The two women working the front window on February 23rd 1:28pm were so sweet. We were traveling to New York and it was my mom’s first time ordering and they made it so easy. Their service was amazing, they took their time with us in the drive thru, and made a great positive atmosphere. They had amazing customer service and our drinks taste amazing. The woman working the drive thru even helped us figure out the best drink to order.

It’s a Starbucks. This one is however, consistently dirty. Today it was empty and still disgusting. Staff was friendly but unconcerned with cleanliness. Behind the bar looked just as bad. I’ve seen cleaner bathrooms in the Tenderloin in San Fransisco. $8 drink and potential food born illness—‘Merica!

I placed an order in the drive-thru and after I handed the employee my credit card they entered a tip for me. I would not have known this except that I asked for a receipt. I went into the store to speak with the supervisor who said they cannot refund gratuity. There was no apology or explanation of how this was a mistake (most likely because it was intentional). So beware — they are allowed to take whatever tip they want from you without you even knowing it, but they aren’t allowed to refund it. Convenient.

GOOD FOR MORNING SHIFT ONLY. If you have a specialty drink with few specifics then please try to go to this location only in the morning. They plug their best baristas for the morning rush and these guys rarely miss. After that, I promise it seems they throw anyone, trained or not, on the machine. My white chocolate mocha is never right after the morning. Target SBX is preferred in the afternoon/evening, but even they need just a few tweaks.

This location of Starbucks is about 3/4 of a mile off the highway. Really easy to get to when passing thru the area. Very clean and very friendly staff. They were slow when it came to making my drinks and the order was wrong. But it tasted good sooo

The ABSOLUTE WORST!!! I know it’s mostly because they are the only location in the area besides target but HORRIBLE! Always get a warning from the cashier “just to let you know, there’s a 30 min wait or more for drinks”. And it always is. My son left his keys there last night and been trying to call them since we realized that last night and NOONE answers the phone! Called about 20 times and no answer. Even a Starbucks manager in Montgomery could not reach their manager.Currently here now to see if they have his keys (30 min drive) and my son got hit with an attitude saying “you’re gonna have to give us a minute to look in the safe”. It’s been about 15 min so far. 🤦🏼♀️

I ordered 2 peppermint white chocolate and received 2 peppermint brown hot chocolate. The cups said peppermint white chocolate. So I didn't think I had to look to make sure. I was disappointed that my order was wrong when I got to my destination, because I purchased the hot chocolate for myself and daughter who I was visiting for the Thanksgiving holiday and it was a treat from me to her. It turned out to be a trick instead of a treat. But the young man who took my order was the nicest person working a window and I would rate him a 10.

First Starbucks that supports the military!!!!!So unheard of now.Store was clean and orderly.Unfortunately, while wearing masks they don’t even look at you while talking to you and placing the order.They don’t acknowledge you when you enter. I think the employees need to brush up on their manners a bit. It turned me off standing their I just walked out without my coffee. It’s not about the money it’s the PRINCIPLE.

We stopped in at 7:49 to pick up a to go order. We get Starbucks in a regularly. This was by far the worst coffee A Venti white mocha iced. It was watery and no flavor or sweetness. Disappointing!

very slow; don’t ever stop here if you’re on a road trip. last time I came inside & waited 25 minutes for my drink. this time I went through drive through & it was about 15 minutes.

It's MONDAY!! They can't take cash because they can't get into the safe??!!??!! An intelligent manager would know: you can take cash but must be correct change, or no change expected.You don't just say no and turn people away due to your mistake. Heck, an hour or two later you would have built up the ability to make change🤬👩

Thank you to the manager and team members at the Cobbs Ford Road location. I ordered on the app this morning, but when I got to the store I was told the drink was not available. The manager quickly helped with my refund and a young lady gave me a complimentary dark roast. At every step of the way, the manager and baristas acted professionally and I was treated with respect. I will be back!

Great service and pretty good turnaround times (probably 5-10% slower than average). Space is well set up for stopping in with kids. A very nice place to stretch their legs after a long leg from Florida or Nashville.Staff were nice enough to take care of an order that had been botched by another Starbucks. Thanks!

This Starbucks has a clover machine. If you have not tried the Clover method of preparing coffee - make sure and try it.This model uses one of the Starbucks reserve coffees. You will not regret it!

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the lack of empathy shown by the manager at my local Starbucks store regarding my recent complaint.On Sunday July 30, 2023 I visited the [2588 Cobbs Ford Rd ] Starbucks and ordered two Impossible Sandwiches. Unfortunately, upon receiving my order, I was disheartened to discover that the sandwich was served cold, which greatly impacted my overall dining experience.Feeling dissatisfied with my purchase, I called the store manager to share my concern and disappointment. However, instead of showing understanding or offering a sincere apology, the manager displayed a lack of empathy and dismissed my complaint as insignificant. He replaced my order, but once again it was warm to the touch but cold as ice in the center!As a loyal Starbucks customer for years, I had expected better treatment and a more caring response from the manager. The complete disregard for my feedback left me feeling undervalued and disregarded as a customer.In today's competitive market, customer satisfaction is of utmost importance, and it is disheartening to witness a manager, who should be a key representative of the company, displaying such indifference towards customer grievances.I sincerely hope that Starbucks takes this matter seriously and addresses the issue promptly. Every visit at this location is a joy. I have come to this location religiously since the summer of 2015 and even though they do get overwhelmed, the mutual appreciation given between us is tangible. If you come on a busy day or a busy time, understand that it might take a while to get served, but also understand that every barista pours their heart and soul into every tiem they make. There may be 100 customers, but there's only 5 workers. A little decency goes for miles. About twice a year I've waited for over an hour for my order, but it wasn't bad. I just cracked a book open or wrote a passage or two to make the time useful. You can easily get some fresh air or take a small walk, or have a photo op while waiting. Just tell them where you're going to be and they'll understand. My 2588 crew is awesome!!!

I waited over 40 minutes after I ordered inside of the store for my drink order. Very frustrating that they kept filling mobile orders instead of the long line of people standing waiting for their drinks with me. Also frustrating that two employees were off to the side talking instead of helping make drinks. The employees were very nice and my barista did apologize after I asked about my drink three times.

Dont write reviews often but today I went in and the barista Macie made my drink. She was so Awesome! She not only made the best shaken oat milk espresso Ive ever tasted but she was so kind and actually took the time to talk to me and make sure i loved my drink. Her sweet smile and kind words made my whole day better! I will always ask for Macie when i go in. Shes a ray of sunshine!
