been overly helpful and truly concerned with helping the customer.

Great pharmacy, convenient location. Directly off of the main Hwy in Roberstdale. Employees are very nice, available for customers who need help locating items instore. Pharmacists also available for consultations. Prices are in fair comparison to other local pharmacies/store in surrounding areas.

My husband tried to have his prescription filled today at CVS that he has been taken for about 5 years filled by Walgreens in another state without any issues. We recently moved to Alabama and thought CVS might be a little more convenient for us because of the drive-thru window, we were sadly mistaken. The pharmacist Mr. Ash treated my husband very unfairly, he was very rude and unprofessional. He yelled at Ginger the clerk who was handling our transaction stating he personally does not deal with the prescribing doctor, then said the medication wasn't in stock and that the computer was broken. I understand that there is a problem in America with patients abusing opioids, clearly this pharmacist was profiling, there is no question about it. He wouldn't even turn around to face my husband to explain to him in a respectful manner, he kept his back on us the whole time treating him as if he was a criminal. We have taken our business back to Walgreens right behind CVS, which they happily accepted.CVS headquarters has been notified and an incident report was filed against Mr. Ash. We will be contacting the Alabama pharmacy board first thing tomorrow morning as well as the manager at Robertsdale CVS location.For the record my husband is far from a criminal or a dopehead, he is a retired law enforcement officer for the NYPD. He was forced to retire due to an injury that will eventually put him in a wheelchair before he turns 50. He worked the streets for 20 years and worked during 911 when the towers came down...in other words it takes a lot to get him offended but this really hurt him. Mr. Ash will wish that he did not unfairly profile my husband today. Mr. Ash should apologize and take a look at his customer service skills and learn how to treat others fairly and with respect before CVS has a lawsuit on it's back or at the very least looses more customers at the hands of this unethical pharmacist.

Horrible experience at the pharmacy! The drive-thru is slow and inefficient. My son desperately needed his rx filled after just leaving the doctor, asndhe was gasping for air right in the parking lot! I waited awhile in the drive-thru lane and was told to keep driving around because it wasn’t filled. I was then called and told they didn’t have it... I was then put on hold by the pharmacist To see if they did have it??My husband then called and was put on hold. I decided to walk in to see if they were going to fill the rx. Everyone was staring because my son was actually gasping for air. Magically, the rx was filled as soon as we got to the counter. All unnecessary!!! No apology either. If you have the rx or don’t.. don’t keep people on hold or waiting and wondering for 45+minutes!

This is only a remark about the Pharmacy staff. They need to learn to say Thank you.Picked up over $1000 in prescriptions, and did not get a thank you or...even have a nice day!Not sure if this is where we want to give our RX business to.

This store does not even deserve a 1star it is nasty it is an organize the manager kitty does not know how to take care of peoples pictures or do any kind of canvases I would highly recommend to go somewhere else and do not use CVS

The Pharmacist at this location is extremely rude and unwilling to help with any prescription issues. My mother had surgery and we spent three hours waiting for him to fill a post operation prescription. Unacceptable!

I've used this pharmacy for years!!! Love the very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating is because of the annoying changes with the computer system.

Walked in, Stood around for 10 minutes waiting on an employee at the front. The entire time I was in there I saw no one. Could have easily went behind the counter and stole whatever I wanted and walked out the door and the employees would have had no clue.
