I went here last night and I want to thank Grant Hughes for helping me out so much at the cash register! He’s awesome and a great employee y’all have! Appreciate him while y’all have him! He truly goes above and beyond with his customer service! Very pleased in having to go to his cash register! Someone raised a great son!

We had a crowd of about ten, so our orders took some time to get together. But, the food and variety of drinks were outstanding, and the waiter we had was very enthusiastic and prompt with beverage refills and additional nacho chips and dipping sauce.

If I could give negative stars I would. Absolutely incompetent service. Placed an online order and received a text saying it was ready. They scheduled me to be there for pickup from 3 pm to 4 pm. I arrived in the scheduled window. When I checked in I was told it would be a 70 minute wait before they could bring them out. I asked them could I come in and get my order myself since it was ready. I was told no. I would have to cancel the order and go in and pick the shelf’s myself. So all of you involved in your grocery pickup scam: you should find another line of work. You are not capable of performing your duties properly.

Probably the worst walmart I have been to. Today myself and three other individuals waited 45 minutes for someone with a key to open a case. 6 pages on the intercom and asking 8 different associates. It was absolutely ridiculous. Still no one came. We all left. They lost almost $250 worth of sales between us 3.

Never have everything needed at one location. Poorly stocked shelves in a location with plenty of bodies in motion of doing little to nothing. The self check out monitors were pleasant ,smiling, and helpful as they kept their heads on the swivel tag team style. The greeter/checker at the exit was on point in her job.

I bought diabetic test strips for my wife not realizing I purchased the wrong ones. I took them back and even though they were never opened they would not allow me to exchange for the right ones. This to me is unacceptable customer service. So for those who are unaware, it does not matter if you have your reciept or not and the package is unopened. You will be out your hard earned money if you make this mistake.

Went to the one in Millbrook to get tires. They explained they couldn't lift my car for some reason without damaging it. But sent me to the Prattville one instead. Call ahead to let them know I was on my way. Get there and they tell me they have too many tires in the shop to even get my car in to change them. Also their lift was broken so they couldn't help me anyways. Very frustrating experience all around. Also suggested I go to the Wetumpka store

Had a pick up order that they said was ready at 3pm arrived at 3:15 and told them on the app. 4:15 we flagged down a clerk and finally got the groceries at 4:55.It took nearly 2 HOURS to get the groceries they said was ready at 3pm with no attempts to compensate them wasting our time! This is RIDICULOUS. Do not recommend them!

Prattville, Walmart, staff is OK, STORE is overstocked hard to get around in but more importantly, why doesn’t Walmart have a quality systems manager? The ladies bathroom should not look and smell this badly, and the doors should lock on every single stall! This is complete disrespect to the women and the shoppers of a multi million dollar conglomerate such as Walmart! Get them bathrooms cleaned, remodeled with air fresheners, and ventilation systems! And keep that trash off that floor, show respect for your customers!!!! I know you have the money to do it! And don’t tell me the customers are to blame, that may be so, but you need to have quality control inspectors going up there and cleaning those bathrooms on a regular basis, making sure the stalls lock and making them look like they’re respectful in the first place!

Use Walmart + to avoid the crowd and to not feel like I'm constantly being watched but my last order was awful, loaf of bread was a week before expiration (Hard on the bottom) and the same for hamburger buns (bottom buns hard). frozen pizza box was already opened as well. Bring back 24/7 Walmart so I can do my shopping in peace.

There was a man trying to ask for help on finding a present. For his little girl, no one would help him. Me and my granddaughter was trying to help him find hello kitty.But you can't ask the one that's shopping for people online They can't remember where stuff is in the store. And they're always in the way with those shopping carts or they cut you off Are they're always standing in the way?I think they need to do a shopping for online people when the store is not open for customers.

One thing they will do is watch your every move. If they have such an issue I just wish they would do it themselves! And no I'm not showing my receipt....come to the register and ring me up if you think we are ALL stealing at 6 am! 6 am people! I'm trying to get what I need to eat for the day and get out!

Horrible. Order tires online with the black friday discount. They were delivered to the store. When I ordered an appt was set up. Was emailed that the tires are at the store ready to be installed. Reminded of appt a few times by email. Appt day, they couldn't find my paid for tires, and they didn't have the weights for my vehicle. Ugh. Waste of time. And I lost the discounted black friday price. The best part was that they kept saying that what happens when you order online. You shouldn't sell them online if you can't provide the service. Wonder why people think Walmart sucks

You know Wal Mart has anything you want. I love the way they have neatened the items in the store, so you can find what you're looking for! I especially love the Christmas section! It is beautiful and I go to that section and wander around for a good while! Love you Walmart!

Not very clean. Everything is not priced. VERY HARD to find someone to help you!The Sodas I am looking for are Rarely in stock.I tried some Walmart Meat years ago and it was terrible so I have never bought any again! I wouldn't trust it. Since almost everything they sell now comes from China, I wouldn't be surprised if the meat didn't also!

There was clearly a sign that read, well you can see it and we told the cashier and she was like wait, I don't know how to override the price then with the payment, she didn't know how to do it on the register. First there was only self check out open and one register, several people just walking around, not sure what to do. This is why I usually do pickup so I don't even have to tackle the store. I will say that the lady who was finally able to get on a register and assist us was nice and the first lady who couldn't get us squared away did come to check on us. So that's why I did give more than one star. Gotta show grace. They showed up to work.

Honestly it’s a shame how long it takes to get your pickup order we literally had to pull up to the pickup door to get our groceries because they didn’t want to walk them out. Not to mention when you call they have the worst attitudes ever they really need to do better!

A couple months I went shopping for ground turkey meat and the meat was old. This second have been to Walmart at this location an neat look just like the one I brought months ago. I never gotten my money back. As manager or supervisor you guys need to start looking at the food that you selling. The meat has been left in some heat or just old and you guys are still putting the meat on the shelf.

I will always be a Walmart shopper but mama I sure do miss not having to check myself out or guess which self check out accepts cash or card. The prices are not lower than a lot of places. They have completely stopped layaway, even at Christmas, which was a big selling point for them. So basically the only reason I even shop in here at all is the convenience of being right in front of my apartment complex and the nostalgia as woo as their employees are often very nice and you are guaranteed to see at least two of the ordinary things/people during your Walmart run.

It's Walmart, what can you say?Pros:- next to other good stores in the same complex- decent produce sectionCons:- bakery employees always unavailable at counter- always out of popcorn chicken- parking is a nightmare, pick up takes forever; there are now 35 pick up spots and usually it's almost full when I come- 90% of the time I want to try on clothing, no one is there to let you in dressing rooms- prices online are different than in store and they don't price match their own website 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️
